I dont really get games but workers are friendly and very helpful, and a lil tip if u are on a budget u can ask the workers for a printed sheet of amount u would spend on a game on certain consoles. Ex.( can i get a sheet of $20 games for Xbox1 ) and ect for how every amount or console a lil good tip next time u come.

The staff is awesome. The selection is very good. I just have a hard time giving more the. 3 stars, because of their buy back policy. They definitely under pay. I I understand that they run a business have to make a profit. Holy smokes of you have had a game 3 months its now worth 3 dollars... I just cant agree with that. Especially since most people who sell there buy there.Rant over. The staff is very knowledgeable, the selection is very good, and the store is well laid out. It is also very clean. Which I cant emphasize the importance of a clean establishment.

Yes they are very nice and very talkative and its great to get to know them and over all hype employees and great service and overall GameStop is a good place to get video games and very good deals. Also Im going to note to the people how say they feel ignored or invisible just talk to the staff or talk to the customers. Another thing is the games they let you trade with they are used so dont expect them to be perfect.

They are always very kind here and always willing to help, I go a couple times a week and they really care about their customers specially their regulars.

Weirdest hours of operation ever

The game on display/ used was not in stock .

No PS Vita games, no 3DS games, its become a glorified toy store. Only a single associate attempting to address all customers from behind a clear garbage bag hanging from the ceiling. Lack of staff means very long lines and there is no way for the one associate to go out and communicate with the customers beyond shouting behind the desk randomly.

Staff is always friendly and informative. A must stop for games and accessories.

Didnt have god mode sand andreas for the Playstation 2. but i did get Bioshock : - D

The best GameStop I have ever been to. Great staff, clean store, and well stocked. The trade in values are garbage, but that really isn’t the stores fault as it is more so GameStop policy.

Always feel like they are just trying to sell me whatever and push me out of the store. Never really felt like they cared that I went to their dying game store instead of shopping cheaper online. Unfortunate since I preferred to actually go into a physical location and take a look at certain titles to preorder. Ill just continue to use the cheaper online retailers since the service is usually better.

Been shopping here for about since they opened. THE BEST GAMESTOP EVER! The managers there are awesome! And the staff is awesome too. They all help you out with everything you need and dont get Impatient. I will always say this is my favorite gamestop they know how to run a great store!

Bought a warranty with my ps4 now my controller is acting up Ive talked to other locations about this and I was told just to bring in controller and they could help me out this place after arguing with me about whether or not I had one to begin with told me I had to bring in my entire system to exchange it. Its sad that as a customer I know more about gamestops rules than they do, not knowledgeable they dont dress or act professional do the same thing I did save your money and go to a different location where they actually know about the products they sell and treat you with the dignity, respect and professionalism you deserve as a VALUED CUSTOMER

Ive been a member since 2014 and I love this place! I go here for all of my video gaming needs!

This gamestop has a really good selection of used games that are recent releases. Since its the only one in Casa Grande, they get everyones trade ins after they buy a new game and play through it in a couple weeks and bring it back for store credit. I just picked up the new Metro Exodus for half the new game price and its in perfect condition. I also like the store layout and they do a good job of keeping the games in alphabetical order so you dont have to hunt forever. The only downside, since its the only gamestop in Casa Grande, major game releases have people lined up around the building waiting for their copy.

Tried to trade in recent PS4 games but they only gave me 25 bucks. Told me they didnt want a game in the original packaging and that i needed to come in tomorrow to break the plastic if i wanted to to trade it in. They spent the entire time talking about scoring prescription drugs drug. Dont go here.

Great place to buy new and used Xbox games, ps3 games, ps4 games Nintendo 2ds, 3ds, Nintendo switch, and new and used gaming consoles, accessories, t-shirts, caps, batteries, collector items etc.... Awsome place to go if you want to get video games and they do trade credit for games and consoles and accessories.

The whole corporation seams to be without ethics. Buyer beware. They have sold my kids both broken equipment and unreadable games, and will not take them back or allow for exchange.
