The store is nice but I wish I can say the same for the girl that worked on April 26 at around 2pm she was very cold and snotty no personality and a lil on the rude side I really feel she may want get out of customer service lol Maybe it was just a very bad day for her and if so its still not good to treat ppl with disrespect.

This Metro pcs store will not work with on any of their promotions.retail metro store located in casa grande Arizona didnt take the time or effort to give customer satisfaction. Metro by T mobile YOU higher up reps. You need to train your salespersons with more knowledge and communication. Not people friendly!!!I had money ready to buy phone only to be told I cant get phone till 2 days later. I DONT THINK SO!!!👎🏼👎🏼

Lets see where this T-Mobile purchase takes them.l have been with them for several years with a great inexpensive plan. But they started throttling me so bad I had to change plans. Of course its more money! But the service range is much better than the competition around here. And I dont have to take out a loan to pay the bill.

You get charged for things depending on whos there. A couple weeks ago I upgraded my phone. The phone was $79 and out the door was $85. No charge for activation. Went in there to upgrade another phone on my plan and it was gonna be $40 more for activation. The CSR told me I had to pay as if I was a new costumer.

I switched from AT&T about a year ago and I love it. My favorite rep is Jessica. Shes so funny and knows what shes talking about. The store is also very clean whenever I go over there and fast service.

This shop leaves a lot to be desired. They will go out of business solely on their customer service which really stinks. It looks like everyone in the store is about 20 years old. They do treat older folks like they have no clue about electronics. I just happen to be tech savvy. Im sorry but these kids need an older leader to show them what customer service is. Invest in that for this store. Show some love when someone walks through the door. They act like they dont want to sell phones!

The service sucks. Its goes in and out depending on where you are in town. For the past several days its not even been working on the normal good spots in town. Go find another phone service cause this one doesnt work.
