Always a delightful place to have a bite to eat. Glad we were able to support them during pandemic. Great menu choices and ice cream! Whats not to love?
Talk about a breath of fresh air. Top shelf restaurant with a fantastic menu and staff to support it. Every time we stop in Tom and his staff go above and beyond. The food is excellent with a primary focus on Fresh & Healthy. Please take the time to enjoy breakfast or lunch here. You will be hooked. Youve had the rest; now try the best.😊😊😊
Always a friendly environment and even better customer service. Amazing selection of food for many tastes!
Great place to relax and hang.. banana split was so delicious and filling for 2 to 3 people! Yummy ice cream all together
Love this place! Been here twice and each time left very satisfied. First visit I tried the strawberry/banana crepe and mocha coffee. I was very happy! My husband tried the breakfast platter. Lots of food and tasty. Second visit, we both ordered crepes. He got the savory fiesta crepe and I ordered the banana/strawberry/whipped cream crepe. As you can see I like my crepes.
Had 2 half orders if biscuits and gravy ask for 1 egg on each order. Also had 2 coffees.bill was 20 dollars. Not impressed sausage used was more like mystery meat. The gravy was sub par..also when we got our order there were 2 eggs in each order. When I ask about 2 eggs instead of 1 they said they dont do just 1 egg. Had I know this when we ordered I would have ordered eggs on only 1 order . first time there would be hard pressed to go again. Dennys or a truck stop is the answer for good to great biscuits and gravy.
I love this place it has wonderful service and the food is delicious. I usually go for breakfast and so far I have had the biscuits and gravy ( honestly, the biscuits could use some improvement) waffle, crepes and the grandbreakfast. Ive sampled the breakfast burritos and my kids give them a 5 out of 5 stars. Its a must go to place in CG. It can get crowded but Ive never has to wait for seating.
YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! My boyfriend and our 3 year old daughter went here today for the very first time and we were HIGHLY satisfied with everything! I’m so grateful that they have gluten free options too because I am newly on a gluten free diet. The employees were super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I got the stuffed bell pepper that was stuffed with THE BEST CHICKEN SALAD I’ve ever had in my LIFE which came with a side of corn chips that complimented the chicken salad perfectly!!!! Even if you are not on a gluten feee diet I HIGHLY recommend you try this! Thanks so much to the staff for making us feel so welcome on our very first visit!💜 I love supporting local people and you get a 100/100 from me and my family!
Menu is very confusing and young staff not seasoned yet. But was good. The owner needs to shop other like restaurant in valley to get a better handle on how menu should be arranged both on wall and in print.
Great little cafe for breakfast and dinner. Have yet to visit dinner times, but I already know it would be amazing. Sitting outside eating a variety of goodies and an ever larger variety of beverages. Great place for a date.
Great food and service! Cute little place.
One of my favorite places to go in CG. Highly recommend this place to everyone. A hidden treasure for sure. Great staff, great food and cute space.
They change their ingredients without informing anyone. The biscuits and Gravy use to be amazing. Now it taste like hotdog or bologna chuncks are in it. I’ve tried to make phone orders while the girl had to ask me over 5 times to repeat my order because it was so loud in her background. My mom and I use to love coming here for years. It’s slowly degrading. Unfortunate because now we don’t have a good breakfast place close by anymore.
I moved here about a year ago and this little restaurant is this town’s best kept secret! Every time I go I try something different. Every time I leave, I have enjoyed my meal and feel like I got my money’s worth. The portions are right for the price. The service is always good and the atmosphere is pleasant.Weekends, anytime, tend to be busy. However, on any random Tuesday if you want a sandwich or even coffee, this is a quick stop.I plan to continue supporting this local business. 5 ⭐️ and 5 ❤️!
Food is good... service is not season they had a problem with coffee machine and all they had to say ...we sorry ....but didnt offer options ...is really sad to tip for a poor service thatS why they give you the tips option before they do the service.....its all about the money....and not the service.
Good food. My favorite is the pesto chicken panino. Their dessert crepes are great. As are their acai bowls. They serve breakfast all the time. Enjoy!
My go-to spot to catch up on work and have a coffee. Food selection is amazing!
Very nice little spot! Great food and fresh. Perfectly priced.
Found myself in Casa Grande, Az, famished and in need of energy as well. The quaint, homey restaurant drew me in the side door, that offers outdoor informal seating. The gals working were smiling, inviting, and helpful.I asked the young girl taking my order, what she likes to eat, or a favorite of hers. Without hesitation, BLT, I said, That is the ticket, I try that.Good call, fair price, done timely, tasty, and it hit the satisfied mark!I liked the decor, the layout, the patio seating, and food, excellent.Highly suggested, stop!
Usually pretty good but today we have been here for 50mins and are still waiting for our food.. Food was cold, toast wasnt even toasted. Its not that hard to do breakfast. WILL NOT BE BACK!
Very good food and excellent service. Nice folks and I will be back.
My husband and I finally visited this place since moving to Casa Grande. While the food was good, its not enough to plan a return visit. When you have a 1st time customer I expect decent customer service. We were only acknowledged when we ordered. My husband ordered coffee and had to ask where the cream and sugar was located. Not even the server said anything to us when the food was brought out.Its the little things that mean so much to me.
Lunch was delicious, everyone enjoyed their paninis. The blueberry scone was the bomb! Love it.
Food was good but, bbq pork was refrigerator cold in middle. To busy to send back took home to eat later!
If you are looking for crepes this place is quite good. For a basic breakfast though not as much. I feel like there is a real opportunity with breakfast foods to make something basic taste excellent. I didnt experience that here. It was fast and ok. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Just wish they put a little more quality into the food.
Owner super nice and helpful. Great, simple and healthy menu. Good prices. Great service.
Wonderful food, great service, friendly staff. Need one at The Promenade!!
Stopped in on a Friday night for the 1st time. Not impressed. It was pretty slow but the customer service was not what you would hope for. The food was mediocre for the price. My biggest complaint would be the table. The tablecloth was filthy. There were stains all over it and clearly hadnt been cleaned off well after the prior diners. I would probably not be going back.
This place was AMAZING I love the owner. He’s so sweet and energetic. He gave us cookies because we crashed our car. HIGHLY recommended
L Grande Cafe in casa grande is A awesome place to meet people . To sit down go over Buisness. Or to have a lunch date with someone you just met. Its comfortable, people are relaxed. They have food all day, coffee different drinks all day. Ice cream and banana splits, waffles and french toast all day.I am Happy we rediscovered this place.
Moved to casa Grand 4 months ago from Maricopa County (New homes in CG for 150k!! On a teachers salary, this is doable!! ) Now for my experience at LGrande Cafe: I ordered the Grand Breakfast Platter.... The eggs, bacon and sourdough toast were cooked to PERFECTION! .. VERY TASTY!... However, I think this establishment uses FROZEN red potatoes, like what you would buy at Costco.. They were MUSHY and BLAND! I wrote a review on a small slip slip of paper and brought it to the cashier, to my surprise, the owner (Brenda) was at a table behind me! She was AWESOME! very receptive! Here was my two-cents worth of suggestion1. GET RID of the frozen potatoes!.. Make FRESH hashbrowns/home fries with available upon request FRESH bell peppers and onions!2.Add ONE more piece of bacon! (Only three pieces? Nope!)Do those things and I am BACK with every person i can drag with me!!... Because THAT would be an AWESOME breakfast!... It he coffee was also VERY GOOD! (I recommend this Cafe and want to support the small businesses in my NEW home town!!)
Super nice people working there. Good food. Nice outdoor seating.
It was excellent food Wise. The coffee needed some extra pep. The coffee is too weak. My opinion.
Great food. Can get very busy at times. Excellent staff and service.
Great service and food. Ice cream for the hot days we have here in beautiful casa grande. Located in the villago area. I have enjoyed Breakfast several times and they have many options featuring meat and vegan items too. I was happy to see that because my wife prefers meatless items. We are always able to find something great. Try the stuffed avocado. Biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles and regular old potatoes and eggs with toast. They have a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, tea also . Gluten-free items and daily favorites. They also offer soups and salads. There are kids meals available also.I might have missed something but if you stop by Im sure youll find it.thanks for reading my review.
One of my favorite coffee shops. Large outdoor seating area, which is so important now, good coffee and good food.
What a hidden treasure! The cutest cafe with DELICIOUS food and irresistible desserts... dont even try to resist them, you wont regret it. 🤤
Awesome Crepes and Coffee. Very friendly staff and great service! 👍
I LOVE meeting my friends here for lunch.EVERYTHING is amazing and they have OUTDOOR SEATING TOO .
I did not like the spring rolls. Just a personal thing. Smoothies are great!!!!!!
Food is excellent and quick in and out for lunch.
I first went to L’Grande Cafe a little over a year ago. My first experience was not the best. The space is not utilized well, it’s not very functional for table service or for the comfort of its guest. You are back to back with the people around you and once everybody is seated there’s little room to then get up to go anywhere. The menu is way too vast, I love having the options but not only do you have the main menu everywhere you look there’s “Have you tried this?,” “Ask for this,” “We have a new that.” Which are all advertising items that aren’t on the main menu, in short there is no concept to this restaurant.... cafe?...ice cream parlor?.... coffee shop?... bakery?...WHO knows? Not only is the menu a headache and a half but the design of the cafe looks like someone went to goodwill and said “We need to furnish this place stat and don’t worry about it matching.” When my family and I finally received our food it was subpar, all things you can make at home and still have enough ingredients left do it over and over again. Not only was the food just okay, the man I believe to be the owner was sitting in the corner gossiping with some guest giving them free stuff left and right, yelling at the top of his lungs when they were sitting right in front of him like he wanted everybody in the building to know he was there. He would not stop even when he went into the kitchen, all anybody could hear was him. Again like he wants to flaunt that he owns this place, which there’s not much to flaunt about, which he probably finally realized and is the reason he’s MIA more often than not. Leaving the employees to fend for themselves to deal with the everyday in the cafe, which is sad seeing as to how a lot of the employees are high school students and here they are having to practically run a restaurant. Thank goodness Michelle is there but it’s again so sad that she gets one day off a week to deal with the craziness while the owners are MIA and she doesn’t even have say in what happens in the building despite being in “charge” AND can’t get in touch with her “bosses.” In summary the owner doesn’t seem to treat this place as his business and more like his playground, all the while flaunting about all the places he’s ran yet he’s no where to be found while this place is becoming a sinkhole. In the business world this place is a joke.
Great place good food
This place is super cute! The customer service is top notch. Everyone here is really friendly, especially the owner. The crepes are delicious with fresh fruit toppings and extremely large! The lattes are really good also. The only thing I would have liked is maybe a bigger seating area as it is quite cramped at times (if its nice out, you can sit outdoors though).
I absolutely love this cozy Cafe! Great food, nice atmosphere and the background music is perfect for the environment. I encourage you give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
Its not bad the price is a little high but good food should cost a little more
The tuna stuffed avocado is always hits the spot.
Honestly some of the best crepes I’ve had in a while, nice place to vibe👍🏾
Great food!! Had the French Dip Panini with horseradish. Amazing!!! Super friendly staff, too!! Will go back!!
We had lunch there today. It was really busy. Which I think is great! Im glad they are doing well! Our order wasnt quite right, but the issue was immediately taken care of. We were given chocolate covered strawberries to boot! The food was wonderful, as usual. Well be back soon!!
Great atmosphere to have a coffee, ice cream, lunch, anything! Great service, with great food as well. I recommend the prime rib panini.
Love LGrande. Great food and great people! Everything that Ive ordered has always tasted great.
Charming decor, socially distancing, great biscuits and gravy and the friendliest staff.
I couldnt believe that there was a line wrapped around mcdonalds and taco bell when LGrande is right next door. Cheap & delicious food, good service, SO clean, with wide array of options. Theres something for everyone and its all good (from what I can tell)*Update, I went back for an egg nog latte later on and it was phenomenal. The eclair I got was only TWO DOLLARS and so light and airy, best filling Ive had since leaving boston (north end has world famous pastries and this eclair was comparable to those)
Friendly service. Eggs cold and toast under cooked. Coffee was good.
Great ice cream😀
I love their breakfast platters, burritos, and panini. Portions are huge. For now, I would advise either ordering takeout or sitting on their patio away from other diners. Theyre trying, but the restaurant is too small for social distancing. Last time I was there, few diners were wearing face masks.
Great atmosphere, friendly employees and great coffee and ice cream!
Love this place. Staff is lovely. Great atmosphere. Food is excellent. There was a delay with my iced tea (I was there early) and they were very apologetic and gave me a free drink for my next visit and free cookie even though it was not necessary and I didn’t even wait that long. Great service. The menu is great for all diets as well. Gluten free options and they will make it how you like it. Thumbs up.
My husband and I were meeting up with some friends who lives in a different city from where we were staying. Casa Grande was the half way point to met and have lunch. So I googled restaurants and discovered great reviews for LGrande Cafe. We werent disappointed. The food was delicious and the ice cream was great! I met the owner and he was very nice and shared a little about his place. Make sure you check out chairs there! Each one has a different design that was hand done by a family member. Thanks Tom for a pleasant experience in your Cafe!
We ordered 2 philly cheese stakes the flavor was good but it was underwhelming in portions and overall delivery for the type of sandwich and price. .The staff was nice as usual in Casa.
My first time here and was very impressed by the way it was designed inside. I order the hazelnut iced latte and it was very good & tasty.
Great food. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Love eating here.
This place has the best food!
Best tea Ive had in Casa Grande. Please stop hung to Starbucks.
Their acai is the best around.
Ive been there for breakfast a few times. I love the burritos. I went for lunch today and got the southwest chicken salad. It was delicious, perfect portion for me, a nice filling salad. The order didnt take long to come out and great service.
First time ordering here. 2 gyros to go. Hot, fresh, and very tasty! Definitely will be back. 👍
Great food! Coffee was alright but food was excellent. Definitely taking my son back. Service was awesome and fun. When you leve they tell you to have A Grande!
If you ever visit Casa Grande Arizona and you are looking for a healthy choice in food than you should consider visiting LAGRANGE Cafe it not only has healthy choices in food but it is also delicious and affordable, you cannot go wrong, try it if you visit here. SEE YOU YOURSELF.
Great food!
Wow... who knew This was There the whole time!? Healthy and crisp choices on the menu. Staff takes great pride in what they do. The avocado tuna is simple but so delicious. Coffee is awesome! Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu here. Something for everyone at anytime of the day.
My favorite place to eat and have coffee with amazing owner/friends and such loving staff🥰Love you guys♥️
The people there are so friendly, Ive been in a handful of times and have never gotten an order that I didnt like. I love this place!
First time eating at this place. Very busy place food was great.
Such a great little cafe ! The owner is a doll and you can tell that he cares! The staff is so sweet and accommodating, their sandwiches hit the spot and their cookies are delicious thank you !
Delicious smoothies, good place to chill with a book or a laptop for a bit!
Great place for a local breakfast. The customer service was the best Ive experienced in years (Jeff was the employee that helped us). The entire place was very clean. They also have a baby changing station set up in the bathroom, not the hard plastic commercial type either.
I loved their chicken walnut salad. They had the good greens in that salad. Would definitely buy again.
Theres a lot to glean from your first look at the menu - even then, you might have a tough time choosing since everything sounds so good! The build your own Crepe experience is a real treat, and they are well executed. If your only looking to make one decision, you cant go wrong with their burritos.
Came for the Grande Breakfast. The coffee was lukewarm, sent back, still lukewarm, 3rd try was charm. Scrambled eggs and sausage were very good. Potatoes were diced hard bits, served cold. And I wish restaurants would stop buttering the toast.
Great place to hideout with a friend or just self and enjoy a whole wall of food, drink, dessert choices. Its quiet, clean, friendly, and with walls of local artist work.
A few weeks back we stopped by this shop for some ice cream and tea. The menu looked good so today we stopped in for a late lunch.First the food is quite good and the service amazing. Very friendly staff. The menu hss lots of options, especially gluten free which is what we needed. I can tell you were are already talking about our next food order. The place was quite busy, post church service crowd. But we found everything delightful and refreshing. We will be back.
Enjoyed my sandwich very much. Affordable and filling! Cant ask for more than that.On top of the good food, owner was very nice and friendly. Will be back when Im in the area!
My wife and I love going here for our morning coffee when we are in town. The employees are always friendly and the coffee is really good. I recommend anyone going here if you love coffee and not to mention the biscuits and gravy. My wife enjoys the parfaits!!
Real good. But not quite me.
Love this place! Amazing coffee and food. Their dinner is especially good 👍and I love that they say Have a Granday! when you leave.
Fantastic find great food
Management is outstanding and the food excellent. Great cafe!
