Took my Amazon return in, they scanned the return info from my phone, and was out the door in 90 seconds. AND I love being greeted when I walk in the door. Great customer service.

Dishonest store. Went in Wednesday to get a quote to ship a laptop, went back today and was quoted over 10 dollars more. Same laptop, same box (it was being packed by them so it was their box), same destination. They gave a coworker a different price as well. So 3 different prices on the exact same item packed and shipped by themWhen I said something they fixed the price to what I was quoted Wednesday. Shockingly the woman had put in the wrong dimensions. Super shady.

My local UPS store has a little of everything.The personnel is very helpful and veryKnowledgeable about how everything works.They are extremely helpful.

This establishment is run by the most professional and kind ladies. All my packages/mail always arrived on time, never lost and handled with care. If there was an option to give them 10 Stars I would. Great job!

Thankfully I was able to catch my package delivered to the WRONG door when my very pricey package clearly had my apartment number on the tracking sticker! I don’t pay shipping for this kind of BS to happen I gave correct directions and the apartment numbers are very big and clear. Dissatisfied!

Recently had a delivery through UPS. Arrived before 3pm even earlier than expected. Excellent service. Tried and true, cant ever go too wrong with UPS

The owner has the WORST costumer service in town. Self entitled and down right nasty. This is a small town remember that.

Lady working in the Casa Grande store was nice, but, she had problems spelling or typing. She kept spelling the street address wrong and the UPS system couldnt find the address. Finally, after a few attempts she typed the street name correctly.Then the package was delayed because she put the wrong apt number on package. SO UPS in California had to look up the recipients address and confirm the correct apt #, delaying the packageSo, when the package was suppose to be there Thursday, it wont get there until Monday, All because the lady that works in the UPS store didnt type the apt# correctly.

Always friendly, fast, and I’ve never had a problem with the package getting to the addressee.

I can mail all my boxes through them and know that they are secure and safe and they will get to their destination on time

5 stars at the location! I just had a very poor experience at the pinal ave. ups store that is closer to my home. After that poor service, I realized that possibly I had taken for granted the excellent service at the Florence blvd location and thought I needed to leave the proper reviews for both stores. All of the employees at the florence blvd site have always been friendly, greet you with a smile and treated me as a valued customer. I Highly recommend driving the extra few miles into downtown traffic, simply because the two stores...it is day and night!

I sent my sister to pick up mail and also send out a couple of packages, I told her one of the services there is that she could print off the label for my Amazon return and three of the employees that were there had no clue of what she was talking about.Sad!!!!

Really nice, fast and helped with anything I needed or questions I had. Would recomend to anyone in the area who needs it.

Extras fees on everything, just wanted to drop off a package with prepaid label. Go to FedEx if you can.
