Deckers auto Glass has great service and goes all out to take good care of their customers at very fair prices.

Driving thru Wyoming for vacation, hit a dust storm and got a crack in the windshield. Decker Auto glass in Caper was across the street from our hotel. Walked in when they opened in the morning and they couldnt have been more helpful! Had the crack repaired in 5 minutes! Great service, highly recommend!

Rear windshield absolutely gushing water inside car from the cheap sealant or shotty job they did, this place was about as useful as a wheelchair with no wheels, absolute garbage.

Couldnt ask for better service or better quality products. Decker auto glass did a great job cutting a side view mirror for me. It is an odd size and shape and Decker handled it great.

Got a small chip in the windshield, they fixed it in less than 10 minutes, and since it was such a small job they didnt charge us at all. Would highly recommend

This place is fantastic, I rolled in about 4:05 to see if they could do a chip repair, they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Good quality work great quality of service.

Had my Volkswagen sunroof refuse to completely close. Was concerned rain might get in it before we got back to Colorado. These guys covered it with plastic sealer for free. Cant ask for anything more. Good folks.

I go to that Decker for a lot of stuff sunshades glass cleaner they have good glass cleaner and if my windows are acting up going there for an inspection theres a guy whos worked there for a while name Jake, Jake is top of the line customer service He helps people out he understands real world situations and he works with people I wouldnt take my business to another place in Wyoming Ive never had about experience at this location and alway left feeling reassured the job was done right

Weve had 3 different windshields replaced by Decker. Each time they did a perfect job, and were polite and efficient. The office decor is nothing to get excited about, but its clean and spacious. (Each time I dropped off the car and didnt have to wait anyway.) Recommended.

They came highly recommended but failed to live up to the talk. They had to order glass for my car. Said on Monday it would be in on Wed., 2 days and they would call.No call on Wed., by 1 on Thursday still hadnt heard from them. Called only to be told at first their was no insurance work order which I had been told on Mon. they had. Then it was oh, wait the glass just was delivered.It was not an efficient experience.

They replaced the side glass on my truck. Both front and back doors.Glass was left in the door and it ended up jamming the locking mechanism. Wife had to take it back to be cleaned out and fixed. They broke one window visor and scuffed the other. The back glass has half an inch of movement up and down with travel horizontally. Front glass is also loose in the door.The truck will go back to them again.
