Went there tonight to buy a Dryer.Waited in Appliances for about 20 min with nobody in sight.Wife asked somebody for help and they said they would send someone over.On my way to Best Buy in the Morning.I worked at Home Depot many years ago.Boy have things changed.

Had isles blocked off for over 20 minutes. I had to leave unfortunately. I understand restocking is necessary, however it appeared they were laughing and having a good time, which in the work place that is also good. I guess its all about timing.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Got email saying it was ready to pick up. Website wouldnt work when I got thete so I called, rang forever then someone finally answered and told me it was on its way out.......30 minutes later I went inside and after a few more minutes a nice young lady appeared and said she was sorry it took so long because she had to go get the stuff off of the shelves as no one had filled the order.I told her I had received an email saying it was ready,, she said nobody does their job here.......😵

Honestly I only go there for Rigid tools. Casselberry H.D. has always been the worst. I went to get a Rigid 18v Blower, I knew it was in the tool dept. But of course as usual the employee told me it was in Lawn & Garden dept. Couldnt find it. Asked front desk employee he had to call that Dept. Svc person he could not find it. Sent me back to tool dept. Where I knew it was to begin with. 20mins later finally got the tool. The employees never seem to know much there. I also have a really bad ankle so the trekking really, really hurt going back & forth.

Went to get plants and They had a clearance on a table I had been looking for. Awesome find.

I remember when Home Depot had the best customer service imaginable. Now you have to wait 20 min to get someone to unlock Milwaukee batteries that they have on display because no one wants help you. I get that you have to lock them up but you need a more efficient system

Employees are 90% very helpful. Once in awhile one of them may be tired or lazy about helping me but overall great. Only thing Ive had problems with is things being reported in stock on their pro app and go to buy them and no stock. Mostly due to Covid.

Store was well stocked, cashier was very friendly but only 1 regular checkout opened, 2 self checkout, and 1 contractor checkout. Line was 6 deep the entire time i was there.There was a guy sitting probably checking his Facebook account the entire time at the pro desk, never attempted to help.(also no one at his desk and not on phone)20 minutes is longer then i prefer to wait, although i did. 2 customers left carts of stuff and walked out while I was there.Probably why i prefer lowes.

Very unfriendly place. I walked past two garden center cashiers as I entered and I was not even acknowledged, let alone spoken to. I asked an associate if she could tell me the price of unmarked Citronella plants and she clearly seemed bothered. Imagine that. She went on a rant about how the plant vendors are supposed to price the plants and it was not the stores fault that they were not priced! Someone needs to tell her that IT IS the duty of the store managers and store associates to do their jobs by making sure the plant vendors do their jobs and put prices on the merchandise. What a sorry place, even by Home Depots standards. STAY AWAY.

Fantastic location. First time at any home depot I believe, we had employees walking by us and ask if we needed anything or if we had any questions. A lovely woman walking around gave us the monthly kids DIY. Looking forward to visiting again!!

I order online, pay and wait for lighting for my projects. most orders have 1 or more light that dont work. must got to store, wait in line for refund, go back go online and reorder replacements for all too often defective lights, pay, wait days, receive then test again. Matt asst mgr. attempted to placate but wouldnt even email me a receipt for my return. the worst experience! ! As a contractor using hd online purchasing. Inconvenient doesnt even begin to describe, this hassle!

It was a little busy when I went but I was able to get help finding stuff and was out the door in 15 minutes.

Not one of my more productive trips-to-the-store to procure an item that (I expected) should be simple & easy to find. I spent about a weeks worth of: going around in circles and strategically recategorizing the function & (character/definition) of the object-of-my-need...all to no avail.It wasnt until I left the store (in utter dismay) and upon approaching my car in the parking lot, happened to cast my gaze upon something (I dont remember what, and realizing I could probably find the object of my futility at the golf cart repair shop just down the road.

Generally Im pretty happy with Home Depot, but this time not so much. Was looking for a simple door kick plate and online they said they had six of them in the store. When I got to the Home Depot the display they had was empty so I went and got an employee. Now online it stated they had three in the store. All I needed was one. I guess my first indication should have been that I had to show him where the display was. He stated if theyre not on the display we dont have it and walked away. I understand running out of things when theyre busy and I also understand that the online inventory is not always immediately updated, but I think his customer service skills were extremely lacking. Sometimes you have to pretend like you care even though you dont. Went to Lowes for only the second time this year and found exactly what I was looking for. In addition they were $2 cheaper than the non-existent ones at Home Depot!You dropped the ball this time Home Depot. I might just go to Lowes first next time!

This is specifically For the drive up and park pickup experience. The signs are in the wrong aisle! They are one aisle off for some odd reason and therefore we had to get out of the car and walk one aisle back to meet the woman with our product. Positive: I will say they were extremely quick to come out with the item we bought online!

As comprehensive as this store is, they didnt have what I needed.

It says online they have the product I was looking for but I got there the products were not available.

Stop here on my way home. Went inside had a big order to fill they got it together and fast and it was hot. 5 thumbs-up here. The place is very clean. But you must wear a mask while in there unless you eating or drinking.

Friendly employees, and easy to get in and out. I do a lot of personal, and company business with this store, and have never had a issue. It never seems overly crowded, so that is always a plus. Very clean, and put together like most HDs. Definitely a repeat customer...

I went looking for a tower heater.. the associate that assisted me, checked the back to see if there were any left. Unfortunately, there wasnt. He demonstrated exceptional customer service and told me a place he had seen some. I wish I would have gotten his name. I will definitely shop here again.

At first this was going to be a very poor review but it was saved by an outstanding associate, Puyar (sorry if I spelled that wrong). I had a pick up order but wasn’t able to arrive before 6 when curbside ends. I went in and the online order counter had a line of 3 people and 2 associates. The return / customer service counter had 1 person in line and 6 associates. I stood in the online order line appropriately and hoped one of the associates twiddling their thumbs at the other counter would call one of us over. They did not. I finally got to the counter and the woman associate who shall not be named dismissed me and called over a customer they were working with before who seemingly had finished their transaction. Luckily, another associate, Puyar, noticed my frustration and walked me over to the other counter to assist with procuring my order. He even ran outside to bring me something he noticed was missing. Poor start. Great recovery.

Great doing business with them always polite and courteous. And help me look for things if I cant find it or check other stores to see if they have it there.

Had a great time there today it was almost like going to a comedy club at the returns desk wonderful employees quick Speedy service. Then stepped over a few feet to the department that has garden hoses and accessories got everything I needed to fix up my yard so that I can sprinkle water on to my Browning grass. Been shopping with this Casselberry Home Depot for probably 15 years yes! Im a happy customer!.

I love Home Depot! Its like the hometown giant hardware store! Lowes feels like a department store, but Home Depot just feels more like what it is. Love it. I shop at Home Depot quite often and go to many different locations. I have been thoroughly impressed with this store on many accounts. Today I went again and interacted with multiple different people that work there and was impressed by everyone’s kindness, listening, and intelligence on the different matters at hand. There was a couple gentleman that helped me in the electronic lawn care department. There was only one box for the toro blower/dryer/mulched and it was half open and the employee who was super super sweet brought over the ladder and had a fellow employee help bring down a brand new box. Both men were super helpful and helped answer my questions and gave me excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend these two guys (wish I would have gotten their names). The lady at the front who helped me check out was so nice and quick and efficient. I will 100% be back! :)

They had what I needed, but they have a very unfriendly staff that didnt seem to want to help. Had to get someone from a different department to get help. And all they did was grumble about it. Shou have gone to Lowes instead

I prefer the Cassllberry store to Lake Mary for many reasons but my visit on Tuesday 1/26 sealed the deal for me. First was Wayne in flooring and although I did not have a flooring question, Wayne was incredibly helpful and kind, even going online and ordering what I needed. Next was Ron in electrical. He spent the necessary time with me to make 2 very important decisions on fans. Finally I had the pleasure of working with Brian (floors I think?). Brian, also very kind and he walked with me to find the simplest of items from odd locations in the store. All three gentlemen made my visit and my dedication to Home Depot / Cassellberry a permanent one. Thanks guys!

The store did not have gardening gloves they were all out of them. They had none at all.

Beware ordering anything online from Home Depot! I wanted to buy their 5 piece patio set. Not available in my Oviedo store, but was told there were multiple at the Casselberry store. Ordered it online and asked that it be shipped since I dont have a car big enough to carry the 4 chairs and table. So apparently when you order online from the local store, the delivery is actually done from one of their warehouses. Surprise! And it may take weeks to get it from the warehouse, even though its in stock locally. Yes, your credit card gets charged immediately, even though nothing gets delivered. And apparently with patio furniture, according to the online rep, they deliver the chairs separately from the table. So I ordered it on 4/4, and got a note that it wouldnt be delivered until 4/21! Then I was told 4/15. But they use FastMile....who originally told me it would be delivered between 4-8 pm, but actually arrived at 7:30 am. But surprise again, they only delivered the chairs. Then closed the order out. No more emails, no more texts. Ive been following up with their online helpers, and the latest now is maybe Ill get it by the 29th. Maybe. Wont let me go to the store to pick up the table (they have multiple available at the store)..... HD even created a case number for me last week, Thursday. In checking on it today, no one has worked the case yet. HD may be a local resource for a lot of things, but BEWARE ordering anything online from them that includes delivery. Customer service is NOT a strength at Home Depot.

Called ahead of time to get information about what was required for truck rental. Paid for rides-hare to get to the store, only to find out incorrect information was given over the phone. Complete waste of time and resources.

World Class Customer Service, not one or two associates but three helpful dedicated staffers. The counter top I was hunting down was located elsewhere in the store and a forklift was needed to lower the merchandise from a really high perch. The attendant carried my item to customer service and placed it on a cart. Perfect experience and great assistance.

Went to Home Depot to buy a five dollar item. Walked up to the cash register area and nobody is running the cash register‘s. All that is available is self check out and the pro desk. Found out self check out his credit card only and I had cash. The employee running the self check out said I could go down to the pro desk. Pro desk was packed with people with large amounts of items to purchase. Employee said more or less oh well to me and I just drop my item and left. I do not understand why They don’t like cash. I do not work at Home Depot. And they want $15 an hour!

The one in Caselberry, Florida is the best. Friendly associates who ask if you need help. Not like in New Jersey. Associates spot you and strategically move away. Thought I was imagining this but after going to the Caselberry location I knew my thoughts were correct!

This is my go to for garden supplies. They may not have the cheapest prices, but I can get everything I came for all at once.UPDATE:11/28/20Last night we picked up a Christmas Tree. This Morning I noticed something different wedged in the inner branches: its a tiny birds nest! I Googled it and found symbolic meanings. Interesting. I took pics, but I havent figured out how to add to an edited post.

I placed a pickup order. I revived this notice and a text message so headed to Home Depot when I got there I followed the instructions in the text. Then I got a call from them saying my order wasn’t ready it was not on her screen she was agitated as if I just showed up. I explained I had gotten a email and a text. Finally she said I will get it as soon as I can. When she finally came out she was very unfriendly. This is not a good way to run a business

Excellent customer serviceI just picked up tile we ordered for a project. At first I was handed 15 pieces when what I ordered was 400. The customer service person called Michael C, who went and found the boxes needed, and even loaded them in my car. Thank you for fixing what could have been a huge problem.

The people that are there to help people seemed to have a problem when someone needed help with something. If youre busy doing something, let someone else know someone needs help. A correct response would be, hold on. Let me get someone to help you. Not say, (sigh) give me a minute 🙄 maybe the employees are being overworked, idk but something has to change.

I usually find what Im looking for when at Home Depot. What I found last night was a person following me through the store asking me numerous times if I needed a face mask. (I could barely understand him/her through the broken English & industrial strength face mask.) Glad I knew what I was looking for! This is a great example as to why people like me and others limit our shopping at chain stores like Home Depot.

Home depot used to be my go to but not anymore! I cant get assistance with my needs, inexperienced help and lazy too. They avoid customers. The plants are all dead. Lowes is where I go now.

Went in April 14, 2021 with my wheelchair bound child. Took more than half hour and chasing down several staff to get three yards of indoor outdoor carpeting cut. Zero help anywhere and very rude staff. We bought a couple hundred dollars worth items from several departments. We wont go back. I would drive an hour to find a nicer store. Inventory is terrible also.
