They have saved ME! on 2 special occasion so far. My daughter & I dont really wear dresses, but after going to some other retail stores, I was freaking out on how much I was going to have to pay for a one time use dress! So my daughter said why dont we check out their section of formal wear, we have shopped in the Casselberry location a hand full of times and always left with something and happy. So we did and we both had quite a selection and it was great priced like $25.00 for my daughters and mine was under $20.00 which let me choose other items for us to wear. And the other was my husbands last minute office party. And the staff was great they really helped me with what style I was looking for and how quickly I was in and out and on my way to the party. So I understand in business, that you CAN NOT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY, but I just wanted you to know you have made us very happy on Several Occasions Thank you very much!!!! Keep up the wonderful work you and your staff is doing.

This is the best consignment store in the area! The ladies are so kind and attentive. They are not rushing or rude, like at some other stores. I am a young, minority woman (often mistaken for being poor and unworthy of good service). This was soooo not the case here! They treated me like gold and I noticed they were offering the same level of service to everyone. I love this place! I didnt find my dress, but I will certainly be back!

My first visit to this store. I was promptly greeted upon walking in. The store had a lot to choose from. It was clean, smelled good & everything was grouped into sizes. Although I did not purchase anything that day, I will be back. They had a great selection, attentive employees & good prices!

Exceptional customer service. They are professional, kind and helpful. I came in specifically for wedding dresses after being referred by family. The dress selection was impressive. Alot of different styles and sizes, all very well kept in great condition. They had some of the dresses that I had just seen in Davids Birdal available at a fraction of the cost. The dressing room I was in was the perfect size with huge mirrors and good lighting. They had some really cute flower girl dresses for my daughter to try on too. I had such a great experience trying on their wedding dresses. Thanks to the ladies help it was a smooth, easy and fun experience.

Third time in, no one greeted me. Bought both other times becauae eventually I found something (I wear a 16). Practically no plus section. Listened to two workers talk about everyone in the shop, sure they had a witty comment about me when I was out of earshot. Prices outrageous for USED clothes.

Had a beautiful wedding gown that was cleaned and in a preserved box. It was 10 years old so they wouldnt take it....only 2 years or less. Wouldnt even look at it

Great little shop! I was specifically looking for jeans and found three pairs that fit perfectly. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back next time Im in town!

I have been going to Classic Consignment for almost 20 years, usually following them when they change locations. I find what I am looking for sometimes. But today, 1/12/2019, I went to the Casselberry Classic Consignment. I did not get greeted, like usual. I had to ask what the discount colors were for the day. After I had looked through all the sections, the manager came over and yelled at me for handling the clothes. Usually I look at the tag to see what material the clothes are made from and the washing instructions. In order to do this, I have to look inside the clothing. I will continue to go to Classic Consignment but NEVER to Casselberry again.

If you need to get rid of some old decent looking cloths or shoes this is a good place. I wouldnt expect a huge profit but if you need a few bucks for gas money 💰 or some lunch money then this place will work for you.

I would not recommend this place. Everything is extremely overpriced, and the majority of the items in here will only look good if you are 80+ years old. Dont bother coming in the evening because even though it says they close at 8, they close early. Extremely disappointed.

Great selection and very friendly. They do a lot of charitable work for the local schools.

This location has the worst staff and most horrible customer service. Additionally, not only did my belongings not sell, but their contract states they will not be returned, after the fact. Beware. The Altamonte location was wonderful, but closed.

This store is fantastic for anyone, guys girls teenagers, theres something for everyone. I just left now and saved myself hundreds of dollars buying a suit, some of it still has new tags! I dont usually leave reviews but Im an akwardly shaped guy (65 200lbs) so finding suits is hard for me, I swear to you guys I had 3 potential options that all fit, each one less than $90 for the entire suit; these were jos a banks and custom made turkish and Italian pieces NOT cheap stuff.Beyond that the ladies were knowledgeable and helpful taking measurements and pointing me in the right direction.The only bad review sounds like they were mad they were closed and made up a bunch of stuff- drive by the window displays and youll see thats not true. They even have a freakin wedding department!
