I have been a customer at this storage for years now.. the employees there are very nice and helpful. I want to give a shout out to one special employee at store #111 though.. Ms. Wanda any questions needed or concerns I had she was able to answer them for me and if she wasnt able, she was always pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Ms. Wanda for all your help and organizing tips as well.

Over the past 5 years down sizing from one storage room to another at Life Storage, I have never posted a review before this one.Ms Wanda, a customer service attendant, was my guardian Angel. Over the years, every time I go to my storage room, here comes a little lady on a golf cart, “Hi, good morning, how are you, we have water at the office, the bathrooms are up front, let me know if you need anything “ I got so tired of her always stopping by with the same words, “ Hi, good morning etc” I was trying to figure out if this lady is really super nice or lonely and bored.Now 5 years later move out day, no more storage room for me. I pull in with a 26 ft U-Haul. Not knowing how I was going to make a shape left turn between the storage units. I got stuck! Can’t go forward or backwards. Like clock work, here comes this little lady on her golf cart! “Hi, good morning, how are you? etc This time her lines were a little different. “ We really don’t suggest you use a 26 ft truck at this facility because of this turn between the buildings”. I was like, no joke! I just sat there in the truck stuck!Well knowing this little lady would tell me to let her know it I needed anything, I upfront asked if she would help me get the truck out. My ears went “ audio off” during the you at your own risk . Then I heard her say sure!! I was like “” yes, yes it’s at my risk and responsibility. This little lady got out her cart, inch my inch got me around that left turn without a scratch. Then heard her spill, water up front and bathrooms, “let me know if you need anything “ Then she drove off in her little golf cart like nothing happened.With my mouth opened wide, like what just happened? Now after this long story, please allow Ms Wanda to do her job. She is an Angel! Now I wish I had let the world know well she does her job 5 years ago.

We had an excellent experience at Life Storage Casselberry. Kerry was very attentive, kind and quick to help with any questions or issues. Highly recommend working with him!

My experience here was amazing starting with the phone call I made to reserve the unit, and the amazing help I received from the on site management, thank you for making 1 part of my transition easy

I am very disappointed in this store and life storage in general. I will never use their service again. here is what went wrong.1st issue: When I first signed up there was an offer for a discount when you signed up. There was no indication that the discount only applies to certain units. Furthermore when I found the unit I wanted it did not indicate it was excluded from the price. It was only once I saw the price that it did not include the discount. I figured this may be a mistake so I figured I would go see the office when I got there.2. When I got there, I was told that the price did not apply to that particular unit. They associate did help me into a unit that was on the first floor, something I missed about the original unit so that was helpful3. I received a notice after 4 months that My rate was going to go up at the end of July. So after 6 months they already sprung a price raise on my unit. At least public storage only does that once a year.4. I was pretty upset about the price increase so I was going to talk to the office, but couldnt get in there for an additional week. I decide to hold making payment until I talked with them and got things straightened out.5. I checked the hours on the website and it stated that they are open 12 to 4 on Sunday. Which is fine, it was the only time I had to stop on in. When I get there the hours on the door are COMPLETELY different from the website, and they are CLOSED on SUNDAY.6. It was 10 days after the payment was due. I was expecting a late fee. however the late fee is $20. Public storage is only $57. I expect to pay a late fee as I mentioned before, but not to be locked out of the gate after only 10 days. this is excessive. Whats more, Public storage does NOT lock you out after only 10 days. they attempt to contact and let you know there is an issue, but they are far more lenient.8. If you dont want to create an account there is a fee for paying as a guest. Speaking of nickeling and diming your customers to death.9. after paying my bill, late fee, and getting that cleared, I was able to get into the gate, but they also added an additional LOCK to my unit.I am extremely unhappy with their service and will look for ANY other storage place within a 5 mile radius before I would even look at a life storage again. I will also be posting this on the BBB as I believe this company practices are unfair and overbearing.

Called to get information and the young lady (Wanda) was so helpful. She took her time and made sure I understand all the terms before she let me end the call.

Decent storage place. A little inconvenient not having an elevator for the second level, especially when moving larger furniture. Could use a little visual updating but overall really good prices for what you get,

Reasonably priced for sizes of units. Liked height of step up into units; which keep water from entering units. Staff was very helpful when I was deciding what size would accommodate my possessions.

Second experience with Life Storage. Once with their Hamden CT store and the second time in their Cassellberry Fl store. Kerry was a gem! As he really went out of his way in making sure me n my daughter understood clearly what we wld be paying upfront and thereon for our monthly rate. The overall storage center was nice clean and their facility storage rooms including the grounds were immaculate! If you are looking for great customer service great rates way cheaper than your Uhaul storage, Cube Storage etc., you cant beat their prices!...clean new facilities and oh yeah cheap moving trucks...Life Storage is for you!

Air conditioned units are easy to get to and do the job.

Great service at this location. Needed a quick unit during our moving process and booked it here. A larger unit opened up and I was able to effortlessly transfer to that size instead. Tonya was of great help during the process. Quick and easy. Thanks!

Much more reasonably priced when it used to be Uncle Bobs. Since the purchase by Life Storage, prices have increased dramatically. Almost no inflation in the economy, but prices for my 5x5 unit have increased 35% in just 14 months (from $17 per month to $23 per month). New accounts are even higher ($29 per month). Same facilities, just substantial increases. Public Storage prices for Uncle Bobs-type facilities. Im going elsewhere.

One thing Ive always appreciated about this location, is the stellar customer service. I was running late, and the manager was very kind in allowing me to make my payment after closing to avoid late charges. Her day was technically done, and she still helped me out.Always helpful and kind, which makes me an appreciative customer! :)

I had purchased an auction unit at this location. This was my 1st investment in this new business for me. Miss Wanda was at the location when i cleaned out the storage, and she was a huge help to me. She was very friendly and she gave me clear instructions that made this a very positive experience. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone that needs storage services.

Good rates safe area

Its a halfway decent place. Unfortunately they didnt have any climate controlled units which was what I was in search of. Found one just down the street. Call CubeSmart.

Very helpful staff, kind, straightforward. Some of the better prices in town. They made the process much easier than most facilities and staff were always pleasant and helpful.

The process here is very simple and affordable. The help provided is very clear and accommodating. I appreciate the quality and simplicity here. Some places make things more complicated than needed but thats not the case here. I would recommend this lofe storage to many others. Its affordable and accommodating.

WOW!!!!! What a team they have at this facility. I have never been treated bad, anytime I come here. I recently had an issue with my payments and Tonya bent over backwards to work with me. Good to know there are people willing to work outside the box to help. And when Tonya was out sick Wonda was just as accommodating.Great Job Ladys.

A good place to store your junk.

Half of the lights are not functioning, they dont seem to care. And getting in and out with a moving truck will test your driving skills! Nit even the least expensive around here. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere for your self storage needs!

I attend the university of central Florida so I have to use storage units often. The life storage close to Ucf was completely full so I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to the life storage on concord drive. It was all worth it due to the store manager named Cody Smith. He was so helpful and he explained everything to me and helped me to upgrade my storage unit from a 5x5 to a 5x10.

Okay so Id like to start by saying this was an overall great experience but when I arrived I was very nervous with leaving my stuff in storage while I moved from home. Thank god for Cody! He was absolutely phenomenal! He broke it down and showed me how everything works! Then showed me safe and secure everything was! I am definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family! Dont give much notice on taking your stuff. Alot of important paperwork. Birth certificates death certificates marriage license adoption certificates all very inpoortant things including pictures of those here and gone.

I have been a costumer for about a year and everything has gone smoothly from day one. The staff is very kind and helpful I highly recommend this facility.

Safe place to store your items. There is a fence all around and you have a personal pin number to enter so they always who is accesing the units.
