It has been an extremely Rough year for me not being able to work. Today was an extremely rough day mentally for me. I am a single mother struggling hard. Anytime I have needed assistance or help no one has ever cared to take the time to help but judge and make me feel extremely small. Today I walked in and met Rhonda. Rhonda I know I brought weird prolly never before seen charges into your life but that is my life. I want to thank you for actually caring enough to understand my situation and help me look into my billing issues. Taking the time to make sure my code works and being a caring, loving, understanding and sweet person. You have no idea how much you made my day better I wanted to cry because we need more people like you in the world. This woman deserves a raise considering what I know in customer service she has to deal with first hand. Thank you thank you thank. Just ended a short storage stay at this location and it’s definitely going to be the ONLY location I go to or recommend in central Florida. The units are very clean and the locks are the best on the market. The staff was more than helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Vi is the sweetest woman and even stayed after hours to help me with a problem I had. She went out of her way to attempt to help me and made me feel like family. Will definitely be returning if I ever need the extra storage again!Side note: If you decide to rent from here DEFINITELY download the app! As we already know, all these organic places are a little bit more expensive than the other conventional ones, but its worth the little extra bucks. Place is clean, and the food is delicious. We had 2/$7 amazing pizza slices. We visit this place regularly.

Ive had my storage unit for over a year, and have no complaints about the staff. Everyone has been efficient and polite.But I want to give a special thumbs up to Christina; I found tiny ant-like critters traversing the back wall of my unit. Christina obtained the appropriate stuff from the pest control man and went in my unit with me and applied the remedy. I really appreciated this, as otherwise I would have had to make an appointment to meet him to open my unit, and I dont have time for that.Christina, I have also seen you being friendly and helpful to other customers, and I think you are a real asset to the company.Thank you!6-4-21 Im still using this public storage location, and the service has remained exemplary. I appreciate the very low turnover they have in personnel. Vi especially has gone out of her way to be helpful, and it is nice to see a friendly familiar face when I enter the property.

As a family preping to move we have enough headaches that we dont need another - which is why the PS in Casselberry FL on 436 has been a pleasant experience. Arsenio, the agent at the main desk, was informative and helped me save money while getting the right sized unit for our needs. The other staff has been friendly as well. Our rental unit is a clean, box of a place with a working door... cant ask for much more. Its the organization - the people and technology that matters and thus far were winning in both categories. Easy to work with, easy to enter/exit, clean and friendly.

The staff is always nice at every location Ive visited. I wont ever use them for storage again because of the price increases. They lure you in with a great price then increase the rates every few months. Started out paying $60 monthly. Third increase just put my payment up to just under $200 monthly.Huge rip off!
