This is the best carniceria i been to. Im from out of town, but decided to Google up carniceria and i hit the jackpot with this place. I ordered 7lbs of Ranchera Meat for a Carne Asada and it was freshly cut in front of me, they gave me the option to run it threw a machine that flattens the meet and pokes little holes threw it for better flavor and better cooking, they also marinated the meat without missing a slice. Let me end this by saying that everyone at my bbq agrees that it was the best Carne Asada they had in their life.
