I brought my 2017 KIA Soul in for an oil change and regular maintenance. The staff was friendly, especially Bernard. The waiting room was very clean and the seating comfortable. I watched the cleaning lady sanitize the coffee machine and was impressed with her detailed work! The car was reading in slightly over an hour and so far, everything seems to be working well. I was advised to get a new battery.
I had a great experience at Kia Palm Springs service center. I came in for a maintenance servicing and Bernard went out of his way to take care of me and my vehicle. Our salesman Randy is absolutely fabulous!!!!! Still remembers us and is always willing to help. The service department is pretty good but should prioritize people with appointments better especially when they were made 3 weeks in advance. Also would’ve liked to have had the car thoroughly checked and written paperwork explaining exactly what was checked on the vehicle like they used to.

The lady was super sweet taking care of my request, but I was a bit upset that I was misled. I dropped my car off for its first service since purchasing the vehicle. I was not told the price until after services rendered. The lady also told me they rinsed my car off for me as well as vacuumed, neither of which were completed. 150.00 for an oil change pretty much seems absurd and could have convinced myself otherwise had my car actually gotten cleaned.
The service was amazing. Each member of their team were very helpful with the buying process making it easy as possible. There wasn’t any pressure to do anything I didn’t want to. Overall a great experience, Thank you!
We were helped by two wonderful sales people, Ed and Jack. We never felt pressured to purchase, and both were very helpful and willing to answer all our questions. We went in with a budget and they were able to make it happen for us. We purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage. This was our first new car in 20 years, so there were lots of new electronic devices with which we were not familiar. Jack did a very thorough job teaching us how to use all the bells and whistles of the new car. We would recommend this dealership as well as these two gentlemen for others to work with.
Terrible experience. Found a car online for 17,495. Actual sticker is 17,995. Ran paperwork, and was trying to force me agree to 23,405. I called ahead, and told them that I need a car out the door $20k. They said no problem. Then when we wanted to walk away they hit my credit again. I told them I was already approved at my bank. Eddie is a stubborn old man who does not listen.
They are way behind. It is the ONLY KIA dealer in the area, so they are slammed with appointments. I had to schedule a full MONTH in advance for a part that was recalled. That timeline is crazy to me. I was there an hour and fifteen minutes which was acceptable seeing that I waited there for the vehicle. If you think making an appointment will get you faster service, think again. I was lucky I was the only one waiting (others took lyfts or went elsewhere which always means your vehicle will take longer). The 3 stars are fully for the guy who took the service at the desk. He was very kind and friendly. If not for him, waiting a month would be a 1 star.

This was hands down the best service I have ever had. From the moment I pulled in and met Yvette (she was terrific) to the service completion it was flawless. The concept of receiving a video going over all the details of your vehicle and the services rendered was very unique and something you remember. Wow. Just Wow. Its so sad when the Dealership You have bought 3 cars from completely treats you like a bother I was excited to talk about trading my car in and leaving with a New One. Nope. They really couldnt be bothered and honestly made no real efforts to even look. Its really sad when they say We need to support Our Town and when You try it turns out like this. I bought my car 5 years ago a regular take it for all recomended services, tires and allighnments. My experience there has continuelly gotten worse over the years from talking to the service advisors to having anyone pick up the phone to make an appointment or check on my vehicle. I will no longer service my car there or buy any of the services or products.

I had called Palm Springs Kia to see if they had a specific vehicle still available and spoke with James. James told me it was available and so I drove over 2 hours to go take a look and when I arrived he already had the car pulled out and cooling down for me to do a test drive. He was so knowledgable about the car and had such a great customer service attitude! I was then passed on to Haney, the more senior sales manager to continue the conversation and unfortunately did not have a good experience with him at all. Haney did not explain everything and was rude to myself, my mother, and my husband. I would never buy a car from Haney personally. However, I told James I would have been happy to make a deal with him instead of his manager and he did the very best he could to make a deal with Haney on my behalf but it didnt workout. Even though I walked away without a vehicle and had to deal with Haney, James really did everything he could to try to come to a good compromise. If youre looking to buy a Kia in Palm Springs I could not recommend James more! His customer service was exceptional! Haney should take a note from James on how to speak and deal with customers even if a deal doesnt work out.James- 10 stars / 5Haney - 0 stars / 5

The WORST customer service!!Had to wait for over a month for on appointment for some recall services just to get there and wait for 5 hours for them to check my car and tell me they don’t have the parts available.I was promised to receive a phone call when the parts arrived (which didn’t work) so I called them and explained the whole situation. I was told by the parts guy the they have my parts now and he has apologized for all the wait on the first appointment. He than transferred me to Tammy to schedule an appoint and instead of treating a customer well and apologized for all the miss treatment they are giving me,she was VERY RUDE and told me I should talk to the person who promised me I could drop off my car and have all the service done in max 1 1/2 hour. She was very snappy and when I told her she shouldn’t be like that she said “have a good day” and hang up the call. Such a rude person like that shouldn’t be working in customer service at all!I love my Kia,but if I have to drive many miles ( I live in 29Palms) to be treated like that,I rather drive further and go to another dealership.

After car breaking down it was towed to the Kia dealership. I left the car and next day went back to get personal items from it. I was then told it will sit in their parking lot for four to five weeks and they cannot touch it for that long. I felt the person who took care of me when I first got there should have given me a heads-up I couldnt let my car sit that long to get worked on so I removed it
What an amazing team over in the service dept.!!! Yvette helped me from start to finish with a very serious engine recall problem... she kept me informed and went out of her way to make sure the job was done efficiently & with the upmost of care. Jesse was very helpful throughout the process as well and helped me get into a rental car while I waited. I can’t recommend this kia dealership enough!!! You’ll be in great hands :)

Bought a new car in February. Rear windshield wash has been leaking since. It took almost 6 weeks for an appointment. I left my car expecting a phone call back when it was done. Updated my telephone number with the service rep. Never heard back. I called them mid afternoon to be told it’s been done. I go in to find out they didn’t fix the problem. The techs said they couldn’t find a problem with it. I inquired why they didn’t call me when it was ready and the girl informed me she called the number in the system which responded this number has been disconnected. Why was it not updated in the system as I had asked the service rep in the morning to do?? Then I asked if they could change the part and was informed they could not because no problem eas identified. Ugh I told them what the problem was. I felt like I was not being heard or supported. A waste of my time. I’ve lost faith in Kia Palm Springs.

The latch of the trunk to my Kia Rio had busted. So I did the logical thing. I brought the car to Kia Palm Springs for repair and I left in a certified preowned vehicle. The sales process was quick and painless there was no extended haggling. Bryant my sales rep was accommodating and went above and beyond to make my experience the best yet. Of which he did successfully outshine all other car buying experiences. I’m a fan of Bryant and Kia Palm Springs.
I bought a car here two years ago and was less than enthusiastic about the experience. Fortunately, this time, my salesperson was Ed Ghajar and the experience this time was completely different and better thanks to Ed. I told him what I wanted and showed him pricing from other dealers. He worked with his manager to get me what I wanted and it was a total no-hassle experience. Hes the reason I can now give a favorable review of Palm Springs Kia.
Incredibly rude manager. We went in knowing what we wanted our our payments and the price out the door to be. So, we were honest and up front as we don’t want to pay high price for a low end Kia model that’s is going to be a commuter car that’s going to end up with lots of miles. He was rude and said not only could we not get us a deal but NO ONE would sell us a car at that price. Drove to San Bernardino Kia where they made the deal 2 hours later for EXACTLY what he said no one would. The base price of the cars at this Kia are WAY higher than outside the valley! Definitely worth going out of the valley to get better service and prices!
Abid Alanazi helped me get a car and did an amazing job- couldnt have had a better experience. He got me exactly what I wanted, right in my budget and was extremely welcoming and informative the whole way through the process. I strongly recommend him.Went in for my brake change and the woman we checked in with would not look at me or address me when speaking about MY car and instead addressed and only spoke to my boyfriend, who was not on the paperwork in any way and was not the one to be asked for choices to be made with my car. The service is good, I have been taking my care since I got it 4+ years ago. It has gotten very pricey. At the beginning it was about $ 30 and yesterday it was $ 80 for the same service/oil change and it does not help when we are overcharged for more oil than the car can hold.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had. They kept my car 3 months and when I got it back some of the things they fixed had to be done over. Since my service the electric charge is 25 percent less.

Not happy. I feel I was over charged for my door handle to be checked ...My CD player was WORKING GREAT !! After taking my Car to be looked at My CD Was Stolen out of my CD PLAYER ....I CANNOT PUT ONE IN. !!! And on top of that after talking the KiA Trying for a WEEK. MY CALLS WERE NOT ANSWERED. .. or RETURNED !!!!!!they DONT FIX CD PLAYERS ?????? I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO S STERO SHOP !!!!

Randy was wonderful. He made the process easy and only showed me things I could afford. He was very professional very personable. Finance was quick and easy and I was in and out with a lot of day left to enjoy driving my new car.
Srvice was ok but the prices on the website are beyond misleading. Another Kia gave us the same exact car with the same features for about $4400.00 cheaper.
Had the car for a year and promise the second key and never got it and they were supposed to give us a cover for the fuse box the following day and never got that and I spent 1,900.00 recently for service and I needed a part they didnt have and now Im waiting for a call to take my car back to get it fix and now my a/c is clinching and it was fine before i took it in.. so I call about the part and they gave me the run around and the guy said I have to make another appointment to take care of the situation after I paid in full to get it fix. Where the customer service so now I got to wait until someone call me back if they call me. And I already paid for the service? Wouldnt you want to help the customer that paid for the service

Typical old-school business model of car sales. You must deal with salesman, manager and finance guy to complete a deal. We got a good deal but with a great deal of hassle. And be careful. Their first offer on our trade was only 80% of real book value. Be sure you go armed with real book value, or they WILL take advantage of you. Buying a car should not be this hard. Abid, our salesman, was very good and knew his cars.

Buying a car from Palm Springs Kia was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. I’ve bought numerous luxury vehicles and they’ve beat them all by a mile. The General Manager is a class act that runs the best dealership that I’ve been to. I became obsessed with a particular vehicle that I was told by other dealerships around the entire country is “impossible to get” needless to say, Larry and his team had that exact vehicle in my possession within weeks.When the vehicle was delivered I had Abid as my salesman who really took the experience to the next level. Abid made sure that I knew about every possible feature on the new vehicle and even set the entire app up on my iPhone. He made the paperwork easy to understand and the process took about 45 minutes. Their finance department was also the best I’ve worked with. I buy and sell cars all the time and they really blew me away to the point where I’m considering trading my other car in for their sports car. I will be referring anyone I know to them and applaud Larry and his team for making this entire process so enjoyable and easy.
I recently took my car in for a product improvement campaign, aka recall. I was told my car needed to be left there so I had someone follow me down to drop the car off and was told it’ll be done in an hour. Great! Except I now have my other driver who also drove an hour to get to Kias dealership. When I got the car back and looked at the receipt showing what was done it said there was no codes on the car (there was actually, hence the recall) and that I was receiving copies of everything (I didn’t and was already so frustrated I didn’t walk back in to ask). It’s a very frustrating dealership to deal with.

There was a software update recall on my 2015 Kia Optima and it was effortless to schedule the appointment... the whole process took less than half an hour... I bought my first car with Kia in 2014. A used 2012 Chrysler 200. My second was a brand new 2018 Kia Sportage in 2017. Now my third, a 2021 Kia K5. Kia delivers every time.
The stars are representative of my most recent visit on 2/26/2021 only. Prior visits usually get a 4 or 5. The bottom line was that after nearly a 5 hour wait for my car, I found out that one of the major services they recommended, had not been done. And this was because they did not have the tire. NOBODY bothered to let me know that earlier. I actually had to track someone down to check me out because I saw my car sitting outside meaning it was complete. This was bad. I do give credit to Jesse who finally helped me get out of there. Lesson learned, you have to stay on top of them because for some reason being proactive on their part did not appear to be the norm. I hope this incident is the exception and not an indication of service going forward.
5 stars from start to finish! I just moved to California from Chicago a couple of months ago, I had been having issues for awhile, and no one at Willowbrook Kia in IL was able to give me answers. I broke down in November, here in California and brought it into the palm springs location. Yvette took care of me from the very beginning. She was absolutely fantastic in every way!! She Ensured me she would do everything in her power to get my engine taken care of, and she definitely did. She went out of her way to make sure my engine was replaced at no charge when all odds were against me! They restored my faith in humanity and I am forever grateful for Yvette and the entire team at Palm Springs Kia!! Thank you guys again!!

Check in was fast. While they were dealing with the recall issue, they found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it at no cost. Dropped it off st 0830 and it was done by 1100.
Absolutely without a doubt the WORST place I have ever taken my car to in my 10 years of owning a car. They had my car for over 1 month to fix a problem with my alternator as it was missing a bolt, they ordered the wrong part 2 times and then told me that they could NOT get me they part that I needed for my Kia Amanti. I had to go online and order and ship the part to them myself! Horrible communication throughout the experience no one will even respond to you on the weekends. Was never one time offered a loaner car or reimbursement for me having to have rental cars for a month. I would scrap this car and buy a new one before I ever took it back to this dealership. Avoid at all costs.
My wife and I wanted to go check out the new Sorento and as soon as one came in with the feature we wanted, he gave us a call immediately. When we got there the car was already outside ready for a test drive. He knew all the specs and details of the new model. Hector is very friendly and personable and knows what he’s doing.
