This place was not good. Went in to get help activating my phone I bought online and walked out with the same issues. There were 2 girls working and one tried to help but didnt seem to know much. The manager with the purple hair shouldnt be in a managerial position of any kind. Unfriendly and unhelpful isnt any way to manage a store. They told me I couldnt transfer apps from my new phone from my old phone (I figured out how to do it). They told me to basically figure it out myself and said to come back if I couldnt get it to work. And on top, they didnt even have a case for me to buy. Wont ever come back to this place.

Put me in training made me believe I got the job. ONE day after my training I get a call from the manager tell me “The boss doesn’t need anyone anymore so yeah.” It was so rude “in my eyes” and upsetting, never will apply there ever again and I don’t recommend anyone applying there, plus minimum wage is 12$ and they pay 11$ “So YeAh” 🙄

I went in thinking I would buy TWO new phones to put on my family plan but only bought ONE because my bf really wanted it. The customer service was HORRIBLE..I wont ever buy from this place again..
