I cant express how much I cant stand this Circle K location. Unfortunately, its the only quick stop I have to grab something for the morning when Im on my way to work. There is one associate in particular, a female with blonde hair, that is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She was the only one working the register when I came in this morning and there was an obvious line on one side, so of course, once I was ready, I stood in that same line. She ended up maneuvering the next person in line to the other register on the other side and normally the associates will switch back and forth between registers to get the line moving faster, so I stayed in the original line I was in and waited for some sort of direction from her. Since she had moved the other people to the other register, a line had started forming on that side. When she was done helping those people, she asked if the guy that got behind them if he was ready and I just looked at her (because I had clearly already been waiting longer and she knew I was standing there) and I said, Ive been waiting and shes like, well Im over here now and so I went over to the other side and not only was she rude about it, she had her phone propped up on the register going through her phone so I stood there for about 30 seconds not knowing if I should insert my card or not, she never gave me any total or anything. Then, she had a call come in and she answered it and it was on speaker, so she was having an entire conversation that everyone could hear. I have never seen anything like it. I was actually taken back by the whole thing. Aside from this situation, Ive dealt with other issues in the past with previous associates acting rude or being extremely unorganized in various ways. I dont know who the hiring manager is for this location, but they are not doing a good job or selecting proper candidates. Shame on you for that.

Very rude associate. Came here, location says 24 hours for business hours. Lady with bluish hair looked right at my dad and I and just ignored us. We waited for about 10 minutes and she looked at us again but didn’t signal or ask to wait a min. So waited longer then finally knocked on the door and she just says 4am. I asked her isn’t it 24 hours she said they open at 4am but she was so rude about it. Wish she had better customer service like Ricky. He has the best customer service there at this location.
