Buyer beware. The covid test for Hawaiian travel did not arrive in time. It’s the third day and no test results. We incurred hundreds of dollars rebooking and yet another test etc. 1-2 days is the large print.. didn’t happen.
This technician who works at the Pharmacy is very rude, Id say extremely rude. Her name is Susan. I guess CVS Management should get rid of this incompetent high school lady.
Ruth is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We asked her for a product and she couldn’t find it. Twenty minutes later she came to the front of the store with the product to hunt us down. After she checked us out and signed us up with CarePass to save us an additional $10 of our purchase today. Ruth is super sweet, kind and shows exceptional customer service. I will definitely make this my CVS store from here on out. Thank you Ruth for being so sweet!
The pharmacist Susan (no disrespect but she is so beautiful both in her soul & physically as well, I have no doubt she could likely have a successful career as a model if she wouldHave wanted to) has been a blessing to me on multiple occasions. I’ve never dealt with a pharmacist so empathic & non judgmental treating customers with the same respect & dignity that everyone is entitled to. I’ve had the worst days & yet she has SUCH a patient & calming demeanor, that I end up walking out a million times better than when I walked in. She’s very humble and likely doesn’t realize how much this means to me but I’m grateful and appreciative of her presence here at CVS. She has showed more compassion than the supposed heroic “nurses” in the emergency departments. Mam you are a true blessing, you may not realize bc some people don’t always show it, but have come close to ending their lives because of such overwhelming negativity. Thank you for being a bright light of hope someone’s very dark & depressing world. My sincere wishes that the galaxy repay u for your kindness as u are just as much of a héroe or more so as the “heroes” in the “medical professional” industry. She has the power to make my day so much worse and yet consistently makes it just a little bit better everytime. Please know you are appreciated & I am positively sure that I am not the only one who feels this way. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart 💝👏👏👏👏👏
I went in to use their Public bathroom the person at the pharmacy was so rude. She gave me a tone for just even asking a question. She was so snappy. I don’t get why people have to be so rude.
I called the pharmacy at on July 8th 2021 at 7:40pm and was told by a female pharmacist to please hold and she never picked up the call. I think it’s very unprofessional to leave me waiting until the pharmacy closed at 8:00pm. she could’ve told me to call the next day because they where getting ready to leave.
I have found the CVS at Vista Chino to be exceptional. They are thoughtful and thorough and they stay after my doctor who is horrible and I cant wait to leave in the New Year. If you think I just like CVSs think again and see my review of the one on Sunrise. I drive right by the Sunrise one and go several miles to use the CVS at Vista Chino. That should tell you something.
The customer service at the pharmacy is amazing. They really care about helping without giving people attitude. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
Not sure if I was there or not
I came to this CVS pharmacy to print photos. When I got home to check my order, several of the higher priced prints were not included. When I called to inquire about a refund, because I live more than an hour away and could not go back, I was told there was nothing they could do, but a manager would call back. I was not called back. I do not recommend this location, but I learned my lesson to always check to make sure I have what I paid for before leaving, because I lost more than $20 worth of merchandise I paid for due to a clerks error.
Easy drive through Covid testing! Does not hurt, takes minutes!
Pharmacy was very rude when I was asking them questions about my Prescription. The healthcare system is so complicated I had a couple questions to ask and they took it as if I was questioning their knowledge and they felt threatened. I was honestly just trying to understand the process and the female pharmacist started getting rude with me. I deescalated the situation and told here their was a lot of miscommunication and she was misunderstanding my questions. Never had I, as a customer, had to try and calm a worker down to just get some prescription questions answered. They are very rude and I hope they don’t treat elderly patients like this. As a tip, please try hear the questions people are asking and not try to draw your own conclusions on the situation early. I am sorry if I didn’t ask the best questions, but I rather ask a stupid question then make stupid mistakes. Will never fill my prescriptions here again and I suggest others don’t as well.
Sue was amazingly helpful late last night! I told her I didnt know what to do with my super long receipt/coupons and she showed me how to save! She also gave me ideas on how to store them for future use.
Lacking selection of many things youd expect them to carry (items that can be found easily at Walgreens or Rite Aid) and often understaffed so the front register will be completely unmanned. Better off going elsewhere

I came here one time on Saturday evening and they are already closed. Went to the driveway for a request to fill my prescription but they wouldnt allow it until Monday. No one has sympathy or even try to help me here. I will not come here again, this has ruined me.

Pharmacy is always coming up with excuses of why they dont have your prescription ready. But the other staff tries to please.
Pharmacy assistant says they don’t have enough to fill my prescription. But then the pharmacist finds another bottle and have enough to fill so I ask them the assistant too. She then says since I’m not from the area they have “to confirm” my prescription.I called my doctor and she said none of this was accurate since I’m in CA still and have previously filled at CVS.
