I rushed in to Radio Shack lost in a strange place, relying on my mobile google maps to get home (several hours away) but with a dead battery. Im not a techie and this was a big bad thing. My regular charger wasnt working. Joseph M provided excellent professional service. He was patient and courteous, came out to my car to see what would be best for my set up and got me charged and on my way in just a few minutes. This grandma was happy to have found Radio Shack and Joseph that afternoon. Excellent service, good price.
My experience there was Beyond Unpleasant. I just came back from getting my replacement headphones from this location. I was greeted and assisted by a fairly new representative. I took my old headphone set and my original receipt attached with the warranty and I told her I was there to get a replacement, that the headphones broke for no reason, sound suddenly stopped coming out of one ear piece. Simple, right? Well Not exactly. It took them just about 25 to 30 minutes to even get my refund back. These women made it so difficult and were sluggish and very incompetent. I have been here before and the four times Ive been in there, Ive found the staff terribly rude and youre made to feel like you have inconvenienced them in some way by walking through those doors. The women that work at this location are absolutely Ridiculously Unprofessional. They dont know what the hell they are doing. One in particular was snobby and brassy enough to talked back to me when I told her this shouldnt even be taking so long, Instead of helping and training her new coworker on how to work the computer to better assist me. She so arrogantly started defending her seniority and experience saying things like, shes been working there for 4 yrs (laughable) ... In my opinion she should Re-Evaluate her Career Scope, because she lacks in Customer Service Skills. Overall, this was not just about just a set of headphones but about the pathetic attitude of these three ( poor excuse of ) customer service representatives. As a final note, I may respectfully suggesting that they may wish to consider attending a Customer Service Skills Course as their current behaviour doesnt do them No favor.
Terrible service, i came in to exchange some batteries i purchased and the store clerk wasnt able to return my item because he wasnt the clerk for radio shack but for sprint. So i had to wait for about 30 min. Then after waiting long i spoke with the manager joseph, again he said the system was down. So i would have to wait about 15 more minutes. So i said i would be back. Came back in 2 hours later and still no clerk. The other clerk said they only had one clerk and she went to the bank. At this point i wanted my money back instead of an exchange. But again i had to wait because nobodys was able to assist me. I dont ever want to come back here again.!!! I waited for someone to help who arrived 15 mins later she arrived and was rude her name was jackie. All i can say is run!!! Radio shack, doesnt care about customer service!!!
Awesome staff!
