It’s a good grocery store. Recently I bought home made sweet stuff . It’s very sad that employees open sweet containers and eat then put them back on shelf for customers to buy .So be careful buying sweets or other unsealed packages.

One of the best international stores I have ever been to! The flour section was so diverse... you can find cute and delicious herbs and veggies here! The prices are great.. quality of their products is high!

Nice Indian Grocery Store with dedicated parking lot.

Pathetic and Beware! Travelled 3 miles in a car to get the Bikano sweets which contained 5 different items. First the Rasgolla was opened, i had a call with store individual and went the next day, they did say this is all packaged and gave me another box of same sweet. Came back to home to find that one of the 5 items was missing in the packet. This time i called again and the lady said we are very busy come back and we will refund. I guess Patel Brothers think that rest all are free and dont have anything else to do apart from coming back to the store again and again.

Not a clean place, smells like usual Indian stores but they do have a couple of good items available and are at least a little better then lotte plaza market in cleanliness.

This place is huge, and they offer anything you need for great Indian cooking. They also had some amazing off season pomegranates and mangoes.

Good Indian grocery store but sometimes they have expired stuff. Make sure to check the expiry date before buying anything. If you purchased anything expired, they make a lot of excuses to return it and give us the money back

No senetisor at entrance or no body wipes the cart or customer can not wipes as no materials keep at entrance in this pendamping situation like others grocery stores like Lote or H mart...

Best Indian grocery store chain across USA and they have everything. Decent customer service and excellent staff. Our go to Indian store for 10 years straight.

You will find most of Indian grocery items. But the staffs have lot of attitude. Looks like the rush there and huge business happening there is cause if the staff to be unfriendly. Those who buy frozen items from there should be aware that I have seen those items outside the freezer on carts unattended for almost an hour as long as I was there and melted and might had been later put back to freezer.

Well organized but it seems to be small compare to the # of customers. They need to extend it to accommodate more people but overall competitive prices to Lotte or H-Mart.

Typical indian grocery store in America. FYOS (Find Your Own Stuff) as employees almost always lack basic customer service skills. Selection of items is pretty decent but they carry lot of the items only under their store brand Swad which is of inferior quality compared to other Indian national brands. SWAD prepackaged flours are very bad quality. Avoid that brand at all costs. Overall you can find what you are looking for. Lotte market in their neighborhood also carries lot of south Asian groceries just a fyi.

Great place for indian condiments and groceries! Fresh produce could be better compared to other branches in other neighbouring states.

I walked in there and immediately felt un-welcomed. Getting glares of the couple of people working there. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to walk out of there. Never stepping foot in that place again. I would give 5 negative stars if I could.

She called the Patel Brothers customer care and spoke to the manager. He doesnt know how to listen to customer grievances in phone, was very unprofessional and told they dont have return policy and come to the store and will see what he can do. Me and wife had to take the kids from day care and went the store. The lady on the billing area told that we already gave you the demo to see if the product turned on When plugged to power while purchasing the product and told no return and no refund. I told them we understand there is no return policy but what if the product is useless in the very first time when you use it. I told her we spoke to the manager in the phone and he asked us to come to the store with the product. The manager came and looked the handle and started saying we over heated it and hence the handle broke. How come we over heat it? All we did was connect the plug to electric socket. Manager then said to talk to premiere customer care, i said why i have to deal with another customer care when i brought it from you. Such a rip-off from the manager. I KEPT the product there and told him to keep it as its useless to me. Never going there again. My wife is stressed whole day due to this. Patel Brothers use to have cultural values now it is COMPLETELY RIPOFF

Best Indian grocery in the area. Fresh veggies at reasonable price.

I call them today to see if he could give me the price of caroom board with the size he has. I requested him please and he says you are asking me again. The guy on the phone was very rude and hang up one me. I never give anyone 1 star because I know people work hard to sell. I adore hard work ethic but this guy didn’t want to put an effort to sell his own product. He is in the wrong business where he couldn’t handle a single phone call request on giving out the price.

Pretty much everything a south east asian can need under one roof! Prices can be a little on the higher side but thats to be expected when they are essentially a monopoly with for the best brands.

Worst food store, always out of stock. And covid risky place, because they do not even keep hand sanitizer let alone dispensers for safety of customers.

The stock is nice also be aware if you are buying frozen chapathis as they stick new best if used by sticker on top of original and sell the expired chapathis, Also people at billing counters really need to be trained on how to treat customers. They are awful giving cheap looks to customers.

Avoid this place at all costs. They have expired products all over the places and refuse to refund. In the past I have purchased and bought home milk and condensed milk all with expired dates on them. When I went back with receipt for a exchange or refund they refused to do any and accused me saying they dont sell expired products and I must have purchased the products elsewhere. Fast forward to today, I picked up yogurt and voila expired dates!!!! I took a picture of it just to prove my point here. I picked up a more fresh batch and gave the expired product to staff. They didnt care much, no apologies. Today is Feb 21, this yogurt expired Feb 06. A full 15 days later it was still on the shelf! Yuck!

Good variety, clean ambience.

They are forcing the SWAD (home brand = more profit) brand products with inferior quality, selling the expired or near to expire dated products. You do not have much options available in certain sections as they sell only SWAD brands. Now they have jacked up the price during COVID pandemic and they would not add the fresh produce until the last bad quality item is sold out. The area and community desperately needs an another big Indian grocery store for a healthy competition.

All the variety of spices and beans. My international travel since flying is not happening for me during the pandemic...Happy to get fresh cilantro(shadow benni in my country) and eddoes. Great market place

Its a tightly enclosed space with all the spices and condiments of Asian countries. It has fresh veggies section, snack section, dry fruit section, frozen food, flour section and others... you can find everything here. A definite visit place for an Asian for daily livelihood. But the only thing that I dont like is some items dont have prices specified...

They are selling out dated products which were suppose to be consumed a year back. Always double check best before date before purchasing anything. Carts are always dirty with used gloves, plastic bags, wrappers thrown in there.

This place is good as long as you find items for yourself. Once you cannot find and want to ask for item. There is no one to answer you. There are no options for items. They sell mostly Swad brand

This is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. They are very famous for double charging customers. When you get home and see your bill and call them back they say they didn’t find anything or have a very nasty attitude. They recently tried to take advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic and tried to up-charge double and even triple the price of items in store. Thankfully they got caught by Consumer welfare and had to close their store for a bit. They also got charged a 25k fine. That’s what karma is and thats what they deserve for trying to cheat people.

A very good place to buy Indian groceries. It has lot of varieties. The produce section could have been better and more fresh.

Love this store, it has a great variety of beans, chickpeas lentils naan bread..... even found great black soap for my face.

5 star produce proudly displayed at the front. The store is clean and the employees are so polite and helpful. However, they need more cashiers. The store can get very crowded and wait times long. There were only two cashiers are available to wait on people. Long lines or no, I am definitely shopping here more often!

One stop store for Indian groceries everything

This store is messed up. This dude sells expired products and when I went to return the food he refused to take it back and provide a refund.Avoid this place at all cost and report issue like this to the health department.Also check your receipt twice!! They are known to charge for items you did not buy!

Too much crowded. There is no limit for how many people should be in the store. With people coughing and sneezing right next to you, may make it more unsafe in pandemic time.

So happy to find a Patel Brothers so near my house. I dont have to be homesick for Queens or central Jersey! Awesome fresh pickles, just like back home.

This is the worst store in USA. I brought dried coconuts from this store and all are spoiled. Immediately next day, I called to store manager and informed the same. He simply replied throw those in trash and dont buy products from my store. He is very rude, not even responsible.

It is really good Indian grocery store around Howard county and Baltimore county area. They have most of the popular Indian items which is needed for daily basis. Some times they have good vegetables and fruits. However, I always prefer to buy vegetables and fruits from the other store near Patel Brothers.

The place is huge and you will get most of your necessary items. Only thing is, to sell SWAD product they hyped other things price compared to other store. SWAD product quality is not as good other well known brand. The location is convenient.

Nice store but you have to careful with billing and misplacing your items. This place is known for charging for items twice and misplacing your items in store - you only find out at home when you dont see what you got and of cource no accountability once you call to check on missing items. Scoundral! Thug. Without failure I had third experience on same and now warning you all to check what you buy (no trust) and if no double billing.

These guys are pathetic, mannerless and unhygenic. They have increased the prices steeply. An item that is usually $9.99-$11.99 is being sold for $19.99. Staff and workers have no manners how to speak to customers. These guys should be reported to the Food and Health Agency and BBB. Poor Customer Service and Over priced.

Although I live in the proximity, I haven’t been to Patel Brothers in a while from my past experience. But, during my recent visit I felt things were little better. They now have good selection of fresh vegetables and staff were nice unlike last time.

Very well stocked Indian grocery store. Kept clean with fresh items, fresh and frozen vegetables. Highly recommend this store that is open all days of the week.

Lost the edge to Lotte plaza on price and selection. Still you can find a lot of items at reasonable price. The place is clean with no bad odor
