I had the best experience ever!! I was treated with respect and they explained everything to me and why I needed to fix what was wrong. They also went as far as taking me out and showing me so I had reassurance that they went just trying to fix something that wasnt needed. These guys are great! We were driving from SLC to Vegas in 100 degree weather and our A/C went out. They were able to get us in, diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in under an hour without gouging us on the price. A friendly, professional crew, doing quality work!

Had a very unexpected and scary breakdown today. I was able to make it to these guys and I couldn’t be happier about it. They were quick to diagnose the problem. They had the parts needed brought in quickly, and completed all the work in a prompt fashion. They didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need, explained exactly what was happening, and showed me faulty parts. They were very knowledgeable and personable. I had an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE with these guys! Top certified ASE Mechanic BRIAN ANGUS bled my hydraulic clutch in my Grand Sport Corvette with the LT-4. It now drives like the rocket it once was when it came off the factory line in 1996. They also managed to install a new power antenna I messed up in a automatic car wash with the radio on. These guys HAVE IMPECCABLE SERVICE and DONT BREAK THE BANK! AMEN! let me say that again, EXCELLENT SERVICE at VERY LOW COST! and Im very poor Corvette owner. A+ Positive experience for me.

Chris and Clint were extremely helpful when my car broke down. They obviously know what they are doing here and are both honest and fairly priced. They got my car going again in about an hours time even though I had no appointment. I wish I could make them my main mechanic but I live in Salt Lake City. Really great shop, trustworthy and knowledgable!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! The technician (whos name I do not know) was FANTASTIC!!!! I was on a long road trip and the radio/clock/etc went out in my car. He quickly assessed the problem and determined the fix. He then made the necessary repairs and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend Elite Complete Auto Care to anyone!

Great and honest service. Had a suspension issue that they were to figure out just by looking at it and fix, even though 3 other shops (including the stealership) couldnt fix it. Highly recommended.

Travelling through Cedar City enroute to Canada when the undercarriage of my front end was torn off by a big dip entrance from Main St. to a parking lot. Took the car to Elite and had a great experience from start to finish. The young mechanic (I think Clint was his name.) was very reassuring that he could help me out. Once he had the car up and saw the problem he showed me and then said hed do his best to help without having to order Hyundai parts. He did. Straigthtened and fastened up everything for a reasonable price. When it was done he showed me again what he had done. Cant thank him enough for his manner and his expertise. We were traveling through cedar city, and had noticed some strange sounds coming from the car while we were driving, and figured we better stop to have it looked at. These guys quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and fixed it in less than an hour and a half, and then we were back on the road. Great service, couldnt have hoped for a better experience!

Helped me out in a bind and didnt take advantage of me even though I was from out of town. He under-promised and over delivered having the repairs done three hours earlier than he suggested. My radiator was blown and I was worried that I had blown a head gasket too. He could have said that that was the problem and the repairs could have cost me a fortune but he was honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. Great service, thanks for treating us right!

Worst car repair experience of my life. The owner, Chris, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Overpriced service and constant delays.I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed additional work. I was hesitant but I trusted the owner and agreed to the extra service. Suddenly my $60 oil change turned into $1,000+ of unneeded service.Basically, Chris, the owner is a used car salesman doing everything he can to squeeze money out of his customers. My naivety about auto repair doomed me.Avoid Elite Auto and save your money and your pride.

I highly recomend coming to elite to get your car fixed, they put new brakes and rotors on my car for a great price. They also keep in contact with you and answer any questions you have about your car and whats being done to it.

These guys worked on my cars ac and my daughters car as well. They were quick and thorough. I really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. They shared some great information on dos and donts with air conditioners. I learned a lot while waiting in the lobby. I recommend them to everyone!

Way overpriced and terrible customer service. Got ripped off. Car broke down near Cedar City last August. Chris, the owner, told me I would have 1 year warranty on parts and service and that he was an expert in Hyundais. I live in SLC. He told me that on the warranty, being that I lived so far, he had connections with a shop in the Provo area that I could take it there if any problems. So I had him fix it. I called him a few weeks ago, still under warranty, told me to go to Auto Zone to get the codes, they were the same codes he fixed before. The problem was never fixed. When I talked to him on the phone he said he would do some research and call me back. He NEVER ever called me back. I kept calling, left various messages and nothing. I lost my money there.Avoid Elite Auto Care.

Everyone I worked with was great. Had A/C Compressor die enroute to California and wife was stranded there in the desert with no AC. I called them remotely and they got her a quote and did the work promptly getting her back on the road.Unfortunately the NAPA part they installed failed but they worked with a NAPA certified mechanic over the phone and we got a new one installed 800 miles later here in CA at no charge to us for parts or labor. They made sure everything was taken care of for us making multiple phone calls to us and a NAPA representative to get the new part and necessary labor covered. THANK YOU!

He fixed my Nissan Murano during this he said it would be one price and gave us a quote but when it came to total it was even lower than what he quoted but he never jerked us around he was honest and saved us money and a great car.

I went there to fix my heater and now my blinker hazards and lights wont work so I went back and they wouldnt fix it
