If you like changing tires on the side of the road then buy here! I bought all four tires knowing the next two years I’d be traveling a lot for school away from home. After a year 10,000 miles in the next 6 months have had 3/4 tires go flat randomly on me while driving on the freeway!! The exact thing I did not want to happen during this time. I even bought the upgraded tires they sold me. Now I’m stuck in the Midwest having to buy new tires again. Do not buy from this store!

Im happy with the new tires I got. I did however get a quote, then asked for my military discount. The old quote was taken and trashed and I got the new invoice on pickup. Somehow the new quote was still the same price, but now there was a tire disposal fee on the bill. Im happy with the service, but I dont really think I was given the discount promised. Next time I will keep BOTH invoices to compare.

Needed a tire repair from a nail we ran over while passing through town. This place was friendly when I called. They told me they were about an hour and a half wait. Fixed my tire with no issues and back on road in about an hour and a half. I liked the honest time frame. Thanks so much!! :)

@$252 for an oil/Filter change and to top it off 3 hr wait. Ill never go back myself.. Same service in Salt Lake City is only $150 I have receipts to prove.

My car broke down on my way home to Denver. The tow driver recommended I have my car brought here for good service. I love that it’s across the street from a hotel and grocery store since I was going to be stuck there for a few days. Unfortunately, what I thought was going to be a quick fix ended up being a blown engine. I had to have my vehicle towed again to my car dealership, but they were great working with me and kept my car there until it could get picked up. Thanks for helping me through a stressful time!

Expensive, $20 for small patch repair

I have never been so grateful for such a loyal company! My water pump broke on my car, I was driving from SLC to Vegas. I landed in Cedar City and these people treated me like a local! Corby went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, called before they worked on the car and fixed my car is a timely manner. Corby came in on his day off (Sunday) gave me the keys to drive my car back to SLC. They were so respectful and supportive during this time of distress. I appreciate this company so much and HIGHLY recommend taking your car, you can DEFINITELY trust them! They provide 10/10 service and truly care about their customers! THANKS TIRE COMPANY!!!!

My check engine light came on so I dropped in The Tire Company. They were so friendly and accommodating and were able to figure out the issue within a matter of minutes. They reset everything free of charge and I was out the door within 15 minutes of arrival. This was my first time at The Tire Company at the recommendation of my family and I will definitely be back for my auto needs.

So Ive been here 4 or 5 times now, between the two cars I own. The overall work leaves a lot to be desired. I had the brakes replaced and the rotors turned on my car recently. They ruined the rear rotors to the point where it didnt feel safe driving the vehicle so my father and I had chat with them (him being the intimidating dad and me being the inexperienced son that hasnt been to a mechanic before). They said okay well replace all four rotors all you have to do is buy them, so I buy them. I take it in to get the rotors replaced; come to pick it up around 3 hours later. Only the rear rotors are replaced and the second set is still in their box. Also, we had to find them in their shop because they didnt know they were even there and yet they somehow took them out of my backseat? Finally to top it all off they said No, youll have to pay for the second set to be replaced. Long story short, Ill never come back.Customer service: 2/10

I went in for the first time today and was very impressed. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated on my vehicle. It was done in a very short period of time compared to other places around town I have taken my vehicle to. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and accomodating. Also the price was great - I love going to places that dont take all of your hard earned money each time you have to get an oil change. Thanks Tire Company - you just gained a loyal customer!

Avoid at all costs. I used to recommend Tire Company, and have taken several vehicles here multiple times with no issue for regular service, but the last experience has been absolutely terrible.I took my truck to their shop a total of 4 times in the month of December 2018.#1 Regular visit to get brakes and an oil change, no issues#2 Check engine light came on, they swapped out an ignition coil and spark plug#3 4x4 started trying to engage while in 2WD and was grinding loudly. They claim they swapped out the vacuum lines, but when I looked they appeared to be the same old rotted lines from before. After talking to the mechanic later he told me the only changed out 1 set of them, not all.#4 4x4 still grinding and check engine light has come back on again for the same cylinder misfire that they claimed they fixed in visit #2. Had to come down again during the visit (they kept my truck 2 days in the shop because they say they couldnt replicate the issue) and test drive. Found nothing then. They swap out the lines and this time seems like they actually did it because I see new hoses when I look, great.So far after 4 visits I havent had an issue with the 4x4, but we will see as it has only been a week.Check engine light came back on today 1-9-19, same issue from before that they claim they fixed twice.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. People leave positive reviews claiming they are cheap and did good work. Those people simply got lucky. This company is clueless at fixing issues, and does the absolute minimum possible to resolve an issue and get you out the door. I asked them multiple times to do a complete inspection on everything that could be causing the issues, and they failed to do so. My truck is having the same issue today that they claimed they fixed on 2 separate occasions.

They are friendly and competent and know you by name when you walk in the door. Very low turnover of staff, always a good sign. They are pricey and for big ticket items I recommend you shop around.

Depending on who you get for help, determines your service. Suggest corby, he was very nice and did everything he could to help us in our situation. Landon on the other hand was terrible on the phone, and would not give us his word to complete repairs that were easy. The tire company did take care of us in the end, but they made a few mistakes that caused us to be late on our journey home.

I am quite dissatisfied with my service here. I asked them to check to see if anything is wrong with my car, and that is all. I never got a call when they were done, and when I arrive they charge me $50. I have never been charged for a service like this before, nothing was worked on or repaired save a single zip tie that was put on, and as a college student I simply do not have the money to spare. I never authorized them to charge me, had I known I would never have taken it in to them in the first place. I am infuriated and I do not plan on returning anytime soon. Had any actual work been done on the car I would be fine with the charge, but I have been charge $50 for someone to look at my car and not do a thing to it.

I took my car in to check the back rotors at 10am. They say they can machine the rotors to make them fit for continued use, which is a cheaper option opposed to buying new ones.I dropped my car off, specifying that machining the rotors was all I wanted. The guy took my number, key, and told me that my car would be done in 2 hours.6 hours later, at 3:00pm, they called me to tell me to come by and get the car. The worker gave me the key and said they couldnt machine the rotors and that my total was $35.00. I was surprised and asked why my total was $35.00, since they didnt perform any maintenance or repair. The worker said they had a mandatory diagnostic fee. I didnt ask for a daignostic, because I am able to perform diagnostics myself. I said, Did you find anything useful? He then walked to the trash to dig out my diagnostic paper. He uncrinkled the paper and showed me the unimportant issues they had found, which I already knew about. Now, I am 35.00 bucks poorer with bad rotors. Thanks Tire Company.

If youre looking for a good place for tires this is a place to go.

They are crooks who dont know anything about anything car related. They keep throwing parts at cars without ever solving the problem. When asked about making it right they say they will discount parts but not their worthless labor.. thats if you can ever get them to fix your car. They had mine for a week straight without any communication. That was after the 2 days just before that when they failed to fix the problem. If you are not a good old boy it could take weeks to fix your car. Stay away!! They are no better then YouTube and a wrench doing yourself

I really liked this place and brought both of my cars there for everything. They destroyed 2 good tires off my old rims to get at the Tire pressure sensors WITHOUT asking me or giving me options and then refused to compensate me (the tires were Honda Odyssey run flats which run $500 a piece). This after I just spent over $1100 on new tires and rims. Then, when I called to check on warranty; as my new ties with less than 20K miles on them are getting bad. They said I must have tire rotation records. Which would be fine if I kept them and if they had told me that up front.I will never do business with these people again.

They just try to screw you out of every nickle and dime. I first came here because I had a flat tire and needed a patch. They told me they couldnt do it because it was too big. Took it to Big O down the street and they did it for free no problem. The second time I came to get a quote for some tires and wheels (Atturo Trail Blade MTs) The idiot at the desk told me that there are only 2 sets left in all of America. Keep in mind, this is a fairly popular tire that you can find basically everywhere. The price he gave me was already higher than most but then he told me that there would be extra freight charges for each tire. So I should plan on an extra 20 bucks per tire. On the quote there was the overly priced tires + freight charges added to each tire + another line item labeled freight charges. So I assume they just think they can hide that extra 80 bucks without me noticing. (BTW I ended up buying tires on Custom Wheel Offsets online for about $800 cheaper. Mounted, balanced, and shipped for free)The third time I came with a buddy who needed his truck aligned. They called him and told us they couldnt do it because of a loose part (which was going to cost $650 to fix). They charged him 40 bucks for a diagnostic which he didnt ask for and was not told about. He went for an alignment. Not a diagnostic. These guys cant stay in business for long like this.

Started using them recently and service has been extremely fast on tire work and the price on full synthetic oil changes cant be beat. Literally the only difference there is they dont vacuum or upsell on airfilters compared to Jiffy Lube. But hey if thats worth a $100 oil change then this wouldnt be the place for you. Rock on guys! 👍

Dont take a motorcycle wheel here for tire swap. This town sucks for service on motorcycles. Midtown does a car tire swap for $15.00. they have to dismount balance and remount. The Tire Company just charged me $24.95 for a swap. $2.00 for shop supplies? What, expensive lubricant? No dismount, balance or remount. Last time I had a car tire shop do a swap I was in New Mexico. They swapped out in all of 2 minutes and charged me $8.00. he was shocked by what I paid extra. This is not a good town for motorcycle riders. What a ripoff?

I will pay you $20 cash to use a different shop. I used to take all of my trucks/vehicles here. I even sent everyone I knew here. Over the course of 2016, we put over $30k through their shop out of our pocket and sent in an additional $20k in business through referrals. I went in to have my wheels and tires upgraded to a larger size, on my fourth truck Ive brought to them and was told yes, no problem nothing else would have to be done. At the end of it, I had a invoice $1600 higher than quoted, and a vehicle that is unsafe. The truck has been deemed unsafe by 3 shops, one of which is the worlds largest off road race team, all who have said if you hit a pot hole wrong, you better pray to your higher power because it will be a 50/50 shot. I explained this to the manager and owner whom said, nah its ok and let me and my pregnant wife get back in the vehicle. I havent paid for the wheels or tires or anything yet and was advised by the owner to bring the trucks into so they could make it right and adjust my invoice. Well at the end of the day, I got fooled, and all they did was another wheels/ tire swap, didnt repair the truck back to its normal state, and charged me for the additional labor that was done. You would think after the continuous work we bring there would be some loyalty. This business will treat you right on your first or even second visit but god forbid they make a mistake, they will not admit it and you will get stuck paying for it. This isnt the first time we have had an issue and decided to give them a second chance. These people should not only be shut down for unlawful tactics, but should be shut down for lack of knowledge and expertise. They may be ok with just switching wheels but they will never get another dime from me. I will give anyone $20 cash to go to a different shop, just so you dont have to go through this nightmare. Im not kidding, email me and I will tell you where to pick up your $20. All you have to do is show a reciept from another shop after todays date!

The Worst!!! shop Ive ever felt with. Charged me way to much for my brakes, then two days later the whole caliper fell into the rim and almost killed me, four days after that brake fluid started gushing from the calipers. The brake fluid ate my tire and now its ruined. I called to tell them all they said was OKAY. I will need go back or ever recommend this place.

Went in for an alignment, was charged an additional 30 dollars for work I did not authorize. I disputed the extra cost but I ended paying only half of that because the gentleman behind the desk threaten to impound my car there on their property unless I paid.Unfortunately, the alignment on the car is still off...smh, never again.
