Great customer service, found just what I was looking for

Growing up, this was always the place to go to look but never buy because it was so expensive. However, went in to see because it had been so long, and found pricing to be comparable to other stores. They had a great selection of mens hoodies and I enjoyed browsing. I dont find the womens clothes to be as much in line with my style but the mens section was. I definitely am going to go back.

Upscale department store, but has a wide variety of items, even on the lower end, Ive found a number of unique gift items there. The salespeople are helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Sadly it in a dying mall in the backside, so the location isnt optimal to get to, you have to drive around the entire place or walk through the deserted storefronts.

I love this store!! It is such a staple for shoe shopping, make up, and even outfits for my girls. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the no interest credit card makes it that much better. This store is always clean and organized, and the shoe sale room is a personal favorite spot.

Went to the fragrance counter. They have a new helper there. She can see Im an older adult male shopping for my wife. She knows Im shopping for my wife because I said this to her. I think I know my wife better than anybody else when it comes to fragrances. So why did she need to continue to ask me if I needed help? When I told her no the first and second time you would have thought she would have gotten the hint. I just quietly walked away knowing that I needed to find another place to shop. Attention Von Maur Management: Some men are extremely competent and knowledgeable about womens fragrances. Here is how you can tell: We tell you we dont need any help.

This is another of my go-to stores when I need a new outfit, shoes or jewelry. You can get some great sales here; you can find some great brands here, and you can get anything gift wrapped for free here! I also love the shoe room where all discounted womens shoes are placed. Some people dont know about this room.... Its behind the shoe counter and can be a gold mine of sale shoes! Service is usually pretty good too

Pricey as ever, and couldnt get service in womens dept for over 20 min. They looked right at us and stood at desk chatting amongst themselves.

A up scale department store that has modern fashions. In the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area this is the only store in this class.
