The new renovations look great! Havent been disappointed by this location on any of my visits. One of the better ones Ive been too.

Got what I needed new design is cool too really caught my eye how they rearranged

My calls took about 12 rings for an associate to answer and as for my transfer calls it took forever but no one answer. Cmon WaltMart employees without us customers you will have no money to support your families. All the WaltMart that I have visited all employees act like they are more important than their customers.

There are good days Ive shopped and other days that you couldnt pay me to go back. All I can say is, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST!! NEED BETTER AND CONSISTENT TRAINING.

Kinda hard to find somebody when you need them but better than Target. Couldnt get anyone in electronics at 🎯. Walked around for 5 minutes yelling, Hello? at 🎯. Went to Wal-Mart and got my 58 Hisense.

Walmart has always been priced fairly. The customer service is great. Items are located in sensible areas

Its a Walmart. If you are actually reading my review you must be from far far away. You dont come here for the ambiance, you come to get upset they stopped carrying whatever you came for and replaced it with their great value or equate equivalent

Very LOUD while trying to shop. Not sure why work couldnt get done when store is closed rather than customers having to listen to drilling, hammering, & grindingFitting room staff was very rude & short with us when asking where something was located.

It would be nice now that we have to self check out, if you would lower prices

Great place to shop as long as you dont go there during Prime Time hours try to go early in the morning or late at night to avoid the crowds

As I sit in the stall where i sealed my fate, i wonder if its a corporate wide policy to have an oversized stall and one that is so narrow that to properly use it you must be under the legal age for a drivers permit. This isnt my greatest concern for that is of why little Billy must be strapped to the wall to witness whatever god forsaken atrocities are committed in this oversized stall. The toilet is cold corporate porcelain and the TP was thin enough i couldve checked for a hemorrhoid. I give this experience 3/10. It was a desperate act committed by a fool.

There was construction going on with their self checkouts. And they had pallets of goods that needed to be put away .the shelves were pretty much empty the lines were long for checkout the checkout guy did great

Got a new battery for my truck. When I got home and was about to ad grease to the posts, I noticed the ground cable didnt get tightened and the new end they put on the positive post was cross threaded so I replaced the bolt. Not much confidence in a very simple job.

We went to pick up a grocery order yesterday, and when we got home the order was almost 100% wrong. When my wife called to get it sorted out, they said there was nothing they could do other than a $25 gift card. They were extremely unapologetic, short, and unkind altogether. We both work full time and have a baby, so driving all the way out to Cedar Falls is not an easy task - let alone 3 times for their mistake. I had to go back out last night to get the groceries, waited for so long that the tornado warning started (even though I had called and they said my order would be ready within 20 minutes). I offered to get my own groceries but the worker said I had to wait 15 minutes... IN MY CAR during a tornado warning. That is a liability in and of itself. Now I have to drive back out again today, because they NEVER CAME BACK OUT with my groceries. Thats 3 times in 1 day for their error. They cost me my safety making me wait again in a tornado warning, never coming out and never giving an update, and theyve cost me 3 hours of my time. The most they are offering is a $40 gift card. Ive truly never been more disappointed in a corporation. Weve used Walmart pickup for years, but I think this will be our last time.

Walmart isn’ that bad of a place to shop if you can ignore their core demographic group. I generally go to Target as it’s less busy, no ones soliciting you at the exits and In general theirs not as many ‘conservative Christian Trump’ supporters stumbling and bumbling around like zombies. Going to Walmart may save you a couple bucks over other retailers but that alone may not be enough to make up for the experience your about to have.

As of 7/31/2021 the Cedar Falls Walmart is under construction. Not sure when that started, but Subway is no longer there and everything has been moved around. Shampoo, makeup, toothpaste, shaving items are now up front in the corner near the garden center, the back corner of the store near the tire center is much more open. It basically looks like they have removed several isles from that corner altogether. The flooring looks like they are either repairing or replacing it. For the most part, the grocery side of the store is the same. Up at the front of the store, where they normally put the Halloween and Christmas and holiday specialty items, they have built walls and are building something there. Not sure if Subway is moving to that side, or if that is something completely different. - This was the first time Ive been to Walmart in a while, so not sure how long things have been like this. But....if you are looking to get in and out quickly....that probably wont happen, mainly because a lot of things have been moved. Plan accordingly.

So disappointed they have so many self check out. Taking jobs away. And a lot older people will have trouble using them. Even with self ck out price are still going up at Walmart

Thank you for trashing up the Cedar Falls Walmart. Im not talking about the inconvenience of remodeling, you actually made the store look trashier. The glossy cement floors look horrible, cheap and dirty. While I was there today I saw an older lady slip and fall because the floors are also slippery. Its not a good change from the tile floors.

They now have around 30 self checkouts that have taken away jobs. Time to find another store to shop at that supports American jobs!

Typically stop here after work as it is convenient. Staff is always nice and friendly. Never had any issues. I tend to pick up my daily needs from here along with animal supplies.

Why do you only ever have a couple lanes open?!? Stood in line today for over an hour to check out because you had 4 lanes open and there were easily 60 people standing in line. Managers, stock staff etc. should all be out here getting YOUR customers through. An hour wait is unacceptable!!!!!!!!! This has been happening long before the “pandemic”!

Absolutely HORRIBLE grocery pickup experience. Order was wrong, man on the phone was rude and not helpful. Went to pick it up again and my husband waited so long that the tornado warning was in effect and they required him to sit in his car, even after he offered to get the groceries himself. I am mostly bothered by the lack of care and empathy from the manager. We will likely not be using pickup from Walmart again. Such a horrible experience, its left us with such a bad taste in our mouths. I would recommend going literally ANYWHERE else for your grocery pickup.

This is the worst job you can possibly apply for, I got coached for going 5 mins over break, they said walking toward the break room counts as your break. The store is huge it takes 5 mins just to get to the break room. The guy that coached me takes 30 mins breaks, well over the limit.

Going down hill quickly.To mention a few:No paper bags near ears of corn, causing bags to RIP and lay around floor and displayLines very long. Exceeded 12 on most isles.Only a few cashiers available, and they all seemed apathetic and, slow.Shelf stickers blocked aisles, and made no attempt to accommodate customers.Hope this is helpful.

Theyre never stocked up on anything theyre hardly ever any products on the shelves I think we need two Walmarts in Waterloo one on the east side and one on the west side with 70,000 people in the town of Waterloo and only one Walmart They always out of uniform sizes which is a requirement for the schools here They just always out of stuff .They never stay stocked up completely . Its bad enough that we have the bagg our own groceries and pay for them everything is self-service. Not enough cashiers at the register so many registers available for use but never open Not enough employees.

Its a much cleaner Walmart compared to others over then in. The self checkout stations in both ends of the store mega it fast and convenient to get in and get out!

There doing some remodeling, so products are harder to find. Its a hassel.

Found what I was looking for with no problems.

I understand alot of places are understaffed but they close at either 10-11pm they should be able to stock clothing racks and ladies undergarments. The pop can/plastic recycling was broke down make sure you tell all your associates that they no longer except cans and bottles at customer service so it saves the customers from a cat and mouse game.

No wait and already called to say the tire is ready. Fast service on the day

I love Walmart in Cedar Falls they have great help when you cant find something great parking and a very clean store and everybody is as helpful as they can be. Waterloo needs to take pointers from them. I give Cedar Falls store a ten and Waterloo Store a 4 if it was a scale of 1 to 10.10 being the highest for good.

This Walmart is amazing. Clean and organized. I had a great shopping experience. Associate at the self checkout was very polite and helpful. Took off a star cause not many associates so much as said hi as I shopped through the store.

Its like all WalmartsThe back womens bathroom needed cleaning.I did enjoy having Subway inside so thats a plus!

Its Walmart...not much more to say. It was shaky on stocked items but much better than other ones Ive gone to. No hassel on semi parking. Friendly people which is rare in todays world.

This store for a super Walmart is a joke. There shelves are never stocked. The paint department when I went to get paint no one there wanted to mix paint so they said it was closed that night. Seems to me the elderly that work there do more than the you g people who should be able to do more than the 70 years working there.

Walked over to get some string cheese packs and the cheeses had a extremely loud moldy smell. I called to speak to a manager and waited for 30 minutes, still no manager. The smell was so horrible it could of been all of the cheeses smelling like mold. This was not the only time this store has place spoiled and moldy foods out to the customers. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Couldnt find anything and the Crocs were not on sale. No one offered to carry our luxury items and no one even asked if we needed help.

Dont like the self-serve check outstands it takes away from somebody having the job and I will not use them so they need to get rid of them so other people can have jobs.

Bought a Vizio 60” tv it’s only a few months old called and the customer service rep in electronics was no help! Go to Vizio’s web site. I am ripping this off the wall and headed to Maximum Sight and Sound!

They need more cashiers u shouldnt have to spend 30 min in check out ....ridiculous

Always busy and usually no place to park for handicapped. They are always there to offer help inside the door if a motorized scooter is needed.
