Ive spent a full week talking to customer service trying to negotiate a delivery time that works for the both of usApparently the only time they can deliver my order before 1pm is November 11thWhy would I place an order and wait a month why is working out a delivery time such a hassleI remember back when this company delivered on weekends and honestly truly planned around YOUR schedule but unfortunately times change and just like every other company in this country they dont seem to genuinely care about the customerI have much nostalgia for this company its sad to see this company fall they used to be a reliable company with employees that were a joy to interact with and who honestly caredWhat a disappointmentEditI finally placed my order and they missed the delivery window and wanted to reschedule me for a later date that didnt workI guess this is what happens when a good American company gets bought out by a foreign company what a joke

I love the food. I love my driver. Customer service, however, is a different matter. There is no way to contact the driver - ever - even though they may be two blocks away on that one day they are here every two weeks. No way for customer service to contact the driver. Customer service has no idea what happens if you call the same day and have no way to call you back after you call to follow up when mistakes are made. Schwans, and this is my opinion, is pretty small time in its customer service for a company its size.

Love the food, delivery sucks. Three times this summer/fall 2018 they did not show up as scheduled. I always order on-line before 11pm on Thursday before our Fri. delivery. No phone call to indicate they are not coming. Since we Winter in AZ we have Schwans deliver there also. They have never missed a delivery in all 16 yrs weve been wintering there. This just started this year. When we had Jim delivering to our home before we did not have this problem. Please can we have Jim back?
