Worst customer service ! They need to hire more friendly people!! if you don’t like your job or dealing with people you shouldn’t be working for Customer service period ! Not going back to this location …

I got 3 pairs of shoes here and it was not pricey at all. He was super nice and gave me an extra pair of socks.

Although It’s very nice for Journeys to provide free AC to the entire outdoor mall, by leaving their doors open I don’t their ventilation units can keep up with demand on hot summer days. But more power to you—literally.

I was in there today and was assisted by a great young man. Very attentive and helpful. Had surgery on my foot 2 months ago and Dr. recommended New Balance shoes. The gentleman made sure that the shoe fit was good and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable in them. Great Customer service from him and a great price.

My first experience in this particular store, and certainly my last. I called ahead of time and inquired about returning a pair of childrens shoes. I was told that it wouldnt be an issue. I had a very short time frame to accomplish several errands, so timeliness was a factor. After arriving at said location, the tall, slender (piercings in his face) worker/cashier was extremely rude and told me that I could just take them to the childrens Journeys. I told him I had already called ahead and was told it was a go. And that i was in a hurry. Again, he told me to take them over to the kids Journeys. As he handed me the box back, even though i brought them in with the box and bag. He was unprofessional and extremely rude. I left and went to the childrens Journeys where the whole return took less than 5 minutes. Im unsure why this dude has a job when clearly he has no interest in doing part of his job. Wont be back at this location.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They don’t give you your money back for any item if you don’t have the receipt. People can’t always keep up with these! I am personally NEVER purchasing here again.

Senay is the best! Every time I come in he’s very helpful and courteous. He seems well informed about their products. I always have the best customer service there and will keep coming back.

Good shoe store for shopping for the youngsters as they have a great selection of sneakers. Staff are, well they are attentive for the fact that they want to sell. I do recommend for quick sneaker shopping.

Was there today. Got short changed 21 dollars by cashier. Did not count money back to me. Your register is over 21 dollars. If not your employee is a thief. Too many personal questions being asked by employees. Dont go there. We will not re-enter this store.

Good customer service and alot of choices

This is the worsssssst store ever, they steal their own shoes and blame other employees, they wont take returns so the store doesnt look bad from not making any sales, SENAY IS THE WORST MANAGER EVERRRRRRRRRRR< and he is obviously screwing his boss who cosigns on every ILLEGAL thing going on in that store, they unplug the phone so they dont have to answer it and they make high school students work and behind closed doors steal their hours so they arent getting paid what they deserve, i think legal action should be taken against Senay and RIch Ive already started a legal dispute for firing my husband because Senay is way too emotional and feminine towards all of his male employees ALSOOOOOO Senay doesnt want to hire black people, he says they dont work hard enough. SMH

The worst customer service I have ever had. Andre behind the counter after 10 minuted of trying to convince me it was my fault after 2 months my boots were falling apart came out of the store and threatened me. As I walked out very fustrated from his unwillingness to help the customer I walked out and called him an idiot under my breathe. That leads you to get in someones face. It should have never escelated to that. He should have offered solutions instead of arguing my problem.

If there was an option for - stars I would have chosen it. The employers are ignorant and inconsiderate. My friend had purchased some shoes and was having second thoughts about them so was trying to return them and come later and see if she wanted them. They asked for reciept and said it was in the bag. She looked in bag no receipt, in fact she had been in there less than an hour before to buy the shoes and the workers were pressuring her to keep the shoes and ome worker made a comedic remark about God. We then left because my friend was in tears and the workers were not being helpful in the slightest. So unless you want to be treated like crap, find a different journeys with mature profesional workers.
