Had an appointment. Waited a week to get my windshield repaired. Had a date and scheduled time. No one showed up. No one called. I tried to call repeatedly and get a message that says they can’t find a voice mailbox for the number so I can’t even leave a message. Had to call another company and now have to wait another week to get my windshield repaired. Very unprofessional!

These guys are the best. I avoid the larger companies if possible and found this locally owned business. They replaced a windshield next day in about 20 min. Great service, will be using them for the next window replacement. Also, one of the cheapest places around which is a huge selling point. Go with these guys if you need a new window, oem or aftermarket.

This is the 2nd time we have used Cedar Park Windshield Repair & Auto Glass. They kept in contact with me on the upcoming appointment and arrived in the appointment timeslot. Greg is such a nice guy and very professional. He noticed a small scuff on the new windshield and made sure to let me know before installing. I will tell you, I would have never noticed it on my own even after installation. I like that he is just that honest though. I would like to think we wont have to have windshield repair again but here in central Texas, that is crazy thinking. So when I do, I will definately be calling them back out without hesitating! Shop local because you get the best customer service and professionalism this proves to be true for with Cedar Park windshield repair. They really went the extra step to get me a new windshield within a day turn around. I would highly recommend them for any auto glass repairs.

As an avid DIYer, automotive enthusiast and shadetree mechanic, Im always a bit hesitant when allowing others to work on my vehicles. However I truly admire Gregs work as his experience and attention to detail shows. He completed the job quickly and treated my Jeep as if it were his own. I found out my windshield and driver side window was busted out on a saturday afternoon, I got a response from Cedar Park windshield repair by Saturday evening and by Monday morning my windshield and driver side window was fixed in about 30 minutes. Called Cedar Park Windshield Repair last Friday because I went down town and got my passenger door glass broken out for NO reason! There was nothing to take! Butch came to my work in cedar park repaired and vacuumed all the glass in a timely matter! He was super nice to talk to and had the best rate of 3 other companies...
