Overall really great experience!! I came in with a very damaged windshield that needed to be fully replaced and they had it done and ready to go in less than 2 hours. Compared to the other estimates I got, you cant beat the low prices here either.

I have had two vehicles windows repaired here and the experience has been supurb every time. The first time they came to my house at an appointed time and the second was a drop off. Each time the prices were fair and the turn around time was quick. This will be my go to spot on future cracks and car window replacements.

These guys handled a snag in the order, because I have a weird car, and didnt charge me a penny more (though they shouldve). The quality of the windshield is identical to going to the Dealer and paying about eight times as much. Nice easy going place that did a good job.

Left broken glass and what looked like fallen debris from trees in my freshly vacuumed seats and floor. Low price low quality I guess.

While replacing my front window they cracked the dashboard and put a hole in the middle of the center dash AC vent. In addition, scratch marks were also on the inside by the upper window. The manager response was that the dashboard was already cracked – it was NOT. The manager said that he was responsible for the hole but not the crack. I was told to go and get the hole fixed but they were not responsible for anything else. How do you fix a hole in a center dash AC vent? The entire section will need to get replaced. As I stated NO cracks were in my center dash AC vent.

Great experience. Brent and Chris - professional, courteous, underpromise and over deliver. They asked for an hour to replace the windshield on my Tahoe. I arrived right on time for my appointment and they were ready for me without delay. 30 minutes later the job was complete. Brent reminded me of their limited lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, within a few days a stress crack appeared... I took the Tahoe back and they were ready and able to make the earranty good, no questions asked. They have all my business.

About two weeks ago I was driving my wifes car when a rock pinged the windshield and chipped it. I reached out to Brent the next day and he shared that I could bring it in between x time and x time and that it would be quick and easy. I had no idea how quick and easy it was actually going to be. I gave him the keys, he took the car back, I walked into the waiting room for maybe 2-5 minutes, and bam, Brent was back with my keys.Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness of their facility, the friendliness of the staff I interacted with, their pricing and timeliness. if something like this happens again, I know who I am visiting for the repair.

It was fast but I had to bring it back twice because of a few oversights. Like the black plastic bumpers on the side werent properlyglued on. And my wipers were pretty messed up in their position. But that was an easy fix.

Met the owner at an event and mention that my wife car windshield has a crack in it.Came to his facility, and amazing and clean place, while talking to the owner his employees were working on my wife’s car. In 30 min it was all set and done, they managed to prevent the crack from spreading and warranties the work. The owner took the time to explain to me about the damage and different kind of glass. I went there today to have a few chips in my windshield fixed, and was instead told that the chips were only surface chips and didnt need to be repaired. I really appreciate that I was told the truth, even though it cost them being paid! Despite a small miscommunication in the specific model of my car, and the order of the wrong windshield, Low Price Auto Glass of Cedar Park had me in and out within an hour and charged me the quoted price. My windshield developed a tiny leak, I called up the company and they told me to come in anytime that was convenient for me. Not only did they fix the minuscule leak, they told me if the problem continued to happen they would replace the entire windshield for free. Best customer service!

Great Place! They saved my day. I called and they got me in right away the same day to replace the window on my BMW and it only took an hour. They cleaned up all the glass in my car and even replaced the power switch for me. They were lower priced than anywhere else I called. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Really great experience! Low price auto glass took care of my windshield very quickly and the price beat out all the other shops that I contacted. The shop was clean and the people were very friendly. Hopefully I wont need a new windshield soon but if I do I know where I will go.
