This one goes out to the owner, SteveI’ve used local shops in the lenader/cedar park area for ten years and no one has been able to match the quality and professionalism Steve has provided for me and also my family members who’ve used him for repairs. I recently had what thought to be a computer issue on my truck. The bill would’ve cost me more than $900 but Steve was able to find that it was a simple wiring issue and I was only charged a simple check up fee. I’ll be using this repair in the future for sure with my current ride and any others

The gentleman in charge of this shop is awesome! I went to Sun Automotive first and they told me it was going to cost me $130 to change my brake lights and license plate lights. I showed up at Quality Car Care and told the gentleman what the other place had quoted me. He told me to back my car up then proceeded to change the bulbs. When he finished I had to ask him how much I owed him. He said 20 bucks. I tried to give him a tip and he would not accept it. It is extremely hard to find this type of Honest, Fair and Considerate treatment these days. I didnt know the gentleman and he treated me fairly and gave me a great price and I would never hesitate to take my car to him because I believe hes honest and a great mechanic. Thanks Sir!

Had to get a new computer and gasket and a throttle body replaced on my 2015 Dodge Dart aero, and of course if I went to the dealer they would have chopped my legs and arms off so I went to Steve whom I known of for many many years and decided to let him work on my car and my car drives better then it ever has, he put in all new parts and did a great job, Steve has done a lot of work for my mom and dad on there vehicles and he is trustworthy and not out for your money he knows what he is doing, definitely recommend this automotive shop they will take care of you, and for a affordable price.

Quality Car Care is the most awesome car repair shop Ive ever been to. A few months ago I took my 2013 Toyota Corolla to the dealer for an oil change. My husband and I have bought two cars there and always go there for our scheduled maintenance. When the service adviser came out to get me, I knew it was bad news. I never did understand what she was talking about, but it was some kind of oil leak in the engine and I needed a new water pump. She told me they would have to pull out the whole engine to repair it. She quoted me $2,300 for the repair. I left the dealership feeling angry at Toyota. My car only had 76,000 miles on it, I shouldnt be having engine problems. After discussing this with my husband, we decided to get another opinion. Some people from my church recommended Quality Car Care. They said they were honest, did good work and were affordable. I took my car there. After checking it out the owner, Steve, came out and told me that I did need a new water pump, but the engine leak was just a small worn gasket. When I asked him how much that would cost, expecting the worse, he told me he had a whole box of them and there would be no charge. Amazing! Toyota was going to charge me $2,300 for a simple gasket, I got installed for free? Needless to say I will never return to the Toyota dealer for any work on my car. From now on Quality Car Care is the only place Ill take my car. I highly recommend it for any car repair.

Steve is definitely one of the best mechanics in the area and I feel so lucky to have found him.A month ago, I drove my poor Honda Accord to Steve for the first time without an appointment. The car had issues on its engine and was unsafe to drive. Saw that I was very concerned, Steve dropped all the other work and immediately ran diagnostics on my car. At the end, he told me it could be very expensive to fix the car and suggest that i take the car to Honda dealership and try to have them fix it under a goodwill warranty (my warranty had already expired at the time). Throughout the negotiation process with the dealership, Steve was my advisor. He cared enough to answer my phone calls after normal business hours. It was a happy ending - the dealership paid majority of the cost and fixed my car. So i didnt end up using Steve to fix my car and in fact didnt pay him at all (he refused to accept my payment for diagnostics), but I know he is the mechanic I can trust from now on.
