Extremely disappointed with the communication and professionalism here. I wouldn’t come here if you have a deadline or small business.I placed an order for magnets signs and vinyl for my business truck and told me they were could do them which they were going to call me/email for a design approval(thankfully I wasn’t charged beforehand)Never heard back after a few days, so I went personally to the store to ask for any updates on the design template and they told me they were going to done with the design later that evening and were going to contact me for the approval. It has been over a week since I heard from them no calls/email/text.Which I decided to go to Fast-Signs instead which they were done with everything within 2 days.

Had a great experience with Effective Sign Solutions. I made what I thought was a huge request by asking for same day service. They had me in and out within an hour! One of the Graphics Designers took me to her computer, pulled up my logo (that I had emailed just minutes before), made some quick adjustments, and had my job on the embroidery machine within minutes. They are priced very reasonable and with tiered quality hats/apparel to choose from. Will definitely be going back for more branded items for my business.

Horrible service! I should of know when I first place an order for two shirts, the front girl lack of knowledge didn’t even know the prices. On pick up day the some lady that couldn’t find my order was rude, with a stinky face.Coughing all over she could of lease cover her cough. Yeah never again coming here!

As a small business owner I wanted to keep my business local. I was in need of branded apparel and decided to place a very small order of embroidered caps before doing anything big. At first the consult and order seemed okay, although a bit lackadaisical from the girl at the counter. I should have listened to my instincts because it went downhill from there.The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitude and manor in which these people conduct business is amazing. There are plenty of other places that would appreciate your business. I would stay far away from these folks.

Okay, so usually I am all for supporting small local businesses, but... these guys are way beyond unprofessional and expensive. They charged an exorbitant amount for vinyl print out that got washed off in the next rain. The product was below sub par. No proper communication. Spelling mistakes? Again and again?! Anyhoo, I warn my fellow neighbors to find another local store to support. Just don’t do it. I have emailed them asking for partial refund since the vinyl sign installation got washed off in rain after 3 some weeks. I had to get another Menu printed and installed on the truck. I will update here if they actually do. Definitely going to file consumer complaint against them if they do not.

I was extremely disappointed with the communication here. There was zero communication on two delays. I had to contact them both times. They received half of my order on the 2nd delay, but they printed the wrong size. Im not giving them 1 star, because they were friendly. And they did not give me any hassle when I asked for a refund.

Was looking forward to using a local screen printer for my business, HOWEVER the lack of communication and lack of care from the owner of this place is unbelievable. Had to get deposit back after months of no contact. Wouldnt return emails or phone calls. Would not recommend at all

No reply to several attempts after the owner came to get measurements. A we cant do the job would have at least gotten no review instead of a negative review.

After reading the latest reviews Effective Sign Solutions I was a little hesitant of doing business with them. After stopping by and talking to Zira I decided to go ahead and give them a shot and they did an amazing Job with 16 jerseys we got from them. Great prices, good customer service and good quality work. We will go back and get more stuff from them.

Setting up the initial meeting was easy and the owner followed up immediately in email post meeting. However, after I provided feedback on the design, she did not respond at all. I followed up with a phone call and she said she would be sending a new proof which never happened. Guess my business (and any future business) isnt valued and she has been radio silent.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. As a business owner myself, customer service is the key for a successful business, however this business failed. I had a deadline to meet before a large expo event. Deadline missed (I even gave them a week) They said they would keep me in the loop (not one phone call from them), didn’t happen.On a Friday I brought in 3 polo shirts to have our Company logo embroidered on them (which we bought at another store), they took the order. I explained what it was for and that I needed them by the following Friday for an Expo event on Sunday. They said not a problem and will get it done before then and they will call me as soon as they are done. Come Friday no call, so I called them. They said on the phone that they are almost done, and I can stop by and pick it up. Well I arrived and they didn’t even start. The owner then came up to me and showed me a sample, I advised her that the color didn’t match and to use a bit darker, then she asked me to wait while it’s completed. No worries I waited 20 minutes, then said her employee was having a issue with the Machine, and promised me they will have them completed by tomorrow (Saturday). I then called their store Saturday 10:45am, spoke to them and said they will call me back as soon as it’s done. No call back and now going on 1:00pm. I called back again and left a voicemail to call me back ASAP. No call back Saturday and Sunday they are closed.No company shirts during our expo and very very disappointed with the service and zero communication on their part. I’m assuming the customers are not valued enough to even get a call back to apologize. I’ve done business with them in the past, however never again because it would be hard to trust this business again after what they did to me and my business this time around.

Effective is an understatement! Creative, fast, great prices, great service. I have been impressed with every step of the process when working with them on all my projects. I truly do recommend them to family & friends!

Disappointed. The place has potential but without effective communication it just doesnt work. The order took longer than promised. Our business had to continue to reach out for updates, about 6-7 times. The staff doesnt portray a professional manner and overall its super disappointing. When the order was finally completed the design wasnt what was agreed. I just wanted the nightmare to be over. Dont waste your time, resources and your business here. As a business owner, cant imagine treating customers with such a lack of professionalism.

We have relied on Effective Sign Solutions for years now. When I say that they have gone above and beyond to help us and our clients, I really cannot overstate it. They have consistently come through, even on the tightest budgets and shortest timelines. Im a huge fan.

Did a GREAT JOB on some truck decals I had made and they installed. Did it pretty much same day. I recommend for ANY type of printing or marketing needs. Great owner too.

Wedding Directional Signs- I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. However, this was for my daughters wedding so I was in a bit of a time crunch. Work was okay once I made the corrections and customer service was good (initially). My issue is with management. First, the colors I requested were almost out of stock, with not mention of reordering. The H step sign stands were out of stock (comes standard with order), and they made it seem like that was my issue. No mention of alternative or substitution. I spent the next evening running around trying to find sign stands. Overall, extremely overpriced$$, absolutely no management skills, dishonest and very unprofessional. I cannot wait to get started on spreading the word on this place. There are too many Sign makers to choose from, I chose wrong! Please dont make the same mistake!

I have done business with this shop many times over the past. I was placing a repeat order on some signs that were needed for a large state conference next week. In the beginning, I got return emails but once I submitted the design/order, I got no reply. No confirmation of the ability to complete the work, no proof, nothing and because this was extremely important and necessary, I took the business elsewhere. I do not know what changed but communication is key and timelines in business are sometimes critical.

Great place for all your sign, embroidery, sticker, hats. Owner and employees are super awesome. I felt like they were there to get what I wanted, when I wanted, how I wanted it even though they were extremely busy.

I am still waiting several Months after full payment has been made for the final Signage to be installed. Payment was made in Sept or Oct 2016 and as of March 30, 2017 project has not been completed. The quality of the products that have been installed have been good but the service is terrible. No Communication, see if this helps? I may update if things changeEDIT:It is 11/9/17, I still do not have a Sign, CO has been done for months! We paid for sign in October of 2016. would you like to explain that?EDIT: 1/3/2020, I still do not have a sign... Been operating for just over 3 years without a sign...

I have been waiting for a month for something I dropped off for embroidery. I emailed for an update and did not get a response. I called and was told I would have a proof the next day which I have yet to receive. The staff was friendly and helpful when I dropped the items off but I feel like their customer service and timeliness is lacking.

If we had a vision, Zira and her team improved that vision a thousand times. We love all the work they have done for us.

Just not a good reliable place, been given the run around on SEVERAL projects..always excuse. Just annoying when you rely on someone and they just say “sorry” and have excuses. Like your help is going fishing or you had to move. Do not recommend ever! Leaves customers in a lurch and don’t care.

Terrible customer service! After waiting over a month I still have not received my business cards. Was told by the owner that my email was invalid even though I receive 30+ emails a week. 2 weeks ago I was told it was day 5 of 7-10 of the expected delivery date. Not a single call or email explaining the delay? They have lost a very good customer and I would not recommend them to anyone!
