Ruth was incredibly professional and friendly. Plus, she helped me print everything in less than 5 minutes!

The employees are very nice, so theyve got that going for them. But they are probably more used to printing out copies of simple things. If you are an artist trying to print out copies of your art, dont waste your time. Only 1 of my pictures came out good, the others could have been brighter, and definitely dont bring a canvas to copy. My painting had grays and whites, but when it was shown to me, it was pretty much black all over. Thankfully they didnt make me buy that one.If youre going to print word documents, go ahead and go to them, its cheap.

This location has no customer service skills. I dont come in very often but when I do I always experience someone who seems like they hate their job. If it wasnt for the location I would completely go somewhere else. My experience today, a young lady tried to help me get a free item that I qualified for and the gentleman she was asking help finding the product kept ignoring her. So she was resulted in telling me to have a good day without getting me my special. Sorry my spending a couple hundred dollars in your store doesnt warrant me getting great customer service.I will go the extra couple miles to go to another store next time or go to Staples. And if I come back I will continue to write a review for each experience I encounter. I should have wrote one for the others but I gave you an excuse. No more excuses.

I had ordered a foam board poster on Thursday from the Lakeline location. They called me after many misunderstandings to say my order was ready on Saturday. When they arrived they told me it was not ready but they could print it for me if I waited.I did and the posted they gave me had clear laminate hanging off the back of it. She acted like I should just pay and take it like that. I asked for it to be printed properly.She printed it again but it was not glossy and the poster was not adhering to the foam board. She printed it again and had the same problem. By this time a 10 minute trip had been an hour.I asked for the manager and he asked me if any one had informed me that their laminator was down and therefore they could not actually print it for me. Of course no one had or i would have gone elsewhere. And apparently it had been broken for weeks but no one told me.At this point he offered to have it emergency printed at the Braker Store to be pick up Sunday morning. I called Sunday to verify it was ready. They said it was.When I arrived, the print had a huge ripple in it and a fold and was clearly not ready. I dont know why they would think that was a completed order and not a mistake to be redone. When I asked for it to be done properly,they said it would take an hour. Which, I knew was not true from the other store.This has been an awful experience and already over 2 hours of my time has been wasted and as I type this I STILL do not have the poster.Dont use their printed services.
