Always a great experience with Cigar Depot and Mark. Amazing selection of AF, Cohibas and all the great brands. Prices are great and the smoking lounge is inviting. Cant beat the hospitality! I just wish I had more time to spend there 🤣

They also allow you to be involved in the selection process without restrictions. After all it is a cigar, you want to smell and touch the product, exercise your artistic skills-cigar selection....It is a must in this industry..Otherwise, come on!!! go online and get educated.. This place has some of the best service Ive ever received. Even though I wasnt sure what I wanted and am new to cigars, Mark answered all my questions thoroughly and help me decide on some awesome choices. I will be going here from now on and you should too. No reason to go anywhere else.

We came ready to buy a bunch of cigars on our way out to the lake, and it was closed. Hours online and on the door said it would be open. Waited 20 minutes. We were late to the event with no cigars to show for it.

Cigar selection and prices are reasonable for a local shop. However, multiple times I have showed up 30+ min after they opened and its completely closed with no one around. The phone just goes to voicemail. Going to stop going here if this happens again.
