I come in here everyday. 8mo Pregnant. Need cash. Took some out of the machine. Went to pay for gas asked the attendant to take 10 from the 20 so I could break. She said she wasn’t able to.I decided to make a small purchase so I could get my change. She stated she was not going to sell me the item and give me change that they are not a bank. I can go to a bank or HEB. I stop EVERYDAY for convenience. EVERYDAY. Gas… snacks… water… anything… to be treated so poorly. I’m kind. I tried to find another alternative. There is no coin shortage sign. I’m a regular. I paid the fee to take out cash at their machine just to be told no. I was given an apology by another employee who was very kind, stated she may have been stressed. I am pregnant, work full time, and give the customer service I intend to receive. It’s not my customers fault. Desperate to hire employees leads to not always the best employees.The day before I went in and the same attendant was rude, did not look at me during the whole transaction and I had to ask her for a bag for my multiple items. Small things go a long way.Update: Slept on it. Continue to be disappointed. Never had a problem here. I will continue to go here due to it being so close to my work and if I pay with a SMALL bill, such as a $20, I want my change back and not to be denied a sale.

Stopped in for a pack of gum, sports drink and protein bar for my son. Asked the man behind the counter if he could help me find the protein bars and he said nothing the whole time he was helping me. The store is in a great location, very clean and well stocked. They usually have good gas prices as well. Upon check-out the man was actually polite.

The employee, older gentleman was very friendly! Like the best customer service out there! Made our day! God bless him! Wish more people were like that. It really will change your day when someone else is so respectful and nice!

I love this place! I think its safe to say that we have a lot of heat on the kitchen counter for our first honeymoon. If you know what I mean. Wink wink.The staff is great. Washed our dog for only $6 extra. But the wax job was too high for us to arrive on the same day.Thank you for your request for a special gift!

Pretty good. Friendly guys. Be prepared for them to say you need a cabin filter. Usually dont need it though unless its gray or black.

I came to this location 1454 E Whitestone in Cear Park, TX on Christmas Eve. I stopped because I had to use the restroom, wanted cigarettes, and Gas, and I also had a free redbull with my points on the app. I had been driving in from Dallas. The restrooms were closed for 2 hrs because they just finished cleaning them they said. The employees didnt even know how to use the Murphy USA app. And to top it off they were also out of my cigarettes. I have never felt like I wasted my time like I felt that day. I will never go to this location again.

Love this place, stop in every morning on my way to work. Good coffee, great service.
