Very friendly manager. There was an issue with the door dash delivery, and the manager went above and beyond to fix it. Very thankful. The cookie cake we ordered was delicious. Very personalized, a lot of care was taken in making and decorating the cookie cake. Will definitely order again. Thank you!

Placed an order last minute for my sons birthday. The employees were quick and friendly. The cookie looked and tasted fantastic according to him and all others at the party!(I wish they offered vegan options, but unfortunately not at this time)

It was around 5-6 when we came here. I normally love Great American Cookies, but the cookies were dry, and the cookie cake slice they had looked like it had been at the bottom of a pile and was all squished.

Goodness this place is amazing! Love the cookies, the cookies are amazing, but the cookie cake is even better! You cant go wrong with a cookie cake from here, too bad buying an entire cake is sooooo expensive. But a slice will do at times. They cookies are always so moist and delicious.
