Dina was great, very professional and sweet! She was very helpful to my mom and myself with our separate needs. Got a great deal for my mom on her multi-piece purchase and was able to replace my necklace under warranty that was gifted to me so I wouldn’t have to wait a month for the repair. It was a great first experience for us both, we will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Jeff. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the many options for creating a custom ring. He was friendly, easy to talk to, shared many different ways to create the ring we wanted and at a reasonable price. The process was fairly easy and was done within the estimated time frame. Overall, I would recommend coming here as our experience was very good and we received a beautiful product.

Great experience from the get-go! My husband bought my engagement band from here which was a custom build, as well as my wedding band which the designers helped to create using some family heirloom stones that we brought in. I get many compliments and the servicing, repairs and maintenance program is fantastic! Dina has always been a great help.

The Jared Store by the Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, Tx is a great location. From the 1st time my son and I walked in the door Divina Fox treated us great. Listen to what he needed. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She is one of the best person there. Then rushing it to make the engagement go smooth was the greatest thing ever. Totally recommend this location and Divina to help out in everything needed.

Walked in and they were pretty rude. went in for a resizing and she asked if we needed anything else and we said no. she then proceeded to look at my fiancé and i and told us to look in the clearance. saying something like that to a customer, in my option, is quite rude. guess she didnt want any future business. Also seen on other reviews, if youre needing anything other than buying something from there go anywhere else if you want to be treated like a person.

Phenomenal customer service!This is the type of service my fiance and I have received anytime weve visited Jared’s. Their large selection of jewelry comes with very competitive prices to meet anyones budget.To be honest, I do not normally write reviews. However, I felt strongly compelled to write one after our last visit.Our jeweler Jeffrey, truly puts his customers first. He isnt just a wealth of knowledge in the industry, but he is incredibly genuine & honest. You won’t feel that “typical salesperson vibe” that makes you feel pressured.My fiancé & I went in to get my engagement ring resized. Jeffrey cut his lunch short returning early to assist us in order to keep us from waiting. She made the comment the other was old, which to us doesn’t matter of how new it is just that it’s the one we love. Two words....DINA IDAIS. She is knowledgeable and has great customer service. She greeted me at the door, was very personable and guided me in choosing a new ring and setting. She also inspected and cleaned all of my other jewelry. I had to return two more times to inspect the diamond and to get the setting. I made sure Dina was working & went on those days. Everyone seems friendly, but Dina goes out of her way. Honestly, it was the best experience Ive had at a jeweler besides my hometown family owned one. If youre in the Austin area, Dina is THE person see! Forgot to mention that this is one of the only jewelers in the area thatstill has in house jewelry repair. That’s huge! Helzberg had my other ring for 4 WEEKS just to tighten a prong! While I was selecting my new setting at Jared, they dipped my other white gold rings for me in under 30 mins! That’s great service!

My boyfriend ordered me a ring from their website and they sent the wrong size, we had to go to the store and get sizing, I even gave the lady a ring I had on to size it correctly, everything seemed fine, a few days later I received the ring and instead of it being the size we asked for they sent it 2 sizes bigger. It seems like they don’t pay attention to their customers.

Had a really unpleasant experience. I went to see the wedding band and the lady who showed us the band pushed us to make the payment. The band was pretty but it is a important dicision. When i said i will come back she called another guy to push us to buy. Felt just like a car dealership.

Had a request to get a repair made. Initially was told that it couldnt happen. Asked to speak to a manger to see if there were any additional that they may provide, employee ignored the multiple request but finally accepted to have it repaired but said the engraving we paid for would be removed and couldnt be issued a refund. Again went through the same process and then she said it could.Ultimately, got everything we needed but was not a streamlined customer experience as one would expect.

Initally came in on 11/6/2020 my with Boyfriend to shop for a promise ring. Ended up leaving buying nothing. The experience started out well with the sales associate who started out helping me she was very personable, friendly, warm, charismatic helpful and respectful of our budget.Eventually ended up with someone else who picked out a different ring to show me that I liked more, this associate I ended up with spoke broken English and was genuinely the PUSHIEST person I have EVER interacted with. I had to tell her 3 times that I wanted to look at some other places to make SURE that this is the ring I absolutely LOVE (the ring I was interested in at Jared) before she would let us politely go somewhere else.I had planned before I even walked into the store to go to at least 5 stores because I wanted options before I made my decision.Like I said, it started out pleasant and exciting and ended up uncomfortable by being AGGRESSIVELY HARD SOLD to buy THIS ring.The interest I had in the ring at Jared immediately went out the window when my Boyfriend and I got outside of the store and talked about how uncomfortable that interaction made us both.Day ended at Kay, had a wondful experience and got my ring there.

This is the second time Ive visited this location to have my ring cleaned. The first time they pulled up my number, did the diamond inspection & failed to actually enter any record of my visit. These visits are important because if I dont get my ring cleaned & inspected every 6 months, it falls out of warranty. Today I went back, the woman in a hijab ushered me to the ring cleaning counter, cleaned my ring & sent me on my way. Didnt ask for any information & didnt record my visit. Had to call customer service again to make sure my cleaning was documented for the sake of my warranty.3 stars because everyone was very friendly & pleasant and customer service fixed my issue anyway. If youre covered by their Diamoned Guarantee make sure you ask for the diamond inspection and triple-check to make sure they documented your visit if you care about your warranty.

Every time I came in the store, the workers were either very indifferent to my presence or just straight up dismissive. The only times they would even interact with people is to just become as pushy as possible to make sales. The only real time I got any sort of communication is while checking out. I usually give the benefit of the doubt that the worker may have a bad day and I wouldnt normally blame them, but since its been a consistent thing, its hard to ignore. Always leaves a bad taste in my mouth every time I visit.

As long as this retailer refuses to honor the Second Amendment I will not be going into the store.I have no problem with the store owner or even a store manager that cannot abide open carry in their store, that I believe should be up to the individual shopkeeper.Not allowing someone who has obtained A conceal and carry license in your store is like denying a lifeguard access to a swimming pool.12-24-2019This is my only complaint.

I have always had a pleasant time here the past two years but today was terrible which is why I am giving it 2 stars. I believe that when you are dealing with someones jewelry, especially their wedding ring, you should take the best care of it when you have it. Today I worked with a lady I have not worked with before. She was nice and used her manners. It seemed she did not know what she talking about. Instead of taking me to service and repair, she looked at my ring at the counter. I had bent/broken prong on my ring. It took her about 30 minutes to write up a ticket. During this time she was walking around the store asking different associates questions while wearing my ring on her finger instead of keeping it at the counter with me. Finally when she finished writing up my ticket she told me thank you and have a good day. At that time I wanted to make sure that she walked to the back room and put my ring in a bag with the ticket.....BUT NO! She walked to help another customer wearing my ring for about 5-10 minutes before finally walking my ring to the back room!In my opinion that is incredibly unprofessional! You dont wear someone elses wedding ring casually as a sales associates while talking to other customers and helping them! What if she would have dropped it, someone step on it, she mixed it up and put it in someone else bag with the sales ticket in the back! I am very upset with the way she handled that....I know my ring is not the most expensive ring in the store, but when it is as special as someones wedding set that highly inappropriate! I will not be working with her again, and I will follow up with the manager about the procedures they have in the store.Like I said, I usually have a great experience with every associate. She, in particular was not my favorite. Everyone has followed great procedures to make my husband and I very happy customers. I hope this review is helpful.*****UPDATE*****I have been contacted by corporate and by the general manager. Both were very apologetic and open to discussing the issue in order to resolve it. I feel that this experience has been amazing. Corporate contacted me within 24 hours of posting the review on Google, and I met with the general manager a few days later. I wanted to update the stars on this post because although the experience was bad, the service and experience after has been amazing! I have updated the post from 2 starts to 4 stars.

FUTURE HUSBANDS DO NOT BUY YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING HERE!!!!! I purchased my wifes engagement ring here, they messed it up 3 different times and told my wife the purchase price of her ring which I had not told her!!!!First, I had a custom mount done on my wifes engagement ring. I wanted to propose to her very soon. I went to pick up her ring and the main center diamond (1.5 carats) was mounted crooked. It was too late to get them to fix it because I was going to propose that weekend!Next, my wife took the ring back in because the center stone was loose. She had to drop it off for it to be fixed. When she picked it back up it looked like the Jeweler just put 4 huge ugly blobs on the corners of the princess cut diamond! I could have done a better job with my torch and welder!!!Finally after complaining to the managers about these 2 upsetting incidences they decided to remount the center stone. My wife once again dropped off her ring for them to fix their mistakes! I went with her to pick up the ring. It had a totally different style mount and did not even look like the same ring!!! Then guess what happened! The guy helping us told my wife how much I had paid for her wedding ring!!!! My wife had no clue how much I paid! He announced the amount so loud I heard it while standing by the entrance to the store! After giving him the worst conversation he had ever experienced I also informed the manager of the incident. What does the guy do next? He doesnt appologize, instead he went to lunch!!! I HATE THIS STORE AND THE NEGLIGENCE AND STUPIDITY THAT COMES WITH IT!!!!! I will never EVER be back!!!!!!

My Fiance and i came into this Jareds to look for an engagement ring. The first ring we picked out looked beautiful. We took it home and there was rust on it. I guess thats how i would describe a brownish-red color on a ring that i couldnt chip off. You can tell its been previously owned. I took it back and picked out another gorgeous ring. This time the same sales woman helped us. Nice lady. Didnt know the difference between a diamond and a cubic zirconia. My Fiance and i really dont know anything about diamonds, so we bought every word she was telling us. Even put the diamond under the microscope to show us the inclusions of the stone. Later that day saw CZ stamped on the top of it. Im giving this 2 stars because the ring is still beautiful. I phoned the store to let them know what happened. If its a CZ and it comes with a CZ just tell customers that. Were purchasing memories.

My Wife and I had a custom ring done at Jareds so we have extensive experience with the sales staff at this location and the process. We came to Jared 6 months before our wedding date and had been looking for the perfect ring for a very long time. Jared didn’t have the ring either, however, the staff did sit down with us and literally start sketching out our ideas for a custom. We’ve been to every jeweler in Austin and no one ever seemed excited about customizing the jewelry. Most sales staff is definitely concerned with making a sale today and I didn’t get that feeling here.Now, the custom job was definitely a process. First, the ring is sketched out by hand by the staff and then it is sent off to the first official part of a three phase process; CAD (computer aided design), wax, and then “finishing touches.” I will warn you that you have to be patient and this is a process that does take time. The other factor, and something that no one will tell you, is that these custom rings aren’t going to look exactly like a designer ring; the stones, prongs, metal, etc. are set by hand instead of a machine and you may be able to see a difference. We had to kick back the CAD at least 4 times before we were comfortable enough to go to the wax stage so there was a bit of back and forth and frustration but in the end we do really enjoy the ring.Customer service after the sale is good. We have now called and spoken with our sales representative after the sale to a couple minor adjustments done to the rings and to have them soldered together and I have no complaints. Still the same customer service we received the entire time. However, this process was NOT by any means easy and I did feel that we did the majority of the work as far as seeing things wrong with the CAD and the ring itself. We had over $5,000 invested in the custom alone (not including the main stone which was purchased separately) and I felt that we should not have had to hold their hand quite that much during this process.In hindsight we probably were a bit difficult to deal with and we probably didn’t need to be so anal about the process. A majority of the small tweaks are done at the very end in the “finishing” stages. The problem with that is that you have a lot of money tied up and at that point you are sort of invested. I think the customer service is very good, we are glad that we did business here, and I would recommend them. I do feel there was some sort of lack of communication between the individuals who create the “CAD” designs and our salesperson – this caused much back and forth for us and heartache b.c we started running out of time and getting frustrated. That is the only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars.Most of the reviews here are garbage... people who never gave them a chance and complainers.We love the ring, we got it just in time for the wedding, and thanks!

I just took my wedding ring in to be inspected and because a stone had fallen out. It came back with a different stone missing. Thats pretty ridiculous. I also paid the extra for the guarantees for two other items, and when I brought those in to be inspected, Dina said that they dont inspect anything without diamonds or hard gemstones. I had to tell her several times that the warranty clearly states I MUST get the pieces inspected every 6 months. Once I showed her the paper that says it, she finally agreed to print out something saying shed inspected them. She then tried to tell me that no, I hadnt paid extra for anything, that the inspections and stone replacement was free, and then I had to show her the receipt that says I did. She was nice enough at first (she was the one who sold me the pieces in the first place!) but once I said that I wasnt looking to buy anything right then, all the niceness went away. I was waiting to purchase something else for my birthday when I went to pick up my wedding ring from being repaired, but after that treatment, no thanks.

I walked into Jareds to check the cost of setting a stone. Noticed a setting that looked very nice and asked if it came in platinum. Luckily it did, however they did not have it in stock and would have one shipped to the store. They took down (and verified) my contact information and said they would call me with more information (including a quote on the total price) in a couple days. That was in April, and I am still waiting for their call (in December)...

I am by far the happiest woman in the world thanks to Diane, my sales consultant and Joshua, the store manager (and my fiance of course lol). I am a very hard person to shop for, I like simplistic but beautiful and this Jared store delivered just that! I love love love my oval Diamond! The sales associate that helped us pick the ring out was very helpful and patient as we picked out the perfect ring (minus the fact that she lied to us about not being able to select our own diamond online). But as we had some concern about the diamond we got, my fiance went back to the store with some additional questions about the ring. I am giving this a one star because the sales associate that helped her today decided to put OUR wedding ring on her finger and walk around the store with it rather than in the box that was right in front of her. This is such a personal and sentimental item that we are making such a big investment in. She had NO business putting our ring on her own finger. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. At the end of their conversation the sales associate had to then remove our wedding ring from her own finger and hand it back to my fiance. As I understand, there has been a previous complaint about this very exact thing and we are VERY disappointed that this has not been resolved and we will not be returning to this store.

I take a few of my items in every six months for inspection and cleaning, which they do for free in only a few minutes. I cant say enough about the staff at both Jarreds in Austin. They have gone OUT of their way to help me choose my nices first communion pendant, have fixed a vintage piece (Cuban Bracelet) from my grandfather to perfection and have sized watch bands upon request. The most memorable experience was however, when a high end watch, within 6 months of casual wear need an entire overhaul (I have never had an issue with this particular brand, ever, so it was a shock for me). The general manager worked out a REPLACEMENT unit with Sterling Jewlers and Omega. They worked with me show me the rest of the selection, since I had lost confidence in that particular model. At then end, I selected a similar model with a different finish and face. They have earned my business.

I took my ring to Kay to be reset. The stone had come loose. Let me start by saying that I love my ring. When my husband gave it to me, I never considered how much it may be worth. I knew he didnt have much when we met. 14 yrs later, we are in a much better place financially. I never, ever considered upgrading my ring. Wear it proudly. It is absolutely priceless to me. Because I never equated the size of my ring to the size of his love. The guy at Kay estimated the value to be close to $10k and said they would have to send it out for repairs, to Jared. Easier for me to take it there myself. She gave me the name of the repair guy to go see. I get to the store, he is expecting me, she called ahead. Mike was nice, he carefully chose his words when talking about how much I thought my ring was worth. I could sense he was trying to be sensitive in case i thought i had an extremely valuable piece of jewelry, and it was not. He didnt want to hurt my feelings. He said that he would have to go speak to the manager. The manager did not even afford me the courtesy of saying hello. I dont even know his name. He loudly whispered to Mike about my ring being less valuable than what they told me at Kay, refused to even make eye contact with me. He was extremely rude and dismissive, I cant even guess at the reason. All i wanted was to get my ring fixed. He comes back to the jewelry repair area and hands Mike a stone from their collection that matched mine. More whispering. More treating me like I was not standing right there. I was so confused. I asked Mike what was the problem. He said they just wanted to make sure everyone was happy! With what? I just wanted my ring fixed. I had absolutely no problem with the price they quoted me. Why treat me with such disdain? I left my precious ring with those jerks because I felt so humiliated, I just wanted to leave. I went to get my daughter from the play area. They obviously thought I had left, because they no longer tried to disguise their rude comments and snickering. Shame on them!

They are friendly ever single time I go into the store. 9 times out of 10 its to clean my ring and they still treat me as though I am spending a lot of money. I custom made my ring and never had an issue.

Very professional, work was done on time, returned the ring like new, only disappointment was they replaced the setting for the diamond but would not warranty the work against loss of the diamond even though they replaced the entire setting. They were a little on the expensive side, but I feel I got my value.

The manager of the store, Joshua Lichocki, helped us with this one...Ordered matching wedding bands. One size 10, one size 8, titanium. The manager told us that it would be a few days. The day before our wedding, we called and they said that the rings were ready. We got to the store and were told that not only were the rings not ready, but that they had shipped the wrong size and returned them to the supplier! They didn’t even have the rings in the store and our wedding was the next day...My ring was a stock ring that they pulled from the case, not a new one which was what I ordered. They put electrical tape around another ring, so that we would have something to exchange at our ceremony. We were told that the correct ring should be in after a few days. This morning, the assistant manager, Paul, called us to inform us that after all of this, the ring is not available in a size 8 because its titanium. Paul was rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve the situation. The STORE MANAGER allegedly ordered the ring, the supplier sent an 8.5, or so we were told, which was sent back. Now theyre telling us that the ring isnt even available in size 8 because its titanium!? I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! I will also make it my mission to warn EVERYONE that is looking for jewelry to spend your hard-earned dollars elsewhere! I sure wish now that I had seen the reviews for this location BEFORE we went in. They have turned what should have been a simple transaction for our wedding into a nightmare! I never post reviews of this sort online, but if it keeps one person from having to experience what we have had to endure, it will be worth it! There are plenty of reputable jewelers in town who will be willing to do what is right and tell you the truth up front. I recommend that you avoid this location.

I had a hard time deciding rather to write this review. but decided I might as well, then maybe corporate or someone would contact us. I live an hour from this location so just showing up at this location is not always an option. I took a watch in to be fixed on 12/02/2018. I was told we would be contacted for the estimated price with in 3-6 weeks. That never happened. We started calling the end of January to find out where we stood. Sonya was in charge of reaching out to us, and she never did. We called SEVERAL TIMES and some one always said they would look into it, and call us back. They did not. Finally the end of Febraury I reached sonya and she said it was at the location ready. With in 10 minutes she called back and said she was mistaken, and she wasnt sure what was going on. She promised to call back, and she didnt. I called at least 10 times in this time frame. Finally here we are 03/05. On Sunday I called and spoke to Denis who again said he would follow up and DIDNT. So I called Tuesday (today) the NEW General Manger (who seems very nice) says my watch will be ready with in 5-7 business days. I have several watches, if it took 6 months to get fixed, fine. BUT the fact that sonya or anyone else could not follow up with me was the problem.Why do I, a paying customer have to keep calling and trying to find this watch. I find that very poor customer service. All I wanted to know was what was the status of my watch. Now that I have been forced to write a review, I do not know that we will be using jareds in te future.

Why is it so hard to find a jewelry store that has both a great selection and outstanding customer service? I have been from Kay, to Zales and now to Jareds and i am completely disappointed. I am done with chain jewelry stores. When i first walked into the store the customer service was great everyone was so attentive and kind. However, soon after making my purchase everything went downhill. The very next day i got an email that my jewelry was ready for pick up. I found that strange, since it hadnt even been 24 hours. When I gave them a call to figure out what was going on I had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest person. He had no patience and made me feel stupid for asking why I had received an email that said that everything was ready. Two weeks later i received another email as a friendly reminder that my jewelry has been ready for a while. This time i decided to go in. As it turns out the rings arent ready yet. I felt like i was dismissed and i dont like their customer service or how they are amazing when you first go in to purchase something but as soon as you have questions or concerns about items you have purchased AT JAREDS they disregard you. I wont be making any purchases here anymore. Steer clear yall.

Weve been loyal customers of this store and at this location for the last 8 years. Weve spent a lot of money at this store throughout these years, usually purchasing a new piece every couple of years. Weve always had great service, etc. We went in to the store in December 2014 to get our wedding/engagement rings cleaned and inspected like we do every 6 months. While waiting, we looked around and decided to purchase an anniversary band and a watch, so we ended up spending around $5000. I had some credits to put towards the sale due to a sale they were currently running. I was left with $600 in credits that I planned on using to purchase some LeVian jewelry at their LeVian event in January. I gave our sales associate my phone number and email address and he ensured us that he would send us the invite so that we could make an appointment for the event. We also asked about getting a part needed for one of my husbands watches. We werent asking for anything for free. We were told theyd have to get an estimate for the part and we were happy with that. We were supposedly going to get a phone call the next day with an estimate. Here we are, 2 months later, and we have yet to hear from them about the watch part or the LeVian invite.You make all kinds of promises because you want the sale but you have no intention of keeping them. Youve lost some very loyal customers and we will never purchase a piece of jewelry from your store again. All we expected was good customer service and for you to keep your promises. You provided neither.

Ill be honest this is the first place I have ever reviewed. My fiance and I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding bands from this Jareds, and a week before our wedding we took the rings in to get them soldered together. They had the rings done by the date they set so no problems there, but when we walked into the store to pick up my rings not a single person greeted us, and the store was NOT busy. So we went to the pick up area and stood there patiently for someone to help us, after 10 mins of no one saying a word to us a lady helping another customer told us someone would be right with us.. well they werent. I even made eye contact with an employee that was just standing there doing nothing and she didnt say a word to me!! So I finely decided I would act like I was going to buy something and started walking around the ring cases acting very interested, not a minute later someone asked if I had been helped....... I said no and took her straight back to pick up my ring, apparently she was new and had to get help from the lady I had earlier made eye contact with. She was extremely rude, hardly said a word to us and just acted like we were bothering her. After how much we spent on our rings here I think the customer service should be a bit better.

Had wifes ring cleaned and checked as i purchased the ring in Dallas 5 years ago. Went to pick up the ring and was dismissed by a second rate sales lady stateing Im busy, someone else can help you. Clearly she was doing nothing OR cannot multi task. Horrible customer service. Sales staff needs to train with the Dallas store. Will go out of my way to another Jarods. Thumbs down x10!

I would like to tell a full length story about my experience with this location to express how a possible less than ideal situation, worked out to be an amazing experience due to two diamondologists here:In mid - late 2016 my (now) fiance and I decided it was time to shop around and get a feel for an engagement ring. We had done research online to cover some of the basic knowledge of what goes into the endeavor, but decided we wouldnt truly be able to understand until we physically went into a store and compared options.We were helped by Jeffrey Cole. We expressed to him loosely what we were interested in and the extent of our knowledge to that point. He did a perfect job of accommodating us, understanding completely that this was our first visit and we were there purely to gain more understanding. The visit lasted about an hour. He made sure to get an accurate sizing, go over grading details, and take photos of options that caught our eye. He even showed us a great diamond (.61 Round VS2 Very good) that I felt would be a great center stone for my ladys size 4.5 band.Flash forward to February 2017. I have decided that I want to commit to purchasing the diamond he had shown, and choose a band. I put the purchase on layaway until May. Everything was handled quickly and professionally (by another associate).I took possession of the ring on May 8th, and proposed on May 12th. The next day, my fiance told me she sees a black spec almost dead center of the diamond. Knowing that a VS2 should have no naked eye inclusions, I was skeptical. However, I confirmed that in normal lighting (not jewelry store lighting / sunlight) one of the few imperfections the clarity had, one of them was right at the top, in the middle of the diamond.I found that Jared has a 30 day return and exchange policy. We went back together on May 14th and showed Jeffrey and another associate Charles Braun this inclusion. They agreed that this should not have been the case, and agreed to help us find a comparable diamond. We ended up ordering a diamond of similar specs online. It arrived on May 18th. We went into the store, and both Jeffrey and Charles went above an beyond to ensure this diamond was the one we wanted. I viewed it personally through magnification and was completely thrilled with how perfect it was. The stone will be set only 2 days later, and I cannot wait.Both Jeffrey Cole and Charles Braun went above an beyond to ensure the customers were 100% comfortable and satisfied. They worked together as a team, in order to serve the clientele, for OUR satisfaction. Truly a magnificent thing to witness, especially when high ticket sales are involved. I HIGHLY recommend working with either of these gentlemen if you should be in the market.

I actually could not do business here, because they have a large sign on the front window telling me they do not want my business:Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by holder of license to carry a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (concealed handgun law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.I am a law abiding citizen. I am trained, I practice, I am responsible, and I am licensed. If they would curtail the right acknowledged by the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, I will not spend a dime with them.So today, I went into Helzberg Diamonds instead, and bought pearl earrings and a matching pearl bracelet for my wife, and a diamond pendant for my daughter. Jared lost out on a big sale because of their policy.

My wife and I bought our wedding bands from Jared back in February. The sales person talked me into buying a tungsten carbide ring because it is made from the strongest metal on earth. What he didnt tell me was that the ring cannot be re-sized, and after I lost weight for the wedding, the ring no longer fit. When I went to ask them if there was any way to switch out the ring or do anything to help, they acted like I was an idiot and an inconvenience to them. As if having to put up with a ring that doesnt fit werent enough, I recently knocked the ring onto our kitchen tile and it shattered. Obviously upset enough for sentimental reasons, we called Jared and asked if there was anything that could be done and they were completely uncaring and basically told us, yeah, you have to be careful because tile for some reason causes them to shatter, but refused to offer any credit or help aside from that. If you want a jeweler who cares about people and the experiences that are meaningful to them, then dont shop here. He went to Jared, but he never will again...
