I’m here visiting from Houston, decided to go to find my fiancé a ring and wasn’t even greeted. I waited as one lady was assisting a customer. Yet the other lady was just on the computer. So I just left after waiting for awhile. Glad I spent my money elsewhere. I’ve been to Zales multiple times in Houston and never had such experience. They should work on customer service.

I always have great experiences here. From repairs to estimates, as well as purchases they have always taken care of me. The staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy. They listen to what you want and help you achieve purchasing a piece your proud to take home. I will definitely be back in the future when I need some ice.

Currently having issues with getting my fiancee ring perfect I will update as time comes.Nothing personal with the store manager Jamie is really friendly its the jewelers that drop the ball left and right with the razing engraving and most recently returned the ring with a dent.

My fiancé purchased my ring in November, two weeks after he proposed the main diamond fell out. We took it to be repaired at the end of November and were told the latest we would get it back was January 19, it’s now the 20th and the ring has not been repaired and the repair company said it will be 4 more weeks before it’s done. You can’t talk to the repair company or get any information except through a sales person at the store. The staff have been helpful but this repair company and the repair process is awful. Do not have your ring repaired by them if you actually want it back before you get married.

Sigh my Husband went up there today to get my ring looked at and get the paper work signed so we can keep the insurance on the ring. And when I got home and looked at the paper work the woman did not sing it.so now my husband has to wast his gas to go back up there tomorrow to get her to sign the paperwork she should have done the first time he was there.

I only went to this location because the one closest to me closed and I have not had a great experience. I took my rings in to get fixed (the small diamonds fall out all the time and this is at least my 4th time fixing) and usually I get it back quickly (from the other location) but Im now going on over a month and still dont have my rings. Every time I speak with someone they tell me a few more days (i.e. was supposed to be ready the 22nd, then the 24th, then spoke to them on the 25th and was told a few more days...and I still dont have it). I never had this issue at the last location and have already missed family holiday pictures without my rings and have no idea when I will actually get them back.They also gave inconsistent information when I asked if they could be overnighted when done due to the delay. I was originally told that the location they fix them is located close so I could get them same day once complete but then when I spoke to the other lady on the 25th I was told it would be shipped and take a few days.Please give me my rings back! LOL I wont return to this location.Edit:: I ended up getting my rings back on Friday. Today is Wed and I noticed that a diamond is already gone. I went back and they had no interest in trying to expedite the repair. So now I will have to wait until after the holidays to mess with this again.

Went in to have my jewelry cleaned only the store manager noticed my rings were starting to yellow (they are white gold needing rhodium dipping after regular wear) and got me set up to have them sent off for that to get done as well as get my band sized to be the same as my engagement ring. Ive always been nervous about sending my ring off for repairs or maintanence. Her assurance that theyd be locally getting worked on and would be back in 2 weeks made me feel comfortable. Besides that she was very personable and I would definitely go back there to shop with her.

I had an AMAZING experience here!!!!! Sophie and Jessica gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had at any jewelry place! I would definitely recommend this Zales store! I had my ring in layaway for 3 months. And I still owed more than $3,000! I thought I’d never get my engagement ring out. BUT then Sophie called me, and that next day I was walking away with my engagement ring! Thank you ladies so much!!

We are a young couple who live over 2 hours from any Zales. We went in to this one because we were having trouble with our Zales card online. The sales woman, a short Hispanic older lady, immediately made me feel bad because the ring I liked was lab created and sterling silver instead of natural and gold. Every time we found something we liked and asked if once it was sized if it could be shipped to our house, again we live 2 hours away from any Zales, she would say the only way to get a ring is to come back to the store. We finally gave up, wrote down the numbers for the rings we like and decided to order them online. Was a 100% waste of 4 hours of our life. If we didn’t already have a Zales card we would not be doing business with them thanks to this interaction.

I purchased a Vera Wang engagement ring for my fiancé - we just went back and purchased our wedding bands. Sophie was a pleasure to do business with. She was very professional, she is also extremely knowledgeable about what it is she does. I was skeptical about buying from Zales. After this experience and the quality product that was delivered I won’t go anywhere else. Sophie was able to tweak the numbers around and I feel like we got a great deal. My woman is happy, that’s all that matters. Also!!! William did a great job when he sold me the engagement ring. Thank you guys both for the experience. My husband had a horrible experience at this Zales location on Wednesday, December 24, 2020. My husband and I will both be cancelling our Zales accounts as a result of the behavior of three sales associates at this Zales location.

Customer service at this location has been above any other nearby locations. They always look for a way to get you the best deal possible and will keep you updated on any upcoming sales.After weeks of searching elsewhere they helped me find the perfect ring for my wife and even better they helped me save a huge amount on the ring and even offered a terrific no interest payment plan.If possible, I recommend asking for Sophie, the assistant manager. Her knowledge of diamonds along with her desire to find you a great deal to match your budget made this experience extremely smooth.Don’t let the overall reviews deter you from coming here. People generally only write reviews when they are upset and many of these reviews are outdated (some over 8 years old) as service seems to have turned around greatly since those reviews were written. Google should think about removing reviews after x years to make sure they are still relevant.

The first time me and my fiancé came here Sophie was working she’s absolutely amazing! She was no pressure, great customer service, and knowledgeable. This review is for the other two associates working there y’all have ZERO customer service skills!! We came back a couple weeks later walked in the FIRST one was on her phone never even acknowledged us. The SECOND man who “helped” us had no personality in addition to attitude. What was suppose to be a happy moment for us turned sour. After I get my ring sized I will never come back to this location! Why even work there if you don’t like your job and treat people that way?

I’ve come to this location time and again (unfortunately) for a while now. I guess I hope it gets better so I don’t have to drive further for my ring inspections/cleanings. Rarely do I find a staff member that is friendly, they don’t call when your jewelry is ready for pickup. This most recent time, the manager was very dismissive and rude when I went to pick up my rings. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. I’ll just drive a little further from now on.

So I came to this location after getting my kids Christmas pictures with Santa this evening. I walked in Zales, because it was close. And to drop a few gift ideas to my husband.. Well I dont know if its because my family are hispanic, but apparently I wasnt what the representatives wanted to help. She asked, can i help you. I told her Im just looking at the moment and she said okay and started laughing. I grabbed my children and immediately walked away. I guess they did what they intended to and drove me off, because both reps started full on laughing. Terrible business. I will never walk in another Zales again. I have never been laughed at in that manner before in my life. I will spread this location aswell.

I went in the week of thanksgiving asking about a dog tag I wanted to purchase for my husband. There was a sale going on and i just wanted to know the price bc I didn’t have the money that day. The older woman working there that “helped” me (which by the way ran to me so the other lady working there couldn’t help me) was so rude . She was nice at first but when I told her I wasn’t buying it that day her attitude changed and even laughed when I asked about a payment plan . I told her my husband got me a ring at Jared’s on a payment plan and she said oh honey nobody would give you a ring without paying for it first in full. I got so irritated and told her never mind and just walked out. I went back to Jared’s Because they were so nice to me and my husband when he purchased my 3.5k ring even though we went in there looking homeless lol ... so bye zales

After spending thousands of dollars on my engagement & wedding rings & diamond earrings, one of the screw on backs of my earring fell off & they want to charge me to replace it. Instead, maybe think about trying to keep me as a customer. You just lost my business.

Had a necklace chain break and brought it here to get it fixed. They sent it off and when it got back the chain was several inches longer. The lady tried to tell me the chain stretched. There’s no way. They just didn’t want to fix it again.
