We spent time researching window installation companies and window brands. After talking to several we decided on Texas Window Store and Pella windows. Installation was very professional, no mess left behind, and the crew did not smash the glass to remove old windows. Several rooms are noticeably cooler. We are very happy with our new Pella windows.

I recently had Texas Window Store replace a few old single pane windows at my house after my dog broke one of them. Jesse was quick to send me a quote and was able to have the windows in half the time of other companies I spoke with, and for a great price too! Once my windows arrived they were quick to schedule the install crew and had everything completed the same day. Our new windows look great!

Jesse, Roque, and the rest of the team definitely won me over. I got a few bids before replacing my back door with a new slider. Tx Window Store gave me several different price point options and explained the benefits of each. The day my door arrived, Roque noticed there was a size issue before beginning install. They were quick to correct the error and ended up having to reorder the door. Waiting a little longer was no problem knowing that I’d be getting a great product, custom built for my home, and most importantly installed with honesty and integrity. A few weeks later I had just that. If I were to have a warranty issue, I feel confident they’d rise to the occasion. I have a renovation coming up and will be talking with them again for a full set of windows and doors.

Jesse and his team at Texas Window Store are outstanding. I had a home I wanted to sell, but it was in desperate need of new windows (28). In the course of gathering bids I met Dan the sales representative from the Texas Window Store (very knowledgeable). Dan provided me with a very good bid, but not on the window’s I wanted. Jesse the owner, stepped in and not only got the window’s I wanted (Windcore 7700), but at a better price. His installers had all the window’s installed in three day’s and even did extra trim work they didn’t have to do. My house went on the market on schedule and sold in one day for full asking price. A major contributing factor was the excellent job Jesse and his team did, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent!!, We had Texas Window Store replace all the windows in our home. They have all the major brands available and will give you the pros and cons of each option. They are very knowledgeable and will help you make the best decision. They have excellent pricing, and fantastic communication and customer service. they returned calls in a timely manner and followed through with everything they promised to do. Their install crew was the best crew we have ever had at the house according to my wife. She thought they were so clean and courteous. I cant say enough good things about them.

The crew was experienced and did a great job. There were a couple of minor chips to the exterior during installation but these were fixed the same day to my complete satisfaction. Cleanup was thorough.

I am a local remodel contractor who was looking for a new supplier. On this current project I need a 4x4 glass block window for a master bath renovation. SHOCKED. They would not sell me windows unless there is a minimum of 3 on the order and sent me away. As a business owner I have learned there are no spare customers. What they dont know is my next project us window replacement of a whole house. Why would I try them again? Short sided thinking on their behalf.
