If I could take away a star I would. This place is horrible. Ordered prehumg doors last week. Made a mistake on width, but the w/o was not in progress, so was able to change size without issues. I come home on MonThe doors were left in my driveway. No phone call, no receipt. For starters Bob stated to both my Wife and I, that the doors would come in the darker color instead of just primered. Nope ! Primered doors. It gets better. Ordered wedge trim. Bob also stated that one side of the frame would have trim already installed. Nope! Now to the trim. Nothing was milled, just flat 1x4s & 4 hardiplank. So no wedge, no prehung trim on frame. I go back to the store again. Im standing there in line with my Wife and Bob and a customer are talking UT Football. 15-20 min later, I buzz in on the Football talk, just to get his attention. Imagine that !!! After 30 min of back and forth waiting. Bob would not admit it, but he offered a refund. He also stated he would refund when he got the doors back. I have left 2 messages on his voice box.There is a 1st# you have to go through to get to Bob. That voice mailbox is full, so you have to keep calling. I got jumped on by an employee because I was calling so much, but they dont erase thier voice mail box. So ! They have my $1232.00.They will not call back, and Bob wont refund me until they get thier doors on thier time.I will be there in the AM and ask for somebody that has a little more common sense, and Customer service ethics. Friggin nightmare of a situation.

Service is great. They come and take ur payment and bring g back your receipt. Delivery guys really know what they are doing, fast and easy. Thank u

Never answer the phone. Front door is locked, with vague signs what door you have to go to. Went here today to ask about siding and the old guy behind the dumb plexiglass told me its sold on Brushy Creek, then walked away to the printer. He at least should have told me where the Brushy Creek store is located because not everyone is from the area buddy. The left side of the building is chock full of illegals. As an Engineer, this place is in dire need of help. Useless.

The place in austin is a total caos no room for semitrucks to turn anywhere bonds of wood every where you turn a total disgrace to make deliveries. 1 star is way to much

This review seems to fall in line with many others in the past— waiting half an hour or more at Will Call as a dozen or more warehouse employees walk past, not even acknowledging that I’m standing here. It is the policy at literally any other supply warehouse I’ve ever been at for an employee to at least stop and ensure that clients have been tended to. Here you’re invisible, and no one seems to bother enough to help out waiting contractors.Also, you either have to send Bob an email and wait a week for a reply or physically go to the store to place an order because NO ONE EVER answers the phone at the sales desk. Even when you call the location’s operator and get transferred, you don’t get an answer. It’s so bad that one of the sales guys literally gives out his cell number for contractors to place an order, though his follow through is pretty low because you never know when he is actually at work or not. I’ve been in construction for years and I get it— it’s a rough crowd in this industry. But come on y’all, maybe just invest a little bit of energy into tending to your clients?I’m giving two stars instead of one simply because the two guys at the will call desk really know their stuff.

I hate to give bad reviews, I give businesses lots of chances before I do, but in this particular case, Ive dealt with enough unreliability, and lack of real customer care, Ive been a contractor in Oregon, and now Texas, and my millworks company that I had in Oregon was much more reliable, offered better products, more variety, and had a much more motivated staff. Oftimes Ill wait at the dock for a half an hour for a guy to end up grabbing me 20-30 feet of a very simple trim package while watching 15-20 guys walk past with empty arms avoiding looking at me. This time that has gotten me to finally write a review, is because this is the 3rd time in only a matter of probably 8 months of working with them that Ive been told, yes, that material is coming in on a truck today, we will call you when it comes in, just to check in a couple days later and still find out, that truck never came in. Their computers are always inaccurate on their stock it seems like. Ive had a number of times that Ive bought a material, been told I could only buy a certain amount, to suddenly have the warehouse guy tell me how they have hundreds more lineal feet waiting in stock causing me to lose time. Suffice it to say, no supplier Ive ever worked with has ever wasted more of my time that I could be on a jobsite working.

I have receive so many orders wrong.

They said on the website they close at 5:00 pm but when you show up there at 4:30 pm they say we close at 4:30 pm and not at 5:00 pm and that they need to update their website hours afterMe spending toll road charges and wasting my time only to hear this. They need to either update the website hours to reflect closing at 4:30 pm or close at 5:00 pm.

A totally unreliable place to conduct business. We tried twice to get an estimate and both times they failed us. First, over the phone, a lady promised to send us the information no later than the next day but after waiting a week nothing came (we checked ALL email folders).Second, we went directly to their showroom and after a while, a guy showed up, asked us questions, took our information and promised to send us the information by email (déjá vu), and again, a week later nothing.Take your business somewhere else if you can.

Good luck trying to park you trailer in the dock very small place to maneuver and the cars are blocking the so it makes it hard to get your rig in the docks

Very confusing, not open to the public to even look at selection. Must have your contractor setup a sales appt. Wouldnt return my contractors calls.

This place has a wide variety of building materials, but unfortunately the service is horrible. I waited about 30 minutes only to find out they sold me the wrong stuff. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to go get the right one. The staff is rude.

This place sells exclusively to businesses. If you have a contractor working for you, then heres a place to get all your building materials under one roof.
