This was a wonderful experience. From the time we started thinking about new doors until they were installed today was 4 weeks. After we agreed, we had new doors in 10 days. Samantha was great in giving us the best options for our budget. She was thorough and patient in the proposal phase. Joe, our installed was prompt, efficient and very polite. He didnt leave.until.we understood the set up, operation, safety features and guarantee. We will recommend CP Overhead doors to anyone. Our doors took 4 hours to install! They answered our call on a Sunday and scheduled us for the next morning. They communicated clearly via text and email with every detail. Tech came out in less than 24hrs-- I used the convenient chat feature on their website. Had a broken spring, so he replaced both. I asked and he let me know, they are very busy, so getting one of their experienced techs out here so quick was great. $385 for the job and much appreciated.

The high winds last week broke the plate that controls the actuator arm on our entry gate. Karl Swenson provided an inspection and quote very quickly on Thursday and promised that it would be repaired by Saturday. Even though Karl appeared to have a couple of other jobs that were taking a long time, he called several times to assure me that he would be there to complete the repair. At the end of a long day for him, true to his word he drove all the way from Cedar Park and had everything fixed by 5 pm. Karl is very customer focused and made sure that I knew that he would complete the work so we would not need to worry about our security.

Our door opener was having some issues and we had Cedar Park Overhead Door come out and fix it. Unfortunately after the tech first tech came out, it still was not working properly. We called back and they had sent back out a different tech names John Gonzalez, he was awesome!He double checked everything the previous tech had done and then proceeded to diagnose deeper into the system. John made sure all the wiring contacts were cleaned up and reconnected cleanly. He was extremely throughout and paid attention to detail and didn’t rush the repairs.John did finally decide that we should replace the “sensors’ only (after he tried to get them to work properly first).When John was finished we only had to pay for the parts only, no labor.I was shocked and so thankful that this was offered. I had no problem paying for the labor and never even asked that this should be covered.John’s a great assets to the company and has great customer relation skills,If I ever need their services again, I will be asking for him only.

I had a garage door emergency and when I called, they said the service tech would be out as late as 10pm. I couldnt have left my house in an emergency as my car was inside. We had a garage door spring break. Cedar Park Overhead Doors sent two young men out the following day and in less than 30 minutes both springs were replaced and they lubricated the hinges. The springs were on lifetime warranty so we only paid for labor. Quick, works well, and reasonably priced.Im very pleased

Then Kenneth saw that I had work done by them a year ago, so he fixed the issue at no cost, saying it will be covered under warranty much to my surprise. I was expecting a Saturday morning call but they returned my call within an hour Friday evening. Thomas was our technician early Saturday morning and got us up and running in less than an hour. We ordered a new door using the Costco deal. It took a long time to get our special order door but Im not going to complain because its super insulated. Found out that our garage door opener was installed wrong, so when they installed the new door, they also reinstalled the opener so it would open the door more efficiently. I am super thrilled with everything so far.

They technician was on time, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took time and explained the conversion assembly he was doing. Also making sure that I was aware of the lifetime warranty of the springs being used. If they break, there would only be a service (labor) charge of $125.00

Thomas notified us in advance that he was on his way. He got the garage door open so we could get the car out. Explained the problem and suggested what should be done to correct the problem. We agreed and he quickly completed the repairs. Thomas is a very good technician. He explained what services I should do in the future. We are very satisfied with the repairs.

Wesley and John did an outstanding job. they were very efficient in installing the new opener and repairing the issues with my garage door. The job took less tan two hours, and they returned the next day to add a needed reinforcing brace that we di not expect to need. I was very impressed with their work.

Andrew and his assistant did a really great job of first listening to me to understand why I scheduled our service call. I appreciated the time they took to ask questions before doing their inspection and adjustments.Our door is very heavy with wood cladding and can cause problems if it’s not aligned properly. Overall I’m very happy with the service today and am happy that I call for inspections annually.

Called after 5 when my door fell off the track and wouldn’t close. They came out next day exactly when they said they’d be there (sent a text and called before too). My garage door & track are OLD. The guy knew exactly where and how to adjust the track and told me how to watch for it to act up again. He sprayed the spring and tightened some brackets and we’re done within 30 minutes and had it working at its best possible. They left me a sticker next to the opener so I know who to call next time it decides to fail me. Such a great experience.

Very professional service. Old garage spring was broken. Jonas came out provided prompt estimates, communicated exactly what he was going to change, costs and warranties associated. After realizing he didnt have the parts on the truck to support the replacement, he came up with an alternate solution, and still backed it by the lifetime warranty, which immediately showed up on my invoice. Overall he did a great job.Only complaint I have is that theyre so good, we had to wait about 8 days for a service opening.
