Terrible experience! This is my first time ever utilizing a garage door service company. I made an appointment for someone to come over to fix my garage door springs and was quoted between $70 -$150 per spring and $40 for labor. When the guy arrived his prices were completely different, he told me $129 for labor and $169 per spring! Pretty sure this company hires contract workers to come out and these contractors give you whatever prices they choose to charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING WITH THIS COMPANY!

Herrods Garage Doors did a great job in Cedar park TX for my garage door service.Outstanding work. Reasonable prices. Good product selection. Had two garage doors replaced about 3 years ago. Had one warranty issue, which was promptly addressed within 24 hours. Very happy with them. Referred a few friends, which are also very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

I called @ 8 am Saturday morning. They came out and fixed my garage by noon the same day. These are nice, honest, and hardworking people. A+

The service provider was wonderful! He came out within an hour on a Saturday afternoon to repair our broken garage door. He was very professional, personable and worked without hesitation and efficiently to get our door back in working order. Would highly recommend!

Ive used these people for years. They came out yesterday after I noticed some unusual sounds coming from the garage door opener. They fixed what needed to be fixed at a very reasonable cost.

Called them at 9:15AM with a stuck garage door, the spring broke overnight. The service provider had a full day scheduled already but was in the area and had the spring replaced and door good as new by 10:30AM. Just fantastic work, very glad I called.Highly recommend, will call for all our garage door needs from now on.

Of course your garage door breaks during non-business hours - Sunday afternoon. But these guys were on call and came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Didnt even charge me the service call because he was already in the area.

They were very professional, reasonably priced, didnt try to sell us extras. Could not recommend them more.
