Capitol Armory has great customer service in addition to good pricing on products. Every time I have called, they have been super helpful. My order had a user error when I placed it and they took great care of me. About two days after calling to fix my error, my product arrived well packaged. My accessory purchases have all be shipped promptly and packaged well. My suppressor purchases from Capitol Armory have all been handled well so I keep coming back. After my last purchase from Capital I had my LGS email me and say that they where going out of business. Capital had already filed a form 3 to transfer it to them after reading my email they told me they could cancel the form 3 and wait till I found a new LGS to have my can transferred too. I’ve wanted a suppressor for years and even bought several guns in the past with the intention. The process finally became within my reach and Capital Armory made it super simple. I was always told the process took so long but I was really surprised when I got it in 4 months?Personally, I enjoy the sport a lot more without my ears bleeding. I’m not a big fan muffling my ears so much I can’t hear around me. Add a face mask and we might as well put bags over our heads. I believe suppressors make the sport safer.

15% restocking fee on returns for an item that won’t work. The excuse I got for the restocking fee is that it was to cover transaction fees. I have been in business for nearly 25 years. Torrey and the Capitol Armory team make the process as easy as possible and are willing to answer the “stupid” as well as hard questions that some gun stores belittle new shooters about driving away potential customers. Top notch company with, Top Notch products. My only complaint is that the Easy Pay option should come with a warning that it may cause unwanted conversations with the wife about why you need ANOTHER NFA item in the safe.

Purchased my first gun here, it was an easy experience and the staff is friendly. Basically I looked up what I wanted online, paid for it, then came to the store. For guns you have to fill out paperwork and do a quick background check, and ammo you can get at the counter. The website allows you to see whats in stock so I love their system.
