Just got a new pistol and had to put a few rounds through it. Was my first time at this range. The staff was very helpful and clear on basic instructions as it relates to the range basics. What is really nice is that it has a dedicated pistol and rifle range.

Shady Oaks gun range is hands down amazing. The front desk staff are courteous and patient with both skilled shooters and anyone new to the hobby. They have an excellent selection of guns to rent as well as very fair prices to buy. The gentleman on the pistol range during the day has the most positive attitude I’ve ever seen in a range employee and is constantly seen helping and training people on how to become better shooters, rather than just yelling at people for easy mistakes (which I see at lot of ranges, without naming names). For me the stereotype of a range employee is an angry employee, and he completely broke that mold.Jim at the gun sales counter inside the location was great and patiently worked with me for close to an hour while I tried to find which EDC pistol I wanted to buy. He pulled out nearly a dozen pistols for me and even let me test the gun I ended up purchasing on the range with some rounds. I came back the next day and all the employees remembered me and asked about how I liked the new gun.I’ll continue driving the 30 minutes to this range despite having two ranges closer to me in Austin. Would recommend it to anyone.Be aware, bring your own ammo. With the ammo shortage they can only sell one box per caliber. This is nothing on Shady Oaks, but due to a nationwide supply chain issue on nearly everything.

Went out to the range with my Dad to celebrate my birthday and shoot a few pistols. This was our first time at Shady Oaks. We had an outstanding experience! The organization, instructions, safety precautions, staff, range officer, facility, bays, etc was all great! I also had the pleasure to meet Vince as well (great guy). I definitely plan to come back.

Shady Oaks is a nicely maintained range with great staff all around. I can’t say this enough but the emphasis on gun safety at the range is 5 stars. I really appreciate the attention to detail the range operators give which makes the place feel comfortable and safe to shoot at. I was so impressed with the experience that I ended up buying a gun with them after testing out various models I was in the market for. Always felt welcome from the get go and will definitely return for more range time. I highly recommend if gun safety is your top priority (which it always should be) while visiting a range. Great job Shady Oaks - 5 stars!

Came into Austin for a little weekend get away. Of all the events we had going on this was one of the most enjoyable by far. The staff was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Wide selection of guns to choose from that you can rent and at a very reasonable price. Had a blast, thank you!

Just came out from the range and had a great experience. Very welcoming at the front desk and the range officer called Steven ( I believe ) was extremely helpful. I didn’t shoot since about 2 years ans helped me clear my mistake while loading. Really professional and make me comfortable all the way. A very good place. You have a certain family feel .

I finally finished that new pandemic AR build and needed to give it a test run. Ive never been to Shady Oaks Gun Range but have wanted to give them a try for some while. Did not disappoint. Les went over the gun to make sure everything looked good and was safe then we tested it out. He even helped me get my new scope sighted in. Everyone there was exceptionally nice and the facilities were clean. Ammo prices comparable to Academy BUT Shady Oaks actually has it in stock! I had to pick up a box on the way out just to support them bc they are running a great business. I would highly recommend this place to any new or experienced shooter. I will be back.

Shoot here very often, probably 2-3 times per week. The staff are friendly and highly motivated to helping out new or experienced shooters

Very unpleasant place because front desk staff is very rude. They dont care if you will or will not be a customer - so dont expect any good experience there. Rental selection is very small and guns are in pretty beat up shape.

Today I visited the facility for the very first time and attended a private lesson/training class with one of the instructors, Mr. Cody. The pleasant experience both in terms of the staff members professionalism and the overall outlook of the facility urged me to write a review. I would definitely recommend this place to both the beginners and experienced gun owners.

First time here. Great experience. Staff was polite and patient. Been a while since i have been at a range but they didn’t make you feel stupid if you had any questions. Didn’t try to force any service on you and were clear about safety expectations. Everything was clean, modern, and prices were reasonable.

What a great range! Very clean and well organized, friendly, helpful staff, modern facility. While PPE is still required, the range is farely quite, compared to Reds. It is also well ventilated and air conditioned. They had a nice selection of targets to choose from. The bays are wide enough to have a comfortable stance in and have a partner with you, the bays are deep enough that you dont get hot brass from the shooter in the next bay. The staff was quick but courteous, to address safety concerns with shooters performing unsafe movements or actions. I almost dont want to post this review because I want to keep this gem a secret!

I’ve been to several ranges in and around Austin. Shady Oaks gun range has been by far the best experience I’ve had at the ranges. From the front desk help from the staff with choosing a weapon, then we went inside the range and the instructors were extremely helpful and attentive to myself and the person I was with, and they also gave us some pointers on our stances and handling of the weapons. I am very happy I found Shady Oaks and I will be a continued customer to their establishment. This whole experience was so awesome.

This is an amazingly quiet and pleasant range to use. I had the opportunity to tour the facility just before it was completed and what I remember most was walking into the range area while talking with Vince and due to the extensive sound suppression already installed, our voices actually sounded noticeably different as we entered the range area.They also have an impressive air movement and filtering system. The air moves constantly down range and gets filtered before it returns up range so you won’t smell like gunpowder or choke on it during your sessions.

I visited Shady Oaks with friends and family. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff out on the range were friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety of pistols and rifles to choose from. And from the outside, it appeared that they were following COVID-19 social distancing protocol.However, when we went in, it was a different story. While they restricted the number of people allowed in, the staff werent all wearing face masks. One of the ladies behind the front desk was rude and refused to answer any questions about a particular gun I was interested in. When I asked if she could give me a quick overview of the gun, she insisted that if I didnt immediately know the gun, then I probably shouldnt use it. I left feeling belittled and upset. Besides that one negative interaction with the staff member, the rest of my experience was fine.

Shady Oaks Gun Range is my place to go. Don’t even think about telling me about someplace else. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are very fair and don’t try to take advantage of you. I spoke with Victoria by phone and told her what I was looking for. A few days later the owner, Vincent, phoned me. I went there later that day and purchased a gun at a very fair price. Vincent was easy going and didn’t try to over-sell me. He only advised me of what I might want to go along with my purchase, which was some ammo and another magazine and that was very faired priced too. He could have tried to load me down with a bunch of other stuff but did not. And believe me, I was eyeing everything from top to bottom. Funny story here, that was my second visit. I was going to play a police officer in a film and had everything with me but…. where is that pistol? I went to Shady Oaks and Victoria fixed me up with an air-soft gun to use that looked like a real Beretta and did not charge me to use it. So yeah, they are number one in my book. Real respect and true kindness, something money can’t buy.

Literally the most exhilarating experience of my life. Its like driving a formula one race car, but youre the car. I shot an assault rifle and simultaneously grew a full beard.

Went a few weeks ago and this is now our go to gun range. Both rifle and pistol range, inside, air conditioned with good staff. Targets can be electronically retrieved. Excellent!

Well-organized, well-run establishment. Am a novice gun owner, and had individual instruction. The instructor was great---very informative and patient with good teaching methodology. Would definitely recommend.

Nice facility, clean and functional. Staff was condescending. Range brief was difficult to hear through masks but this is a fact of life these days. She could have slowed the brief down a bit. The “Range Safety Officers” were rude, condescending and unprofessional. I set my bag on the floor having missed that part of the safety brief. I was approached by an unkempt, overweight “Safety Officer” who thought it was appropriate to announce that I had been there 30 seconds and already failed. This was followed by a 2 minute lecture. Polite and courteous had no place in this individual’s demeanor. In 22 years of federal law enforcement, I rarely see this type of behavior from people assigned to ranges. The gentleman that was with me was extremely uncomfortable with the way this person approached us and his rude demeanor.I will not be returning to this establishment. I do not recommend it.

I have had a truly great experience with Shady Oaks Gun Range. Les and Jeff are excellent instructors, as well as being patient and nice people. The staff is nice and professional. The prices are very competitive, and sometimes better than you can find on the internet. Shady Oaks has their pandemic act together as far as enforcing spacing and masks, controlling the entry of people, and the first thing they do is take your temperature. Depending on how busy they are, be prepared to stand outside the entrance for a bit. There is a strict, detailed set of rules for the gun range, and the range managers enforce them, period! Sometimes, range managers may get a little forceful if you don’t learn the rules quickly enough, but that is good, because you are messing with people’s lives. You may want to go to Youtube for a video on the rules if you have never been to a gun range before. I can’t say enough good about Shady Oaks Gun Range, and I thank them very much for their assistance in getting my LTC.

Skip this place if you havent already been there apparently. Condescending from the get go. They likely arent looking to help anyone. Im an Army infantry Vet, but if you have even a simple question theyll talk down to you.

Great set up for the range! Friendly staff that takes the time to get to know you. Doug is a wonderful range supervisor and he is an amazing help to the shooters! I felt the staff does a great job of keeping everyone safe! Both civilian male and females are treated with the same respect!

Best indoor gun range around, hands down, had some bad experiences at other ranges, but have nothing but good things to say about this one. Fair pricing on everything from range time cost, to ammo, VERY helpful and friendly staff, made me and everyone Ive brought with me to teach to shoot feel welcome, and they have A/C! Look no further if youre checking around, this is your spot!

Great place to go shoot! I walked in, filled out some paperwork, picked a pistol, copped some ammo, and hit the range. It didnt take long at all. Had an opportunity to fire a very fine Ruger, and a Glock 9mm (even though they have a WIDE variety of calibers and manufacturers Im not really brand specific). The staff are serious as a heart attack about safety and proper handling of firearms, and to be honest, I wouldnt want it any other way. Love the smell of black powder on the range. I WILL be back.

Please dont go to this gun range! To say that their costumer service is abhorrent is an understatement! Michelle was arrogant as a person drunk with power. She told us to wait for an hour before we were going to be served, but after 15 mins, she called us to inform us that we had one available, but when we told her that we will be back for an hour since thats what SHE told us. Now when my friends who I reserved came at 15 mins later, they were denied and that had to wait for 30 mins before they were even served when no one was around for them to cater.This is a reply to the owners response:If that is your policies of your facility then why in the world would your staff say that we had to wait for an HOUR when we only had to wait for less than 10 minutes?! Another thing is that I do understand that its a first come first serve basis, but when members of my group came was there, Michelle stated that they had to wait for me for more than 30 minutes even if they were already there and there were multiple lanes available. When they asked if they can at least start utilizing your facility, she stated that they have to wait for me. I mean, isnt that illogical and contrary to your policy?!

Called ahead to check stock on an item. The lady was helpful and let me know the specific gun I was looking all day for was available. Excited, I let her know I was in 20m away and was on my way to pick it up. When I arrived the guy who helped the last locate the gun was selling it to someone else. He did not care I had called ahead, just said “I’m sorry first come first serve.” Nothing said for wasting my time...

Staff is great. They have gained another customer. Range rates are great as well. Pretty cheap for one hour and outstanding facilities.

If I could give the Zero star I would. This was the worst experience Ive ever had and I will NEVER go here again. Ive been to Eagle Peak and Reds several times while practicing to get my license and have only been treated with good customer service and respect. This place was quite the opposite, the customer service from the moment we walked up to the door to try and walk in was terrible. Unbelievable

Updated Review: I guess my review finally got their attention, received an email from the Range Instructor and then a refund. To the owner, take note, scheduling goes both ways, and you profit from it. But reading other reviews I was expecting a snarky remark.

Takes a little long to get in if you’re not a member, due to the virus stuff, but the range is excellent and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well as maintaining safety standards both in cleanliness and in range safety.

I had a wonderful safe and fun time this Labor Day. And they still had ammo in the middle of the Covid19 crisis.

Went to Shady Oaks Gun Range with my friend Kiara two days in a row. GREAT TIME! Shot bow and Arrows plus handguns and rifles. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, and patient.. the owner is even better! 10 out of 10 Very highly recommended if in the Austin area.

Very decently priced. Nice and courteous staff, the range is fine (bare bones, not a bad thing). I brought my own everything so it was in and out. Read to rules, follow them and youll have a good time. Also has a nice little pro shop with accessories and ammo. Decent selection. If youre looking for a nice range to get some practice in or to plink this is the place. Only thing I could think of is its a tad small, 10 or so lanes, so look at when theyre busy. I went mid afternoon on a Wednesday and they had a handful of people. I can imagine it may get a bit packed on weekend.

Its possible to be professional and relaxed and Shady Oaks is a great example of that. This staff is great and the facilities are top notch. You feel 100% safe here and the range officer is helpful, not intrusive. You wont be dissatisfied with this range.

My wife and I went for the first time today and really enjoyed our experience there. The staff was friendly and patient with us as first timers and took their time to go over the safety rules in detail. Once inside the range, the staff went out of their way to show us how to improve our shooting accuracy. Again very friendly and customer oriented staff. We will be back again for classes and more shooting practice.

My wife and I just had a lesson with Victoria. It was an introductory lesson for my wife and a much needed refresher for me. All of the staff were professional and courteous. Victoria was great! She had my wife shooting safely and accurately in no time and even corrected some of my bad habits ;). So proud of my wife for easily out-shooting me! We will definitely be returning!

Back in the day they were awesome and humble, bought 2 handguns and a few rifles. Went back today to check and see what they had in inventory, There was not much in stock. stood there for 15 minutes until someone finally asked what i was looking for....? any way bunch a wannabe know it all tried to talk me out of a 40.....You know I can go on and on but I am just gonna say unprofessional. PS (one of the sales man was showing a customer how to stop a slide with his hands in case the gun turned on him.... really?) Done here will never go back.

Ive been to many of the shooting ranges throughout the Austin area, and I can assuredly say that this is the nicest one around. The place is organized and spotless. Theres plenty of staff around to help and offer advice when needed.The range is not gigantic like some of the others around, but it is maintained professionally and designed extremely well to keep noise and reverberation to a minimum. Both bays next to me were being used by shooters with high-powered rifles and the reduced noise level was impressive taking into consideration places likes Reds Shooting Range where your ears hurt even with protection on.After my wife and I finished shooting we went into the main lobby where Vince (owner) keeps his rental equipment and new items for sale. I spent a good 30 minutes talking with him and discussing compact carry handguns. He was very knowledgeable and his prices for new equipment, and even ammo, were comparable or better than the big box stores around town. Next time we go Im just buying my ammo there, and Ill likely buy my next compact from him.All in all this place was quite impressive! If you live nearby and want a great range to go to regularly, then this is the place, especially if youre used to places like Reds. They even have a few different ladies only events every week for beginners, and those that want to generally improve, that my wife is planning to start attending now.

This is by far my favorite indoor gun range in the Austin area. The facilities are clean and almost like new, the stalls are spacious and there is plenty of room for people to walk behind the stalls as well (unlike at some other indoor gun ranges). Temperature, ventilation and sound absorption systems are so much better than at other places that I have been to.As a beginner, I sometimes felt misplaced at gun stores and ranges. Not here. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. The range officers had some great tips for me when I visited and they take their time to explain range rules and not just give you a piece of paper to sign. Nobody acted condescending instead every customer was treated with joy and respect. Overall the perfect range experience. And to top it all off: it is much more affordable than any other indoor gun range in the area.

Ive been to tons of ranges in the US and Texas. Shady Oaks is the best public range in Central and East Texas. The staff is helpful and the RSOs were diligent. The pistol range is clean, well kept, air conditioned and ventilated superbly. Their range time system is efficient and fair. I have no qualms recommending this range to anyone beginner or expert.

Prices are great. Parking ample. Easy to find from road. Very friendly, helpful/knowledgeable, and professional staff. Went here in a group of 4. We split up into 2 booths with 2 people in each booth. Initially, it was very busy and our group was separated by a few stalls. When the stall next to us opened, the staff immediately moved our other twosome to the stall next to us. They totally didnt have to do that - very kind and observant!This range is user-friendly for first-timers to advanced. When I was there, I noticed 2 people were there that had never touched a firearm before and wanted to try it out. The staff members assisting them were extremely patient kind when answering their questions and offering range rules and instructions. Ive been to places in another state where the staff was borderline condescending to beginners. Not the case here! This will definitely be my go-to range. Thank you Shady Oaks!!!

Just moved to Cedar Park and love this neighborhood range. The facilities are clean and the range has AIR CONDITIONING!!! Unlike some other indoor ranges, the owners at Shady Oaks must have spent a summertime or two in Texas. They also have a really good selection of firearms and will go the extra mile to find the perfect firearm for you, even if they dont have it on the shelves. I told Jim about my dream pistol, a competition ready 1911 in 10mm and a week later, its in my safe! Thanks for all your hard work guys and gals of Shady Oaks.

My wife and I are members and shoot here a few times an shoot a minimum of a few days each week. We find both the owner and staff to be great friendly and relaxed. The only range officers do enforce safety rules, but, do so in a professional manner. Usually, its people with poor muzzle discipline, uncontrolled rapid fire ( hitting the ceiling) or handling firearms away from the firing line. Open carry isnt an issue so long as it remains holstered. The lightning and ventilation are both excellent compared to some of the older indoor ranges in the area.

Very high end range! Friendly staff. They take safety seriously. Range masters were cool and polite. Prices are fair enough. I do wish they allowed you to draw from your holster but I understand there’s always the guys that’ll muzzle sweep everyone trying to draw. 200 yard range would be amazing

Today was my first time a this range. I shoot weekly at another indoor range. Today my experience was very good. It was busy on my arrival, but the check in and explanations were done in an efficient and polite manner. The range is self is very nice with excellent air circulation and sound dampening. I did not like there choice of targets, but I used my own stick on splash targets so it did not affect me in the least. Range officers were polite and attentive. I felt very safe. I paid 15 dollars for about a half hour of range time. The price is more than fair for what you get in return. If it were closer to my home it would be my range of choice. I will however visit again based on this experience.

1st time to visit today. Staff was very friendly and welcomed us. Not like other ranges in the Austin area. Got right in and had a fun time. Cant wait for their rifle range expansion to be finished. I will go back for sure.

Ive been to Shady Oaks about 10 times so far so my review is well-rounded and definitely not a one-off experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the range. Once you learn their check-in process it is super simple and efficient. The prices for range time and targets are reasonable, though I do wish it was less expensive to have an additional person for the lane.The ammunition prices are reasonable but I usually buy bulk at a big box store for savings anyways. While not a full-service standalone gun store, they do carry the most popular models on the market and have a good selection of accessories so as long as you arent looking for something specific or niche, youll find it at SO.The ranges are brand new and have state of the art filtration. I just wish the target retrieve system in the pistol range was digital just like the ones on the rifle range.The staff has been absolutely fantastic. At many ranges the RSOs can be condescending and often talk down to the younger marksman as if they were young children (Im in my early 20s), but not at Shady Oaks. Ive been treated with nothing but absolute respect and range staff is always handy for malfunctions or other issues I cannot clear on my own.I have also taken their online LTC course which was well thought out, up to date (included Sept 2019 legal updates) and the range instruction and proficiency check was absolutely painless with Peter.Lastly location is fantastic, Shady is about 15 min away from our home whereas most other ranges are 30 min or more, so I can get a full round of shooting in even if I have just but an hour.

First time shooting at a range. Staff went out of their way to organize a safety class, even though we neglected to request one in advance. We paid around $120 for the instruction, range time, pistol rental, and ammo. Instructor Mike was very good at teaching, and all staff were kind and friendly. Thanks for showing us a great time!

I’ve been coming here for the past year or so. It’s by far the best indoor range I’ve found in the Austin area. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and really well maintained. They also have a good selection of rental shops and a nice little shop.

First time at a shooting range. The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband has been to a range and really liked it here also. The spyin indoor area was clean, well lit and ventilation seemed good. The staff inside was nice and accommodating. Prices were good. We will be back again!

Just got back from my first visit and Wow I love that place! Knowledgeable Friendly staff, Very clean, Feels both very exclusive and accommodating. The rentals look fun too. I only picked 5 stars because they dont have a 10 star option to choose.

Could not have had a better experience with a range.I brought my best friend who’s new to shooting and the range staff was great to him.As an Air Force range instructor, I look for this type of quality in a range when I want to go shoot in my free time.The guy at the counter ( I wish I could remember his name, younger guy very nice ) was funny and helpful.The woman running the sale counter was also very friendly and helpful to my friend who’s been looking to buy a pistol.I will continue business with these guys on a regular basis just from how great my first time here was

I have been coming here for a few months and shoot here at least twice a week and its always a great experience. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and will help you with anything. The lady at the front desk is really nice. I mostly shoot my pistol when I go but I just recently purchased an AR and the AR training class with Dennis was outstanding. I felt confident with my rifle afterwards. Cant wait to try out some pistols they have for rental because you can never have just one gun :) Shady Oaks Gun Range is the best!

I have been to a few other indoor ranges and Shady Oaks is THE best one I have been to. The staff is the friendliest (compared to other indoor ranges) and very knowledgeable. Memberships and lane fees are better priced. I would recommend Shady Oaks for all levels of shooter.

Been here twice. Probably the best indoor range I have been to. Got me a good deal on a sig p220 elite 10mm. Went yesterday to finish up my ltc. Victoria was my instructor and she was awesome!

Simply an amazing experience. Came during the week and it was absolutely empty. Had a great chat with the range safety officer who gave me some wonderful suggestions and really helped me improve.The facility is clean, well maintained and lit, and reasonably quiet for an indoor range. Its small though, only 10 lanes so on a busy weekend it might be tough to get in, but Id say its well worth the wait. They allow rifles (up to .308) to be shot on their range, but it looks to me like it only goes out to 25 yards so dont expect to really 0 your rifle scope.They have a quite impressive list of rental firearms and let you freely swap guns once you pay the rental fee for the day. Their house ammo prices are reasonable and not grossly inflated like a lot of ranges.They can be a bit expensive if you plan a whole day trip. They charge by the 45 block. Again, if thats all you plan to shoot its a great deal and Id recommend this in a heartbeat, but if you shoot a ton look at their annual memberships.

I was skeptical at first about this range due to their extraneous list of rules. However, Mike Y. (Former ranger bat. And delta force) blew it out of the water. His knowledge, and wisdom made the experience. I will be coming back again.... Very soon!

Nice place, very organized and clean. Staff is informative and friendly. You don’t get yelled at like some other places. A bit pricey at $20/hr but most often an hour is all you need.

First time at a gun range. The people were all very nice and very helpful. Surprised at how many different guns you can rent and try out (probably 40 different ones). We will be back to try more. They apparently are expanding and will have a larger range soon. Should be fun.

You have a very nice store and range. I was watching a female streamer on twitch tv. She had excellent trainning by your staff and got a great first experience. We all had a great time there.

Been here many times. the staff is wonderful and very helpful. some people feel intimidated by guns, but the staff is honestly there to assist you. Im going to take a class as they offer gun safety classes. I have been to their shooting range a few times. I even purchased a gun from them. I would recommend anybody looking to get more experience with guns to come here, rent a gun and try out the shooting range.

I took my two grandsons and we all had a great time. It was a very clean and well run facility.

Very nice range. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can get pretty busy on the weekends. Give them a call ahead of time to see what the wait is before you decide to head out Saturday or Sunday. Great establishment that I visit frequently!

Ive visited different ranges around town to rent/try out various handguns. Shady Oaks is my favorite by far.

I shot at Shady Oaks Gun Range after I had bought a gun off TGT. I was met by some of the most professional yet welcoming employees of a gun store that I have yet experienced. The man at the ready room with with the silencers was very attentive and answered my questions amazingly. The two men at the front helped me out with knowing what the rules were there. And the two ROs were some of the best ROs at a gun range Ive ever met. This is one of the best ranges Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot around the Austin-San Antonio area. I only wish it were closer to me. Thanks Shady Oaks!

Let me start by saying that I dont typically post reviews about businesses but this place is awesome. Ive been to several other ranges in Fort Worth and Austin & this one is the best...hands down! The staff is friendly and very willing to help. This facility truly is state of the art.

Clean, new, well lit range. Ranges are well marked, and target holders in good condition. Decent selection of rental guns. Knowledgeable, helpful, and unobtrusive range masters. Average prices. Gets busy on Saturday morning, but so do all indoor ranges.

I told em Id give em 5 stars after checking out the refurb & Im a man of my word. Vince was super courteous at showing me around & answering any questions. Archery range is next to be upgraded, but i believe in them.

Ive never been to the facility, but I was very pleased with the visit. A friend and I came in to put some rounds through my new Shield 9mm. He rented out a couple pistols and we spent about an hour putting rounds down range. The staff was very helpful, the range officers were not invasive at all. They had to remind one guy to keep his pistol aimed down range, but that was the only incident..I suppose theres always that one guy. But all in all, I had a very great time today. Ill definitely be returning to practice, for my LTC, Ill also be sending the wife to classes and ladies night. Great place, great staff! I even got a grip sleeve for my Shield!!

First time here, been to a few other ranges in Austin, although the whole area seems to be limited on indoor ranges, this will be my go to range in Austin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The range itself is modern, clean, and very enjoyable to shoot at. I have been at some ranges where the Range Safety Officers are very in-your-face, not here, the guys were extremely polite and helpful and I enjoyed my time here. I will be back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful experience here every time I go. The staff is friendly, the range instructors are super helpful and maintain the highest integrity with safety. When Im at this range I can focus on shooting vs looking over my shoulder to make sure no one is being irresponsible. This is the only indoor place Id recommend in the northern Austin area.

Extremely rude, this range used to be a fun place to shoot but is now unwelcoming to new shooters and extremely mean. Take your business else where the low range fee doesnt equate the horrible customer service.
