I was in the store over an hour at front section searching through paint colors. During that time no one on the staff approached me once to offer any assistance, sell me any paint, answer any questions. I had done as much with self service as I could and went to the back of the store and called loudly for assistance. Mac very pleasantly answered some questions and found only one of the paint chips I was hoping to take home. The cupboard was very bare. One star for having the store open on a Friday afternoon. The second star is for Macs assistance!

Jimmy called another store and helped me get the product I wanted. Nice people.

I drove in from out of town and called this store at 11:40am to confirm they could provide three paint samples. I arrived at 1:54pm and when I asked for my samples I was told, “oh, yeah I was going to call you to let you know we don’t have any sample sizes in.” First, you you didn’t take my info down so how were you going to call me... Second, his resolution to the issue was asking how did I want to fix the problem? How about not wasting my time and gas and providing better customer service. Or maybe offering larger paint samples with a discount. Instead of wasting my money there, I left. Terrible customer service with little empathy or concern for treating a potential customer terribly for their mistakes.

These guys worked overtime but matched my color exactly.Great job Jimmy

Cant say enough about the professionalism at this location. Jimmy has gone above and beyond for me on every purchase I have made for my parking lot striping company. He has saved me numerous back and forth trips just by asking me do you have enough of this. Could not be happier with the service here. It reminds me of the way a small town store provides service, but with Sherwin Williams technology, and top of the line products. Thank you Sherwin Williams. Thank you Jimmy for all of your help. Superior Paint, Knowledgeable employees, good and friendly service

I love that they were helpful and nice and I went when they were not crowded. Service was fast as i had to bring a puppy in my arms with me into the store.

Jimmy at the counter has absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to pre-order a gallon and acted like he didn’t want to help. Gave him specific instructions that he didn’t want to follow and instead told us just to come in. Will take our business elsewhere.

Customer service beyond compare. Jimmy Gilmore, the store owner assisted me with a dream project. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and kind. He took great care in helping to carefully color match several selections I brought in.

I’m a huge fan of Sherwin-Williams paint. Whenever I hire painters or contractors, I purchase the paint myself because I want to ensure it’s the highest quality and the exact color I like. I’ve gone to this store and the other Cedar Park store quite a bit. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s brought challenges when doing home projects, among many other challenges. Despite this, I’ve worked with Joseph, who went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. I must’ve called 3-5 times in one week seeking advice what type of paint I needed for a project. I gave him the entire background of what I was working with. He patiently listened. Then provided awesome feedback. While many others said they couldn’t tell me what color paint my builder used because “it’s very complicated” and “not reliable,” he found it. He answered all my questions. He color matched (transferred) the low grade builder paint color to high grade emerald designer edition paint. This was something many others said they couldn’t do. While many others hid behind restrictions (that didn’t make sense) caused by COVID-19, he provided work-arounds and ultimately, results. The painter was impressed with the color match and quality paint.Summary: I highly recommend Joseph. If you need assistance or want advice, ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.

Id love to see better customer service. I waited more than ten minutes to begin with, and then had a poor experience. It was fine until I realized I had the wrong kind of paint, and that it is VERY important to get the right kind. Home Depot explained to me a million times better how important it was to get the right kind of paint, where SW kind of blew it off and I ended up wasting a lot of time and money.

Jimmy and the majority of the staff here are fan-freakin-tastic. I wont go to any other sw than this one. I love this location....save yourselves a headache and just go to this one!!!!😁

I normally run to lowes since it’s closer but never again will I buy paint from there! SW was amazing, Jimmy was so helpful and I left feeling confident in knowing I could tackle my project because I had the right paint and supplies! They’re truly paint experts and it’s worth it to go straight to the source!

Great paint, all you need is one coat of paint versus the paints like from Lowes.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Michael really knows his stuff and helped me tremendously, even taking the time to label each of the different paints that were for different purposes as I have little experience with painting. Im so thankful that they are in the neighborhood!

Unfortunately we had to go to a second store to get what we needed, but they are by far our favorite paint store.

Ive came to this place several times before and they are not helpful!.. and take way too long to tend to and have a customer out the door (contractor or average joe off the street). The system they have in place to take an order and deliver at counter is awful and not efficient, theres not a rush in the world at this place!.. even if the building was on fire they would still be scrambling around scratching there heads wondering what to do next and not rushing.. and would say well we have a lot of orders ahead of you?!?!.🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️Take your money down the street to Kelly Moore!.
