First of all this is one of the nicest coffee shops in the area. Very impressed with the taste and consistency of the cafe. Great job to all that work there. I just have to say. Most of the negative reviews for this place make no sense. 1 Dogs are not allowed, 2 this isn’t Starbucks they can’t make your frappe or give you a pup cup Karen and 3 this isn’t a deli. All I wish is that the workers got more appreciation for what they do! Keep up the great work! Will be coming back for more!

Super sandwiches and a super nice staff make for a great luncheon experience. Eating on the Fiddleheads patio, watching the passing Cedarburg Saturday parade of shoppers and folks out and about help to only add to the enjoyment! Highly recommended!

Julia was extremely rude. Not only was she not friendly, she ignored customers at the counter and did not communicate the no dog policy politely. Instead of telling me I was not allowed to bring my very well behaved dog inside, they refused to sell me a cup of whipped cream. Then they proceeded to tell me that dogs weren’t allowed, after we had already been inside for 10 minutes. I then asked if I could get one if I took my dog outside which they seemed to agree to but never gave it to me. The other woman working with her saved our experience— she apologized for her coworker and was very nice. An unfortunate experience.

Great place with a cozy feel for a quick bite or a caffeinated beverage. The outdoor patio is an excellent secondary space during the warmer months. Definitely recommended to get off your feet while visiting downtown Cedarburg!

Im not sure what it is, but the staff at Fiddleheads are always so unfriendly. This one is the worst. No hello when we came in. The two women could see that we had questions, but totally ignored us. Finally, I asked one of the women a question. She made me feel bad for bothering her.The Matcha Latte was sickly and overly sweet. Unfortunately, the same couldnt be said for the baristas. Maybe more training is needed on customer service or basic civility.

Two days ago was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the high quality food and booze and with the modest pay. We will no doubt go back there again.

$4 for a large cold brew, not bad... when I watched them poor it employee filled all the way with ice then half with water them hen topped off with “concentrate”... so 4 dollars for half your cup filled with water. No value

Great coffee and atmosphere

“Gourmet sandwiches” farthest thing from true! Cold dry sandwich with frozen cucumbers, no mayonnaise, mustard, just plain dry sandwich like a toddler made it. The drinks were good, staff was sweet, but clueless probably due to poor management. Extremely disappointed, my husband was embarrassed for even brining me there and letting me served something like that. Don’t let the good reviews fool you!

My family and I drove an hour an a half for a fun day in Cedarburg and wanted to grab lunch here. They didn’t have any soups even though the outside sign advertised it. We ordered 3 sandwiches and for the side you can gets chips or salad. When we said salad they said they’re out of lettuce (no salad). Then we asked for chips and they only had 2 bags (ran out of chips too) and gave us a cookie instead. My sister requested a plain ham and cheese sandwich and the staff was very confused (deer in headlights) and said they couldn’t do it even though they had all the ingredients. She ended up getting a plain cheese one for $10. $35 for 3 sandwiches and not helpful staff.

Stopped in here for lunch during a bike trip, which just happened to be the same day as the Strawberry Festival. Was pleased to find that they had ample seating and that the wait for food was quite short. The food and smoothie I got were both fairly standard and satisfying, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I liked the overall experience enough that I happily put one of their stickers on my bike. When I pass through Cedarburg again Ill definitely keep them in mind as a solid place to stop.

This is a popular meeting place in Cedarburg. Their coffee and fun espresso flavors are amazing. The seating is limited but there is an outside patio.The owners of Fiddleheads support the local community and their church. Your latte is made with love and care and the pastries are yummy.

Very nice cafe, their black ice tea was very good. It was also surprising that most of downtown Cedarburg was closed on a flea market sunday. They were open with great beverages and really good breakfast sandwiches. They also have really good desert bars.

Mochas with whipped cream were better than the espresso, and the wait was very long.

Awesome place. I come in once a week. Great Chai! Awesome staff. I asked for a 6 oz cup of milk with 1/2 pump of Carmel for my fussy toddler who wanted a drink just like her mom. Staff was more than willing to accommodate and gave me the milk for free!

Absolutely love fiddleheads coffee! For many years my husband has been having his daily coffee at the Cedarburg Fiddleheads. When I quit diet Coke, I occasionally need a little kick my day. Not being a strong coffee drinker, I treat myself to a blended mocha... nothing like it! Today, I treated a friend at Fiddleheads Cedarburg location during the Harvest Festival. Unbelievable service during a busy day! My friend is now addicted and said shes never had anything like it! Love Grafton, Thiensville locations also! Great atmosphere!Thanks

I walked in to get some breakfast because someone told me that that had good food. walked up to the guy and told him what I wanted and was told that they ran out of all breakfast food and cant serve it anymore that day. the menu states breakfast served all day. why even put that on the menu if you cant manage to stock your restaurant with enough food to even make 4 hours of the day.. I then asked to get two cinnamon rolls for my son and I.... didnt have any of those either! better hire people that know what there doing of this coffee shop will run out of coffee.

If you are looking for a cozy corner with privacy you wont find it here. Might be a good place to surf the net. Too many distracting kids. Go during school hours?

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfy seating out back, complete with a fire place. We had some time to kill, it was chilly and rainy. A good cup of coffee, friendly people, a bike rack to lock up to, what more do you need?

Coffee is good, but I had a soft spot for the sugar free almond syrup, which they discontinued... probably because I was the only one that asked for it.

My Cappuccino was bitter, didn’t even finish it. My fiancé had the hot chocolate which he said was the worst he’s ever had. Pretty over priced. Long wait when there wasn’t many customers.
