This place hits the Starbucks standard and more. Nice and cool inside on a very hot day. Good espresso. Great indoor seating, and seating on the porch lets you watch the cars going in and out of Cedarburg. The gal in the blue rimmed glasses spoke to us kindly as she fixed our brew-- that is to say her eyes were smiling, expressive and engaging, although I had no idea what she was saying behind the plexiglass and mask.

I so want to love this starbucks. The barristas are extremely friendly and courteous, however, at least half the times weve ordered regular coffees they are luke warm at best. Normally theyll brew you some more if you tell them its cold, yet, when were in a hurry (like this afternoon) we dont always get to check if its hot before we leave. Ive never so consistently had this issue at any other Starbucks. For the cost of coffees, they should be hot and fresh. I love the positive attitude of the staff, but if I had to choose between good attitude and hot coffee, I want hot coffee.

This Starbucks has a busy drive-thru, but its open for walk-ins and thats a speedier way to get your coffee.Insider tip: There are two grocery stores, a Walgreens, a gas station, etc. around Starbucks. Lots of traffic and lots of opportunities for fender benders. . .keep your eyes open!

They were busy..forgot my cold brew as I wanted way too long.

Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Both mens and womens. Like, Id rather use a port o potty. And they were completely out of soap in both. Hubby and I both had to use hand sanitizer when we came out. So gross. I got an iced caramel machiatto, and it was so overloaded with caramel syrup and sickening sweet. I like flavored coffee, not slightly coffee flavored caramel.

Service was very slow and I felt the girls who were making the drinks cared more about dancing to the music than getting orders completed. I had to ask for my drinks sitting in front of me. The shift lead wasnt working and just messing around. Very rude will not be back until the staff can be retrained or replaced. My job is to provide the best customer service, so I know what good customer service should be!!

I can order the same exact item 3 different Fridays in a row and have it made 3 different ways. Spend more time learning how to properly make the menu items and less time training on how to proposition people to wear paper masks.

Great coffee, lemon loaf to die for!

This has been my go-to store for several years because its on the way to work and the service was really great. In the past year, the quality of service had gone down. I do a mobile order every morning about 6:30am when I leave the house. It is a 10 min. drive to the store. More and more I find myself having to wait until my drink is made. Today it was almost 10 minutes in addition to the 10 minutes it took me to drive there. While I understand this happens sometimes, it is happening more and more.

Patrick always makes the visit special, like Im a lifelong friend. He knows many of us by name. Never complains and the drinks are great! Made a cool May afternoon walk a special time.

Everyone there is so nice and attentive. They always know exactly what us “regulars” want the moment we walk in the door!Things get hectic at times, but this group of kids handle the stress with grace. And they genuinely care about the customer, like sometimes, I just get water so I can see my ‘friends’.

Amazing customer service. Something I ordered as a mobile order, they were out of. They let me choose whatever else I wanted AND gave my a gift card.

Employees are unprofessional and immature. They do not like it if you have a question about the product. I tried to talk to the person in charge of the place and she told me that she was having a bad day. What a joke. How do you stay in business. I wasted $20 their. Never again. Nobody cares.

Whoever does the hiring here is doing a great job. The baristas are so friendly! I had to write a review just to say that I am blown away by the service here and how kindly they have treated me and every other customer that walks in the door. I am a Starbucks lover, but this location is subpar. I would say half the time my drink is made wrong in varying degrees. Theyll remake it for you, but that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to avoid the wait times.

The service here isnt great. There is an employee who is extremely rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. Otherwise others who work here are helpful and nice.

The baristas here are SO sweet! I always have a lot of special requests for my drinks, and they got it perfectly!

If there’s a long line I really suggest putting a member that is quick and Profient using the computer system. Lost a sale because she didn’t know how to ring in a travel cup and the gentleman that new how to help wouldn’t leave his station to help. All the while holding up the line. I know I don’t know the ins and outs, but you’ll continue to lose money if you don’t get your team to see the big picture.

Pretty good starbucks! Drinks are great and i have never had a problem with them!Pm hours can be a tad funky though. I have heard stories from other people that online hours said till 10 pm and they closed early. Today (Tuesday July 16th 2019) they closed at 8 and i was a little sad that i couldnt get a drink. Am hours are normally pretty good though.

Nobody smiles here and on the brink of being rude. Not just once either. If it wasnt for my kids I would stick to the local coffee shops.

First and last visit after 2+ months of not coming. Baristas are not well trained. And the ones that have been working from other stores will give you an attitude if you correct THEIR mistakes. If I had a choice of no stars Id give them that.
