This is the first time I had been to this dealership and I will definitely be back! Bill B was amazing! He really listened to my concerns and took great notes. He called when he said he would and was very clear on what was found. They really took care of my car and made it easy!

Took my car here for some service work. Brittany was great! She updated me throughout the entire process while my car was there. Ive never had such great customer service from a service department as I did at this location. Kudos to Brittany for providing exceptional customer service. I definitely will be using their service department moving forward.

Irritation level has went into overtime for this place. I got up at 5 am to ensure I was at this location early and be the first vehicle in so I could get a oil change. My mother is in a hospital on Sioux Falls SD and I am needing g to go tomorrow. I pull in and am told this is a appointment facility. I explain my circumstances and am told that I can leave my truck there all day and might get it done.......I have many things to do today to prepare for a 10 hour drive...F**K THIS PLACE.... THANK YOU FOR COMPASSION AND CONTINUING TO GIVE POOR SERVICE.

The service was great. Fast with no hassle as long as you have an appointment. Places in and out to wait while they work on your vehicle.

They were amazing. I had to take my key fob in to get fixed and the man that helped me was great. Considering I never take care of these things made it hard.

Im so amazed at the knowledge these guys have! My drivers side windshield wiper stopped working and I went to Dodge to schedule an appt but they fixed it on the spot!! It was a recall for my 2019 Laramie, they were so helpful!! Saved me time overall to have to worry about another appt..thank you Arapahoe Dodge!! Thats why you are our favorite family dealership! 💜

Im not the leave a review kinda guy who leaves reviews, there just isnt enough time in the day. But an experience like this definitely warrants a shout out.I came in on a Saturday to look around at trucks. Wendel was very helpful and didnt pressure me to buy anything at all. We basically checked out a few trucks cracked a few jokes and my family and I left. Wendel is either the best sales man or the worst because he let me walk.After speaking with the wife we decided on a truck Wendel showed us and decided he was the kinda guy we wanted to work with. Monday Wendel introduced us to Joseph, Joseph insisted I walk the lot while my trade in was getting appraised. Joseph and Wendel found me a truck that was even better than the first.I was so afraid of what I would receive for my 06 Ford with 214k miles. I gotta say Clifton was more then fair and very good to work with. From the moment I walked in to the moment I was given the keys wasnt more then 2 hours. I couldnt have bought a truck from a better group of folks.

I went with my 19 year old daughter to buy her very first car on her own and I can not imagine a better experience. Mark Hart was patient and informative. Dave Wright in finance was friendly and provided lots of needed information. I would absolutely recommend Auto Nation Dodge Ram to anyone looking to buy a dependable and affordable car. ❤Update: she had to take the car back to be serviced 3 times so far as it has had issues. The first day the battery died and she was stuck at the gas station until her dad got there. Since then the engine light has come on, apparently for a simple fix.They are fixing the issues today hopefully. While the service has been great I am questioning the dependability of the car.

I don’t write too many positive reviews (although I probably should do more!). But, I gotta share my experience: Shawn and the service team at Auto Nation Dodge are outstanding. They worked on my 2014 Challenger RT a month ago, and after driving it the past month it’s clear the car is back in top shape! Plus, Shawn was super professional and the mechanics were quick to get my fav car back on the road for summer! Hopefully I won’t have any other repairs needed in this car, but if I do then there’s no doubt I trust this team to get it done right (and quickly). And they’ve definitely earned my business if I’m in the market to get a newer Challenger.

Awesome dealership when purchasing a vehicle....if decide to purchase and extended warranty.... just know if you sell your vehicle and ask AutoNation for help getting refunded the balance.. they will treat you like a bag in the wind... money is great when they get yours... but when its time for you to get your refund.... you get blown off.. Ive talked to numerous employees/ left voice mails... tried the auto-chat option.. NOTHING... they will not assist you after your purchase..Only reason why i dont mark a 1 star, is simply because my salesman was a very respectful and kind individual.

Worked with Wendel to buy a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I cant say enough about how fantastic the experience was. While Autonation does not negotiate on price, Wendel went above and beyond to make the overall car buying experience great. Always responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. 5 stars to Wendel as his manager Dave.

Shawn Lyons is the only person I let take care of me here in the Service department. Not that the others couldnt do it but Shawn always has an answer for my questions, helps me understand what all was done and is very prompt to get back to me. I have been in there quite a bit for oil changes and general maintenance and Shawn has always met me with a great attitude and friendly nature. Definitely recommend Shawn if you need a go to person in the Service Department.

Amazing sales person Simon Ipuole and staff made my experience one of the best car buying experiences ever. Sales manager was super helpful and Simon went the extra mile finding us the vehicle that worked for what we wanted.

I bought a 2017 Ram with a protection plan. I have since traded that vehicle and I’ve been attempting to get my service plan refund since March. I PCSd from Colorado and now have to attempt to deal with people on the phone. The only ones that pick up are Sales...go figure. I should not have to wait 4 months to get my check. Or maybe I should...not sure because no one communicates. I really don’t want to buy a plane ticket to go back and sort it out because I’m sure I would be at a loss...but I’m not opposed at this point.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They dont even deserve 1 star but 0 stars is not an option! Stay away from the Service department!Made an appointment, was told we could wait. Confirmed that we would be able to wait. Took vehicle in at appointment time, were told we had to leave it and they would call in a couple of hours. No call all day, called 7 1/2 hours later to check on status and were told they hadnt even looked at it yet. We needed to leave it overnight and they would try to look at it the next day. This is not the first time we have had problems with their service department but it will be the last!

I visited to have some recall work done on my 2018 Promaster. New Bill knocked it out of the park service-wise.

Brought my car in for a service appointment and it sat on their lot for three days and they didnt even inspect it. Dropped off my car on Saturday morning for my scheduled appointment, was told they were busy and they might not be able to get any repairs done before Monday. On Monday afternoon, I was told they were looking at it and theyd let me know when they had an update. On Tuesday afternoon, Im told they havent even started inspecting it. I guess no service is better than bad service?

Terrible customer experience with Autonation Ram Arapahoe service center. Made an appointment to take my truck in to check an issue with a previous repair completed there. They kept it for 3 days before they were able to do the 30 minute assessment, during which time I was without my vehicle. What is the point of making an appointment? They did not analyze the issue I requested when I dropped off the truck and had no notes in the service record regarding the problem I needed addressed. And then they wanted to charge me for a service call, but they didnt do anything. Very poor customer service.

I have used this service center for the the last several years to perform oil changes and recalls on my 17 ram and my 17 charger hellcat. Over the last 12 to 18 months the service has deteriorated to abismal.Today i arrived at 650 am to ensure i could get through an oil change quickly. When the doors opened at 7am I walked into the service area and was past by a service manager without even a hello or we will be right with you. After waiting for a service advisor, or even a greeting, for 15 minutes I finally gave up. I will never be back to this location for service or for a future purchase. There are to many good options to waste time on a dealer who clearly does not value its customers.
