They have always done a great job for me, this time not quite as good. I had to go back today and have them do the correct air pressure on all four tires, after I replaced one of them. All seems to be good now.

I came in not knowing what I wanted for my 2019 RAM 1500. I do not know anything about tires and rims. Cameron spent at least an hour with me going over options. He was extremely patient. Mike is awesome as well.... the staff here make you feel comfortable. Got my new rims and tires today and Im SUPER happy. They look sooooooo awesome!!! Not too happy that my black wheels are all scratched up from getting new tires. Wish the crew could have taken better care of my car while they installed the new tires.“Discount” is always trying to up sale everything. Most of the time they don’t even have the tires in stock. Discount tire is the furthest from being a discount. The manager could learn to be a little more friendly too.

I drove from Evergreen to get tires installed here (only location that had in stock). They made sure they had them in house before I made the drive, set them aside, and I had an appointment ready when I walked in. Staff there was very professional and pleasant (I cant say the same for a few of the customers...people can be so rude sometimes). They had them installed in about an hour and my car ready at the front door. Very impressed team!

All they want to do is sell you tires. Went there for a tire repair and the salesman said the tire tread is low therefore it’s not fixable. I attached a photo of the tire, it’s not low at all.

I am a Discount Tires fan. I have purchased almost all of my tires from Discount, but I don’t think I have ever left a review until now. I went in to this location a few days back to get some tires for my mother-in-law. They matched a coupon I had and made getting the tires so easy. They always seem to do business right at Discount. They continue to earn my business.

Generally good service, also took me in late in the day and got it done that day. Downside to this visit is I need to stop back in for a rebalance, as my new tires brought a new wobble between 60-80 for no extra charge. Usually great balancing though, hence still 4 stars.

I just changed all four tires today,the front guy shawn was helpful,he worked around my budget and my tires are ready for the winter, though a little pricey but worth it, Ive been with them for over 3years.

Best experience ever! I stopped by Discount Tire to get a quote on tires for my jeep after talking to local competitors. Cameron was so amazing! He was very patient with me. He listened to me about what I wanted. I drive a lifted jeep that I drive around locally and occasionally off road. He found the perfect tires for me that would meet my needs both driving around town and off road. I also brought a picture of the rims that I wanted. He was great about helping me get those ordered. The installation was very quick. My jeep looks amazing! If you are looking for tires you must ask for Cameron! He has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about tires.

In the past 10 years, Ive bought 3-4 sets of tires for 3-4 vehicles, and the basics are solid: never had a problem with any of the tires (running over nails at construction sites doesnt count!) and every time, they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it for the price agreed upon. I havent done any price comparisons so I cant really speak to the value, other than they always found choices in price range and I never felt any arm-grinding up-selling pressure.Ive also gone there for numerous tire repairs (nail removal/repair, nozzle replacement, etc.), mostly for tires bought elsewhere, as well as miscellaneous related issues (eg. spare tire host not working), and theyve always helped out and not charged me.And theyre staff has always been courteous, informative, and helpful.So if ya need help with tires, check these guys out.

I generally like Discount Tires bc of their customer service. The employees make u feel comfortable to do business with them. If u buy ur tires there & find a cheaper price or bring in a ad with a cheaper price they give u the difference with no hassle. They use to have water for customers but bc of covid19 they stopped. I was told it came down from headquarters. Bc covid19 might jump into a sealed plastic water bottle. If their customer service lacked Id go some place else but its very very good. I always purchase the warranty on all my tires. Ive had to use it at least 3Xs bc of glass, nails, sharp rocks etc over the years. This is very doable on my budget. ☺️

This is easily the best automotive repair experience I had.Joe was the best. Told me it would be a 2 hour wait for their free tire inspection and patch, but instead of taking my keys he told me to come back in 1.5 hours so it was in-and-out.They fixed my slow leak, FREE OF CHARGE, and I barely had to wait 15 minutes.Mind you, my tires arent even from Discount TireI am definitely planning on going back to get rims and summer tires for my MustangThese people care about the customer!

Bought our tires online. Made an appointment. We got there 20 min. before our appointment and they had us in and out in a half an hour. That was awesome.... dont know why I ever just walked in a tried to buy tires without an appointment when this is so much easier to do. Was assisted immediately when I walked in. Needed a tire replaced and they had it in stock. Was given an estimated wait time of about an hour to hour and a half. This was accurate as they were busy. This location is always busy so recommend an appointment but expect to wait at least 30 minutes or so with an appointment. Staff is friendly and this will be my main location for tires.

Excellent service. Showed up late in the afternoon and they still took care of my friends tire needs. My friend didnt even know she didnt have the key for her wheel locks and they too them of for her...at no additional charge. I use to work at a new car dealership and we would have charged for that lol awesome service, going back for sure.

Started going to this discount tire about a year ago after moving to Aurora from Parker (and working in Greenwood Village), And have been consistently impressed with the great customer service. Purchased winter tires today, and Cameron and the manager at this location were willing to honor the tire changeover coupon that I had gotten in my email. Pricewise it was going to make the difference of if I purchased the tires or not today (as I have a large dental bill due next week as well). I feel bad for probably being a pain today, but do genuinely appreciate how great they were. I will never get my tires from anywhere else and will always recommend this specific location to my friends and family.

I’ll start by saying that the sales staff are all amazing. The people working in the bay? Eh. If you have a set of wheels you absolutely love, don’t bring them to this location if they need tires or repairs. Long story short, I got a set of wheels and tires, paid close to $2k and not even 1500 miles later, I get a flat. Came to this location to fix and I got my wheel back scuffed. The kids working in the bay don’t seem to care about the customers wheels at all. Haven’t even had my wheels for two months and this happens.

The management team and crew have excellent customer service and provide timely service.I had a interruption in my day with a flat tire, after service noticed that the wheel was damaged. Instead of just saying your problem. The store manager Sieger, let me borrow a wheel they had while my wheel had to be repaired. When I returned for my wheel I asked what the cost was and Sieger (Manager) said they took care of the cost.I have purchased tires from this location in the past, but never expected them to cover the cost for a vehicle I had just purchased and the tires werent purchased there. I have been in management myself for years and this management/crew went well above expectations. I would highly recommend this location based on my experience.Personal THANKS to Logan, the individual whom noticed the faulty wheel and quick service provided. Excellent Customer Service ExperienceI brought my 2010 Subaru Legacy in for TPMS service. (My low tire pressure light would blink for about a minute, then stay solid thereafter... even though the tires were fully-inflated.) The desk guy brought his scanner out to my car in the lot and scanned each tire. Then he plugged his scanner into my cars OBD connector... then re-scanned each tire. Then he told me that Im all set. (meaning, there was nothing wrong with my TPMS system, and I didnt need replacement of my TPMS sensors.

Walk in, no appointment. Expecting the worst. Needed new tires. Very busy, but in and out in a little over an hour.

Just a quick drop by picked up 5 tires for my truck leave there from a friend of mine who gave them to me, walked inside and 30 seconds later I gotten help from a friendly sales person, social distance and facemask were in effect and for this reason they deserve my five stars. Thanks

Excellent customer service! Pulled in today with what I thought was just a low air tire. The tire turned out to have a nail inside and needed to be taken off and repaired. Have you dealt with discount tire for 30-plus years and Ive always enjoyed their customer service their layaway plan but today accept my monthly for my tires that are on layaway because the store I laid them away with is relocating what if I needed my tires today? Overall I like discount tire and they will get it straightened out.

I’ve had a set of 4 tires installed on 2 cars and had no issues. One time I punctured a wheel and they presented some options, where I ultimately found one online. The staff was friendly and met all of my requests.

They took great care of me. The tires I had ordered 10 days prior to my appointment had not come in, so I they provided better tires, replacement certificates, and got me in / out in 1.5 hours, despite it being a very busy day. I prefer Discount in general, but I think this is one of their best locations on the south side of town.

Friendly, professional service in a timely manner. Listened to the root of what I needed instead of just what I initially asked for. Did not have to wait an overly long time despite being pretty busy. Tires included a rebate which helped offset the cost. Be sure to get the certificates - I skipped this on my last set and picked up a nail as month later. And be sure if you do get the certificates to do they periodic maintenance ( including tire rotation) as this is necessary in case you need to file a warranty claim.
