Buying process was really easy. They have a nice selection of cars and theres no pressure. Both sales staff and management are really responsive - they seem to actually care about their customers. I had a non-issue. The manager called me and asked me to come in for a quick check-up -- this level of customer service is practically unheard of in any industry, let alone used car sales. Highly recommend.

Sierra was so fast that I hadnt realized they had already started the finance paperwork, oops. She stopped them from proceeding with the paperwork just to show me a different vehicle that I thought Id like more. Great customer service, thanks Sierra! After she showed me the second vehicle, I had decided on the one that was originally chosen. Sierra also had another buyer coming in (thats how good she is!) and knew I had to get home with the vehicle that I had arrived in. She arranged that so speedily with her coworker that was also very friendly, no stress at all on how I was gonna get my other vehicle home. Sierra is a blessing!

I have nothing but gratitude and high marks to say about Neda at the centennial location. She was so extremely helpful and personable throughout the car buying experience. I went to another dealership months before and I was paired with a guy that really didn’t care about my hesitations, he just wanted to run my credit and see if I could even be approved. Neda of course had to do the same process, but she wasn’t pushy and she answered all of my questions. The financial manager did a great job working with my income (2 jobs/ one is commission based) and I was in and out before my dog was finished grooming! Wonderful staff, wonderful dealership. I love how there was no haggling and I made out on my Mazda with only one previous owner who kept the car in near pristine condition! I am so grateful for this dealership. I will be staying within their company if I ever plan to make any other changes or additions to vehicles.

There is no better salesperson than Genesis Silva. She was kind, responsive and went above and beyond at the end of the night to make sure my needs were met to my every expectation. At one point, I actually saw her run through the dealership because she thought I had waited too long. She is amazing. And I got a decent deal in a sellers market which is rare.

We had Sierra help us through the process. I’ve bought 5 cars previously and this was the most seamless, quickest, and least stressful car buying experience I’ve had. From start to finish was maybe 2-3 hours from trading in our car to leaving the lot in a new car. Sierra brought out 3 to 4 cars next to our current to be able to compare. What a wast of time if your trying to sell your vehicle.( I called and said they would call me back… Never happens) customers service is poor. Told me that it would take 30 minutes to get to our vehicle. I left the vehicle in the possession for over an hour and some and they have not even started to look it over. So at the end 😳 Carmax came in $1000 over what they offered. Go to carmax

This was my first time dealing with EchoPark. They had the model and color of the car I was looking for, a 2019 Ford Edge SEL .The dealership was a 2 hour drive for me.The communication with EchoPark before I arrived was great. They kept me updated. The car I choose to test drive was what I expected from the pictures and description on the website, no surprises. I did purchase the vehicle. Now the not so good.The car was clean, but we found some stain spots on the leather seats in the front and in the back and on the headliner on the driver side. The vanity mirror on the driver side had what looked to be makeup stained on the mirror cover. Using a good upholstery cleaner I was able to remove all the stains. There was also a strong musky smell that took a week to get out after using some other deodorizers.I asked if they had any kind of delivery service in which I was told quickly no with no suggestions.They dont do business with my preferred credit unions (Credit Union of Colorado or ENT Credit Union) so even with my excellent credit score I am paying a higher interest rate.They did not work with me on the price of the car or my trade in or the extended warranty or any extras.They only had one key FOB for the car. The salesperson gave me a number to a guy where I could get it wholesale. I called and left a message and never heard back. The Ford dealership wants over $300 for a new one. No owners manual (they said I could get it online) so I dont have the key-less door code, so that will cost extra to get that.I am an easy guy to get along with but I felt it was more about just getting the sale then customer care. I think that cars should be checked for being cleaned. Owner manuals with the door code and 2 keys should be included. More financing options would be nice.It wasnt a bad experience but I think it could have been better.

Great dealership if youre looking for a good deal on a used car. They have a solid business model and will give you a great deal on your trade in. I bought my last 2 vehicles from them and that was my experience both times. Definitely worth checking them out.

I had a great experience with EchoPark. Daniel was super helpful and responsive to ALL my questions… and Genesis was there in the interim to help throughout this process as well. I really like that all of their cars have clean CARFAX. The employees that I worked with all worked really hard to get me into the Jeep that I wanted, with low miles. I Love my Jeep Compass! Thank you, Daniel and Genesis! :) My only con is that I noticed the Tire-pressure monitoring system light was on and I was told that the tires may just need air, so I got all of them filled right before leaving, and was told to come back in if the light did not turn off. I later found out that the Tire-pressure monitoring system needed to be replaced. Long story short, I ended up coming back and the service tech replaced the system free of charge. All I’d recommend is ensuring that all service is thoroughly checked before allowing customers to buy, whether new or used. Other than this, I had a Wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back/ recommending! :)

This is the 5th car from this dealer ship in my circle. Everyone answer our questions very patiently. I went to two different locations. The first was a little disappointing because I drove an hour and 15 mins only to have the car I wanted being sold first thing in the AM.The team at the location did their best to show me comparable cars, but nothing felt right. They gave me good advice about my car a d how to sell it and sent me on my way.I came home and looked at some other location inventories and found a car that felt right. I called and then raced over there fingers crossed. Daniel (Centennial )was amazing. He secured the car, thank god, and off I went. Love, obsessed, it was the car I was waiting for. Wish I could rate zero stars. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The staff wasnt welcoming when I arrived and just not professional by any standard. Then they gave me an insultingly low offer on my truck. For reference the Mazda dealership right next to them offered me almost triple what echo park did, Got me a better car and was a better environment. If your looking at buying a car from here I would go to the Mazda dealership next door in a heartbeat. I also havent mentioned the sales lady and how she acted as if she was better than everyone and I wasnt good enough for her time.

James Worms (JJ) at the Centennial, CO location did a phenomenal job helping us out. We were able to test drive and eliminate options we were looking at. He did a great job explaining how the process worked and what we could expect. Even though we didnt purchase a car with him because it was at a different location, he still helped us find the right vehicle in the end and made himself available for anything we needed. The brakes needed attention....as well as rusty rotors....should have all been taken care of prior to my purchase of car....it was not....in trying to get issues resolved after purchase I had to spend almost a month doing so and i still have 2 rear rusty rotors. I will never go back to Echo Park...would advise you to do the same

Daniel Salpietra is an amazing experience guide. I was searching for a particular trim level in Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4’s; I only found ONE all the way out in Denver, CO (I live in The Woodlands, TX). Daniel stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and went the extra mile on several aspects of checking the Jeep out that I wanted, because I wasn’t physically able to see it in person.This is the second Jeep that I’ve bought from EchoPark and hope to continue purchasing future vehicles from them; hopefully working with Daniel again.Thank you, Daniel, for going the extra mile for me.

I will start with the positive. The truck I asked to test drive before arriving was ready and waiting when I got there. I was happy with how the truck drove and decided to purchase. The paperwork and signing process was easy and did not take long. I was there early afternoon and could not complete the process because I needed to pick my daughter up from school. I was told that I could start the process and return later to complete the sale. I was told that the vehicle would be sent in for cleaning/detailing and would be ready when I returned. This is the part of the process where I was disappointed. I returned after picking up my daughter and finished the signing process. I asked if the truck had been detailed and was assured that it was. I did not inspect the truck further, I took the salespersons word that it had been cleaned and detailed. I drove the truck home and parked it in my garage. The next day I could tell it had not been cleaned at all, not even washed. No big deal at this point, It’s my day off and I will spend some time cleaning it up. I opened the tailgate and the bed is full of not just sand but some sort of adhesive causing the sand to stick to the bed liner. I pulled out my pressure washer to clean the bed of the truck. This adhesive and sand was so stuck on that it took me an hour trying to remove it. I was able to make a great improvement but unable to remove the substance completely. After cleaning I noticed a long gouge in the bed liner that goes down to the metal. I then notice spots of this adhesive all over the roof of the truck that after a lot of washing can not be removed. I then start running my hand over the body of the truck and can feel a rough surface over most of the truck, especially the hood. This truck was obviously used in some sort of construction work before I purchased it and am regretting my decision. Although there are no dents and only a few minor scratches there is a deep gouge in the bed liner, adhesive on the roof, and some sort of abrasive material over the body of the truck. I promised to pay over $50,000 for this truck and am full of regret. I wish I had spent more time inspecting the promised detailing rather than taking the salespersons word.

Bought a vehicle here last week. While the vehicle exterior was overall in good shape (minus a couple dings and some scratches), the interior is pretty gross and in need of a deep cleaning, as you can tell by the pictures. There is gunk/grease in every nook, crack and cranny that will need to be deep cleaned by a professional detailer at the tune of a few hundred bucks. Whoever owned the vehicle before clearly enjoyed eating while driving and if I wasn’t in a pinch for a vehicle that had the features I wanted, I probably would’ve walked away from this one. Just a bit disappointing when one of the first places you have to take your “new” used vehicle is to the professional cleaner/detailer.Also, gas tank was nearly empty upon picking up the vehicle.Oh, and the coolant level is clearly below the minimum level in the reservoir.... read below.UPDATE: come to find out, the vehicle needs an ENGINE replacement. Thank God it’s covered under Fords original powertrain warranty. It has a coolant leak... hence the low coolant level in the tank. It’s being replaced tomorrow.Also, my sales guy Kevin reached out to me and left me a message. I called him back a week ago and haven’t heard back. Doesn’t seem like they want to work on rectifying the situation.

Listen, I don’t give bad reviews because of poor service, food not to my liking, etc. I figure if I don’t like the place, I simply don’t have to return. I only give bad reviews if I’ve been completely ripped off or if a business doesn’t have enough respect for me and my time. Nothing more valuable than time right? Which leads me to this simple review.I made an appointment to have my car appraised for trade in or purchase. I called ahead before heading to the lot during my lunch hour to ensure they could get me in and out. Upon arrival they asked me to wait for ten minutes. No big deal. After 15 minutes I informed them that I was on lunch and needed to get back to work. “No problem - we’ll get you right in and email you the details.” Ten more minutes passed and I had to leave.For all I know, this place is great, but I blew an hour of my life driving across town, waiting, and leaving with nothing.I write my one star review as a heads up for others. Perhaps my timing was bad, but I can’t give a positive review to a company that either doesn’t know, or doesn’t care that their customers can’t simply wait around. If this happened in my business, we’d have no customers.

Had such a great experience at echo park purchasing my car! I was a little nervous since I had never been to echo park, but Anthony was so helpful and made my mom and I feel very comfortable. Such a fast process and love my new 2018 Nissan Rouge!

I thought the whole process was smooth and the sales staff very friendly. The only problem was when I was driving at night I thought the headlights were not very good. Then this morning when I had the time to look into the problem I found that one of the headlights didn’t even have a bulb in it. I’m not sure how that got by your recon staff

Their price is straight up, the price you pay, other than sales tax and warranty. The gentleman at the desk was very cordial and knowledgeable. The salesperson was respectful and down to earth. The only complaint I have is how they try to push the warranties.
