I want to give a huge recommendation to Tyler S at the T-Mobile Southglenn store in Centennial, CO. He explained all of our plan choices and helped us find a new plan that offered more services at less cost. Also, we wanted to upgrade one of our phones. He worked with us to get the phone ordered and delivered to us. Then transferred all of the data and packaged our old phone for trade in. The process was seamless. Tyler is wonderful to work with.
Third trip to add line, switch from Sprint and upgrade 2 phones. 12:30p on Sunday and store is CLOSED?

Joe the best! They were both the biggest help. I have been burned by Verizon and AT&T and I was over it and mobile providers in general. This guy has restored my faith in customer service.I needed my phone number ported over and wanted to upgrade my phone at the same time. They were patient with me and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what was going on and what I was being charged for.If you are on the fence about who you should go with definitely come here and ask for one of them.
Amazing customer service! The tip of my charger broke off my phone. The manager spent about 20 minutes helping me out. They couldn’t of been nicer! Definitely coming back.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable! About T-Mobile and all the products. They are able to help you, teach you, inform you, and you always feel good after visiting. This is an awesome store.Even if the T-Mobile policy doesnt make any sense. We have had a T-Mobile account for over 15 years, just had to close it to get the military discount for retired military. Now all that great history is gone. Still have the same numbers, same service, just s new account.

Love the customer service here! Amazing people and so sweet and helpful! Patrick has helped us a couple of times and he and a couple of the other guys stayed past closing when I initially swapped from AT&T to ensure my 4 new lines were all up and running and EVERYTHING was perfect before we left the store because had a couple of hiccups, none of which were personally their faults, causing my kids and I to be there for quite some time. They did everything to fix it and make it all right!!! Thanks guys!!!

I was having trouble with my Digits app on my Pixel 2. I spent over two hours here trying to get everything resolved. Patrick was super helpful and was willing to troubleshoot with me the entire time until we figured out a solution. He remained positive and interactive the whole time. Ive been to this store many times and normally have a good experience!
I went in the store generally knowing what phone I wanted. Sky was very professional in that he didnt quickly get me the phone and send me on my way (considering they were closing in 45 minutes, he easily could have). Sky took his time getting to know me and my wants and needs with a new phone. He was highly knowledgeable in both Android phones and iPhones. I would definitely go back to this location for future purchases.As a side note, I also appreciate this store being open later than 7pm on a week day!

Amazing customer service. My phone plan was completely screwed due to communication errors and third world issues wont get into it. When I came in Patrick was there and helped me get it fixed. Only nitpick about the place is its not well lit for my poor eyes otherwise amazing people
Went in to upgrade our phones and Sky Mays gave us excellent service! He was very knowledgeable about the devices and their accessories. He also helped us save some money on our monthly bill by informing us about the business family discount. Sky was very courteous and polite. However, when he was trying to jump one of our phones and add the promo they were running for the other, his manager called him out right in front of us trying to tell him he was doing it wrong. We thought that was wrong, especially because he seemed to know exactly what he was doing and everything went just fine and there were no issues at all! Another thing that I thought was great about Skys customer service was that despite how many things we had going on at once between transferring data from our old phones, him trying to make the upgrade while being told her was doing it wrong, and having an engaging conversation with us; Sky answered every question we had, dealt with every request we made, and finalized our upgrade without a single mistake and we left the store 100% satisfied!!! Thanks a lot Sky!!! We appreciate you!!!
First of all, I walked in probably seeming a little more frantic than I should have. But Ashton was more than helpful when I needed my SIM card traded to one that fit my new phone! She was so pleasant and was able to assist me while also assisting another customer (one that I failed to notice when I approached the desk, sorry!) This experience far exceeded my previous experiences, enough to not make me loathe the place like I had before.
Jonathan even stayed late [on a friday night!!!] to help my mom and I transfer our data from our cricket phones. What an outstanding gentleman he was! My mom must have asked the same question 7 times and each time he answered politely and patiently. If only every person in service was like Jonathan!

Went to the T-mobile Centennial to get the new Samsung 7 and Sky was great. Walked me through the changes and updates to the phone, answered my questions and made sure I felt comfortable before I left the store. Never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Thats customer service at its best!
This was my first to this T-Mobile store. I went there because of a few little problems with my phone. I look up some T-Mobile stores on Google before I went. I havent been getting lets say less than below poor service. So I thought I would read some reviews on some stores in my area. Im so glad I did. This store had such great reviews. It pays to take a few minutes to get a little info and see how the store and employees our rated before you so you know what you can expect when you get there. I was welcome right away.My phone was fixed in 5 minutes and asked if I had if I had any other issues .So very kind.Totally recommend this store.

Sky was helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with a brand new phone! I had been contemplating getting a new phone for a long time but never actually took the time to go in. Sky completely changed the way I see phone retailers. He was extremely knowledgable and patient. He answered all of my questions about every phone I asked about and helped make the switch from an android to an iPhone seamless even with a broken screen on my old android phone! Ive been spreading the word about Sky like wildfire since I was in there. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me all set up even though it took me a while to make up my mind and we were past closing hours. Me and my brother went in on the Night of March 10th to see about the Galaxy S7 Edge and met Sky Mays. It was almost closing time and Sky still took his time with us and gave us the information we needed. So the next day we went in and bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phones and met up with Sky to do this. He was great and walked us through the process. It was very quick considering all he had to do. I would highly recommend you go to this store and deal with Sky and you will leave a happy customer!!!!
They tell a customer one thing and you get billed another, Ive had to correct my billing every other bill. They change their story to their liking, 611 customer service is no better, they are like a deer in headlights. I do not trust the store service reps.

Each time at this store we receive excellent service. No circles or run arounds, just let helps us out. If there is an offer that would benifits our plan they always let us know but dont push and pester. This recent visit Erton was excellent efficient and also while helping us he gave several other customers excellent service. Definitely our always TMobile stop!

I had two days of phone calls with tmobile customer service, as well as many conversations with different representatives where they all told me different requirements for unlocking a phone. I was fully prepared to give up and take tmobile off the table as a future provider… until I was helped by John at this location. He went out of his way to help me figure out my problem in time to go on vacation, and I can’t tell you how pleasant and wonderful it was to have a real person that understood my problem. Sky was super nice. I just think a more effective way to operate will be to have everybody helping instead of the Manager only checking people in and waiting for the next available person.

Awesome service from John Moore and Store Manager Bojan Yidovic!!!!!!! Goodbye VERIZON and back to T-Mobile. Verizon coverage was horrible amid their advertisements of better coverage. I live near South Glen and my house with a Verizon tower only a mile away gave me 2 bars and a ton of dropped calls. Countless hours with Verizon Support and Apple Tech and finally back to T-Mobile after 7 painful months. Now Im back with TMobile and its back to 4-5 bars again. I now have a happy wife...and a happy life.

The manager talked me into a new phone and I did not need one and when I found out a few days later I called T-Mobile and thats who told me I didnt need the new update T-Mobile in themselves what it help me Im in a different state line with the other T-Mobiles they want to help me supposedly T-Mobile called the manager this briarwood location and he wasnt going to help me . I have been with T-Mobile for years all my kids were on it I still have one kid on it in my wife but as soon as I can get out of this I have to pay off this phone that I did not need I will totally not be with T-Mobile .The manager could have help me out by making my phone work he sitter my phone was only a year and a half old if he wouldve done that he wouldve had a customer for life but instead he sold me a phone I did not need in me being a customer I did not know until I called T-Mobiles IT department they told me . In my opinion T-Mobile is out for the money only not to help customers this particular location in briarwood rip me off and I will continue to tell everybody and let everybody know how horrible the customer service is a T-Mobile !
