I have 3 vehicles on the monthly plan - $66. I went on 3/15/2021 and you were closed, thinking you just closed early that day. Here is is Saturday morning and again, locked up and closed.I have disputed my monthly charges effective 3/15/2021.

My first time going, I arrived at 8:30 am. (because the reviews said its best to go early) . Garage door open and no one around ?! I waited 5 min still no one . I left . I was at the correct location . How was the deli across the street? Worth the customer ? The car wash East of you on the same street was Excellent !

Paid for exterior cleaning, tire shine, and under carriage cleaning. When they rolled out my car, he proceeded to dry it quickly, then toldme he was done. I Insisted I paid for the tire shine. And he nonchalantly said ‘Ok, I’ll do it for you’... as if I didn’t pay for it and he was throwing it in for me to do me a favor. When he was done, the tires barely even looked shined. There were areas of the tire without any shine even applied. Carelessness!!!!! I don’t even feel confident they cleaned the undercarriage. Not a good experience at all.

Out of business. They closed up. Still charging monthly fees.

They went cheap, cut half the staff, changed to machines, added an exterior only line that makes the wait time longer for the people getting whole car done, and kept the price the same. Now all that would be fine if the car was spotless but it was not and after an hour wait I wasnt putting it back through. Not to mention used to only go to that was because it was a Hand Wash. I will take my 5 vehicles elsewhere.

This car was is the BOMB!!! Friendly staff, and the wash was Dynamite!!! So I drive a Nissan nv3500 (a mini bus ) and they were able to accommodate my vehicle. Pick up there monthly package it is well worth it.

I clean my car every day I just did not have the time today. Was passing by and figured I would just wash it quick and go on my way. Considering the inside was not that bad you would think when it was done it would be spotless but it was not the case. They did not do the inside of the front and rear windshield. Plus there was dirt left in the corners. There was still particles on the seat in the rear on the center console. Definitely not worth the money

Professional and top notch service! I take my car regularly and no matter how dirty my car is, the service people at the Wash get it clean inside and out. Polite, helpful staff too. I would highly recommend this car wash.Its services are incomparable!!

They left my windows open when my car went through the car wash. They then continue to tell me I left them opened. When I didn’t. There workers on the front even told me that the workers in the back were the ones to blame. Lucky you didn’t get a law suit! My car is a 2020 and you treat it like that. Your workers don’t have a common sense to close a window! The manger on shift was very disrespectful also. I dont recommend this place at all! Horrible!

Took my car in to get cleaned the staff seemed bothered I showed up as they were not busy at all paid 20$ for the tire clean and whatever else that package included once I got out of my car 3 minutes later I noticed huge patches of dust and dirt that their machines did not clean if you want a clean car avoid this place

Good crash wash. New state-of-the-art equipment. They pay attention to detail. They really do an excellent job. The car wash is very pricey but its worth it.

Not the place to go if you are in a rush, but of you arent, its worth the time spent. They did a great job. The massage chair was also a nice distraction while waiting.

Got to be the worst car wash in all of Suffolk county. Superficial scratches all over my car. The smell coming out of the car wash was absolutely awful, hope that smell is not from the water being put on the cars.

Went here for the first time this past weekend and was very pleased! The workers were detailed and really took their time to clean my car well. One of the workers noticed some scuff marks on my car and even went out of his way to take them off, even though that wasnt part of the package I purchased. My only wish is that they had cleaned the trunk of my car too. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This car wash was decent, to say the least. The service was good, but my car was still a bit dirty for my taste. However, I believe it offered a decent car wash for the price being charged. I wouldnt recommend this car wash for anyone seeking a perfect cleaning or is a big critic of missing spots or leftover grime.

Free ding with my full service wash? I went on a Tuesday evening last month for a full service was for $33. I have to mention I have been coming to this car wash for the past 16 years that I have lived in the community and have always recommended friends and family to the best car wash in the vicinity. Always great work and hand wash until now. They went automated which I have no problem with if the job and service warrants the cost. This night after my $33.74 evening special full service wash when I arrived home I noticed a small crease on my upper front quarter panel that was not there previously. I quickly returned and met with the manager Will right before closing. Asked if we could review the video(since cameras are apparent on site)to see if the attendant cleaning the hood or windshield slipped and caused the dent. Manager Will said it was closing time and he would review the next day only after he took a smoke break explaining to me how people do this all the time wasting his time. Proceed to Wednesday night, I still did not hear anything so I called Manger Will he had told me he reviewed the video and no one had clean the windshield so it definitely didnt happen here. Great full service I guess?! I asked if he would show me the video but he said he had already wasted too much time with me proceeding to tell me to bring them to court if need be. Great response for anyone looking for management positions. All I asked for was to review the video to properly apologize if no one caused the dent or to witness if the dent indeed happened on site to my Dodge Ram. I say is good luck with your management role Will, and to the new owners with such a character leading your business. A $75 dollar dent in my truck cost you a loyal neighbor and multiple customers, such a shame. Best of luck to the new owners at Centereach car wash. Note to the owners you should be grateful the girl that has worked the counter for the past few year is so nice, dont bother looking for assistance from your manger Will he is a classic POS and needs some true people skills.

Horrible service. Everyone gives attitude like they are doing customers a favor. Place is completely run down. After a $41 car wash you will not see much difference; forget about the lower priced ones. I would not recommend anyone bringing their car there. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere where they care about the customer.

This was a good experience for me; however, I did notice people working on other customers cars and the attention to detail was a bit less-than. I suppose luck was on my side. Still, all the cars looked nice and clean at the end of the line. Ill risk it again sometime soon.

Good pricing for quick car washes

My family has been using Centereach car wash for some time now. Unfortunately their service has changed & so did there work! We took our car there for a routine wash and they lost part of our car mat. When we asked where it was, they said it was never there which is a complete lie. I will never let my family use this place EVER again! They are dishonest and will no longer have the business of me, my family or friends. Very disappointing because we were long standing customers.

This place has the worst service for the highest prices around. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. I just spent almost $40 for a wash and the car was still filthy with fingerprints all over the doors from the guys that wipe the car down. I asked for another wash or at least the tires shined that I paid for and the declined both of my requests.Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Save your self and your car from this inconsiderate and greedy establishment.

Ive visited just about every car wash on Long Island and I must say for $17.99 to get your inside and outside clean its worth every penny the guy hand scrubbed the floor Matts and vacuum every square inch, including rims and cup holders andCompletely dried every inch of the car as if it was a full detail, excellent service by Martin who serviced my car after it came out of the tunnel.. Ill be back for sure.

It used to be a nice car wash, but not anymore. Today I had my car there and I chose the silver package, but I’m not satisfied because there is lots of dirts inside. I will never ever take my car here again.

They dont change the rags after finishing one car. They tend to keep the same rag that they used on the door jams. And then they go ahead and use the same rag for the next car to dry it down. Like what are you guys thinking!??

This is the oddest car wash I’ve ever been to. It looks like your standard, hand wash but what they don’t tell you is how long it will take. There wasn’t a wait when I arrived but a guy who was waiting told me he had been waiting for just under 2 hours. TWO HOURS?!The wait isn’t to go through the wash but rather after your exterior is done, they spend about 30mins on each car’s interior. I’m all for a thorough job but this is absolutely ridiculous.There’s no warning that as a customer you’re expected to pay top dollar for a wash + have unlimited time to wait.

Becareful people if you take your car there (dont have valveable stuff in your car). i had my moms CBD stuff on glove compartment there greeter frank stole it. i went back to ask it they had no manager or supervisor. bunch of teenagers working no responsibilities took no action. i was upset. i even tip them for doing alrite car wash. felt cheated. my mom is a cancer patient. you dont do this to somebody!*edit* first of all you guys are lying my wheel was touched at very end when you guys put tire shine on it. in tunnel my car was only washed. all i know is my mom had her stuff in glove compartment and it obv looked somebody went through it. 2nd i didnt change my story i told the girl its for a cancer patient. i tried to be nice have 1 on 1 convo with ur greeter and ask him if he has it just give me back i will let it go by gone to by gone.but i was stopped by the girl. tbh i dont care at this point.all i know is stuff got stolen from my car. the driver easily can go through glove compartment and stole it. its a petty stealing at this point. i dont much care. i am just cautioning the future customers. also ihave this month subcription still i am not planning on coming you guys keep hur money because how i am poorly being treated at this very moment.

The guy sat in my car for about 5 min trying to figure out how to put the radio on and then blasted it so he can listen to music while he cleans my car. I heard it from inside and had to come out to tell him to turn it off and he looked at me like I was out of line to do so. I tried to speak to a manager and there was none. I wrote a yelp review but the owner deleted it. I was so annoyed that I left without them even finishing. If you respect your car do NOT bring it here!!

I cleaned the interior of my car (myself) and decided to go here for the exterior only! $16.99 for a half a$$ job! Online says $13.99! The only reason why I came here was because the other car wash in centereach (near walmart $7.99 special) was closed, due to construction. This place is a rip off! Signed up for unlimited washes for 2 of my cars on dec 9..for the last 2 weeks, they have been closed for repair or renovation and no one answers phone about what they are doing about the 2 other weeks I paid for.also they renewed me for both cars today Jan 9.there is no where to cancel thru their app and how do they have nerve to charge me when they havent provided service for weeks.

DO NOT GO HERE. WORKERS WILL CONFRONT YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH TO TIP. I drive a Jaguar and take special care with choosing my car washes, and I will not be returning to this establishment. A friend and I visted this location today and unfortunately had no cash to tip the gentlemen who wiped down and vaccumed our vehicles. My friends car was first, and one gentleman confronted him. I immediatly shared this with the young woman at the cashiers desk who said she would inform the manager. When it was my turn, the same thing occurred but by another individual. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, the employees did not go above or beyond their duties to even deserve a tip. I will never be returning to this establishment!

I paid for rain x super was $21.67 as you walk in to pay they have a sign posted if your car is not clean let us know was was ok but vacuum was horrible. I asked them to please re-vacuum the back, they did but I was told they couldnt get it clean since I had dog hair. Its unfortunate prior to me paying I brought this issue to the attendee and at that point it wasnt a problem. I will not be returning. They are not interested in keeping a customer.

Washing is ok.. all done by hand. Guy that cleaned my interior was done in less than 15 mins. . didnt clean my sunroof nor my back windshield... didnt wipe my rims either. This place used to be good. now their price has gone up to $27 for full service wash NO xtras. Touch of Class in Smithtown does MUCH better job for at or less than the cost of this place. Also this place changes owners alot. and it seems when a new owner comes in. price goes up. Guess thats why they keep going out of business. Also in case owner reads this my plate # is HZX 5798...

Came here with a work truck about a year ago, and the lady did so much work cleaning everything, I left her with a $20 tip. That sounds insane, but when someone put that much effort into something, they absoloutely deserved it.

Worst experience! Cleaning boys are extremely greedy n rude .. Never do there Job Honesty .. better do it yourself rather giving big money 💰 plus big Tips surely deserves less than 1 star ...
