They have a huge variety of bong, rigs, bowls, but they are under staffed. They seem scared to come assist you with anything. I bought a bong and thankfully a rig for dabs. The piece the bong came with to put the flower slit cleanly off. It had a defect, that a huge red flag in my opinion. That mean other pieces might be venerable to breaking, but go look for yourself. The bong is strong and looks nice.

The first time I walked in and saw the size of the place and the fact they could fill it all with interesting and very usable and up to date items.....along with their accessories...staff knowledgeable more so then the other stores...thats a plus right there....not to mention there open later then most......friendly and professional.....it has now become one of my favorite places to shop

Dope spot, tons of glass, alot of vapes ranging from entry level to 400 erigs. Glad they is some competition in the town for smoking supplys.

Staff is very friendly but the price changes based on who you talk to. Like what, how r you going to change the prices on products and then have your staff tell different prices on different days of the week. Most bipolar shop in the area. There are much better options within walking distance from them. Be weary of this place seems like a lil bit of a scam if you ask me

Be weary of this place. Different prices depending who you see. As a 2 year returning customer I experience price hikes and excuses for why the price change. Lots of selections and staff is friendly. Great location. More businesses (about 4) nearby with competitive prices and more options.

I had purchased a chromium crusher grinder in store on 11/17/2020. On 11/19 I had decided to use the grinder for the first time. When I had finished grinding up my tobacco I had seen shavings of metal in it, clearly coming from the grinder. When I called the store on the phone on 11/19 to address the toxic/hazardous issue I had originally confused the dates of purchase and had told the employee that I had purchased it last week instead of 2 days prior to the call. He said there’s nothing they could do because it was last week and not this week. So I looked up the transaction on My card and found that I was wrong and that the purchase date was in fact on 11/17. So I went into the store explaining the situation and my mistake on the dates thinking they would be able to help. The employee was eating on the main floor behind the counter with no mask( big Covid violation). He said his managers were not in the store at the moment when I had asked to speak to them, but that he would call them and see what he could do. Mind you, he was also the same employee to sell me the grinder on 11/17. Magically about 2 minutes later a woman came out from the back and said she was the manger (strangely quick timing for “not being in the store”). So I then re-explained the situation, and the harm that the product they were selling could cause. Inhaling fumes of burning metals is very toxic. All I wanted was my money back for the object or to buy a better grinder that would not give me this health threatening issue. She offered me 10% discount on a new grinder....I asked for $30 off a new grinder since that was the original cost of the faulty grinder. She continued to say that 10% was the best she could do and that it was not their problem that the grinder THEY sold me could potentially be causing harm to me. Not only because of fumes from burning metal, but what if a full shaving of metal was inhaled....I had left the store, but turned around an re-entered just to see if I could maybe get my even exchange for my troubles. I then ran into a SECOND manager (after being told none were in the store I had “coincidentally” ran into 2) who proceeded to be very rude and again reiterate that it’s not their problem. They do not care for the well being of their customers, and only care about making a dollar. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again. What a disgrace of a company.

Staff is consistently friendly, kind, and informative. I like to browse a lot and I never feel pressured to purchase anything. Everything is always spotless when I come in. Never seen a more charismatic staff or cleaner smoke shop in my life. The only one of the island Im actually willing to give business.

It’s a nice store but I’ve had problems with a fee vapes I’ve bought here. I just bought a Smok Novo X 2 weeks ago and it already doesn’t work. Never dropped it or anything.

Quite a varied collection!

Ive only been here a couple of times but I remember my 1st time. I was in awe at how big the store is and wow-ed by the 6ft hookah. The shop is very tidy and well lit. Of the items I purchased, the price was unbeatable. It seems that they have all of your smoking accessories (no matter what youre smoking😉) and smoke masking items (inscents, etc). Plus more!

I frequent this smoke shop since its close to my home, but recently went there to do some birthday shopping for my boyfriend. Since the virus started, theyve been doing car side assistance and let me tell you, the staff did not disappoint! I had quite the list of things I needed so the gentleman who was helping me FaceTimed me so I can see what they had in stock! I was blown away about how above and beyond he had gone to make sure I walked away with everything that I needed. They even threw in a few small freebie gifts so I could put them in my boyfriends birthday basket :) thank you so much for all of your help, and I recommend this smoke shop to everyone I possibly can!

Great location. Unbelievable selection. Owners are fantastic and Noelle helped me out. Very knowledgeable and you can tell they care. Theres Free parking, easy to see from street, and highly recommend. A little higher priced in some items but for the attitude and care given ... worth it

Great customer service very friendly

Used to be my favorite smoke shop, but recently they have gone down the drain. They started selling fake Raw products, the lighters I bought there were completely out of juice as if the staff had been using them, and I noticed my tobacco products were dried out. I called to ask about the lights, and the staff was extremely rude. They also don’t wear masks when they are walking throughout the store. Sad how it’s gone down hill.
