Picked up a quick oil change.

I recently stopped in this location to top off my oil. My SUV eats oil like crazy and it constantly needs oil. Ron who helped me was great and made a suggestion for something I could install to better monitor and regulate oil consumption. He also looked at my tires and was very pleasant overall. Jiffy Lube is expensive but the signature service includes free tire check and adding oil. Ron did both and I wasnt charged.

Had to get tire plugged and they fixed it quickly with a patch and plug, then rebalanced tire and didnt overcharge me. Great Job !!!!!

They ruined my car before I travel 😅, the check engine light on after visiting and my engine was shaking.

First oil change on May 4, 2018 went fairly well but they did not find the leak in a tire. Second visit on May 20, 2018 was for a tire remount & new stem to fix a slow leak. Tire still leaked because they missed the pin hole. Third visit on July 27, 2018 did not go well it was for an oil change & vehicle inspection. It was brought to my attention that the anti-freeze was low and it would be $5.00 to top off. I said you can skip that I have anti-freeze at home I will add it myself. They said they would fail the inspection if I did not let them top off the antifreeze. The next day while replacing the air filter I noticed that antifreeze was not filled. I reviewed my dash cam recording and no one filled the reservoir. I stopped in to speak to the manager, Zach. It was a waste of my time. He was not interested in hearing about my complaints. I will not be back nor will I recommend this location to family or friends.

Zach is the most consistent and honest mechanic I have ever had. He is now the only person that I will let service my car! He is always thorough in his communication for what is needed (if anything) to keep you safe and on the road. He never pushes you to do get everything done that day unless it’s absolutely imperative! If you leave this location with an issue he will fix it! I highly recommmned this location specifically! I’ve never had an issue at this location on Whipp Rd since Zach has been the manager! I have been taking my 2012 camaro for oil changes for years. I have been going in Texas and now at this location for at least the last year..Ive never has an issue till today. I pulled up they had no cars there to work on and came and asked what I needed..I told him a oil change and he looked unsure and asked what year my car is. I told him 2012 and if there was an issue and he says well, its just more of a liability for newer vehicles. First its 8 years old and second Ive been coming here and have never had an issue. He then said he could do it, but at that point I didnt feel either guy there even wanted to work on my car or do anything. So I just left. Completely ridiculous customer service..Will not be back

Randal welcomed me by saying, We are like the other Jiffy Lubes as far as prices are concerned, but we believe in customer service here. They took my prius to do an oil change and Randal came back in the lobby and said, you know you dont need an oil change for another 5,000 miles. Hybrids can go 10,000 between changes. He sent me on my way with some sound advice and a belief that they really do focus on customer service.

They had fast and friendly service. Theyre a bit pricey, but thats the cost of driving. Steve hooked me up with several discounts to lower the advertised price and they included several bonus services for free.

I called asking for an oil change price with provided oil, explaining that i couldnt get the oil plug off to do it myself. The man working kindly offered to loosen the plug for me for free seeing that, otherwise, i could do it myself. He then offered to change it for me for free (since i had the oil). Well he did and here we are a week later.. All of the screws holding my heat shield on have ALL suspiciously backed out. Also, my side skirt in loose and wobbling in highway winds.. I am extremely unhappy and will never return for further maintenance. I was totally led on.. I am starting to worry that the oil wasnt even changed.

0 stars if I could. They stole my $300 sunglasses out of my car! Dirt bags!! I had them on my face as I drove in their parking lot. As soon as I was about to leave I went to put them on and they were gone! I’m disgusted with this place! They vacuum the inside of your car without even notifiying you and that’s how they do it. No wonder I was the only car in the shop! Because that’s how they do business, Rip you off on their expensive oil changes and then steal your stuff out of your car!

I had a bad experience with them Twice- I did a tire balance and paid 43 $ and found the vipration became worth after balance then I went back to them they said everything is OK then I asked them to check balance of Two wheels in front of me they found it out of balance- second time I went their for oil change but after one day I found large oil stain under my car and went back to them for that they tightened the filter and oil drain plug and they lied again and told me that the leak is from the steering, I said I will fix it later and the leaks disappeared after that

Inexcusable incompetence. Couldn’t change my headlight, couldn’t change my fuel filter, couldn’t tighten my parking brake, improperly inflated tires, no one on the staff could even tell me the difference between a conventional or standard oil. I will be filing a formal complaint.
