I was quite disappointed in the selection of clothing available I must say. They had many sales but nothing WOW! My mom only found 1 shirt she liked and fit. I bought a dress on sale. Feels like its a mission to find something great in stores these days. Everything looks the same. No variety. We could have arrived too late and all the nice things were taken but I doubt that. Perhaps for the holiday season it will be better. The associates at the register were helpful. Thanks.

Customer service great, just disappointed with JCP and amount of merchandise in store. Everybody dont want to shop online to have to send back if its not right.

The location is very convenient. The selection for Womens clothing in larger sizes was very limited. I was able to find a few things. The customer Service woman that I spoke with was very helpful. Unfortunately I dont remember her name.

I will say that I had the best experience. Why? Because the lady that cashed me out was very pleasant and helpful. I dont know her name, but her associate number is 0751. Best customer service Ive had in years. Thanks.

The representative I encountered at Customer Service desk was so helpful and friendly. I only went in to make some returns from an online order that were the wrong items and one I had found a better price on elsewhere. She assisted quickly, friendly, and professionally. I wasnt given any run around. I was in and out in no time with my refund hitting my bank account the same day.

The sales associate was pleasant and efficient. She handled my transaction quickly and correctly.

Everything went very well. The shorts we ordered on line were there and quickly retrieved. My only complaint was that they needed to turn up the AC. It was to hot.

Needs more selection and sizing, also yesterday was the first time i tried to use a 30% off coupon and was told it wouldnt work on my purchase,it was the correct date and everything was dissappointed!

Had a incident happen last time I was in and went today and the manager Nikki took care of it and I was very content with her professionalism manner in which she handled it. I was not in the best of moods due to a concussion and not in normal spirits. Thank you for all your help and taking care of the incident. I greay appreciate it.

Found a bracelet for my fiancee at a great price.

Trinity is not professional. She was the manager who was called to the salon to refund me for the incorrect prices I was charged for. She called the manager (Brandi) to verify what I was saying was correct. Instead of refunding me for both services (the trim and deep conditioner) as promised, she only refunded me for one thing. Before the process was completed, I asked several times if I was being refunded for both services, and she said yes. When I looked at the receipt, she didn’t. She told me she didn’t do it because Brandi told her she didn’t say she was going to refund me for both services, even though that’s exactly what she said on the phone. I am very disappointed.

Found exactly what I went to find.

Bought 2 $54 each tops. I knew they were on sale but thought they would be $25 or so each. Was very happy to get them for less than $10 each. I hope to go back this week for some more clothes.

Placed an online order for 2 items. When I get there, 1 of the 2 items is cancelled, but nobody can tell me why it was cancelled. And to make it better, they charged me for both items and cant tell me when the refund will come back to me. Customer service is a big problem when they cant answer basic questions. Dont see going back to JC P any more. Kohls, I am back.

(JCP Salon Review) Normally I’m optimistic about getting my haircut from JCP Salon, but not this time. The lady whom I will not name cut my hair so short to the point I thought I was a man when she was done. I asked for a specific haircut due to my hair being shoulder length already. Plus, I showed a picture of the style I wanted. After patiently waiting and excited I looked in the mirror and wanted to run out crying. She cut my hair like a man style. Then had the nerve to ask me did I like it. Really? Overall customer service was decent and bland. Lack of hair and skin knowledge very poor. Professional and timing was average.

Love jcpenney. They were practicing all safety procedures and even after curb side service. They have great deals also.

And Galleria Mall is a great indoor place for not crowded shopping for seniors & a route for slow walkers( 1 mile around= 8 blocks) before or after shopping & its clean bathrooms & social distancing, thats also at the food court for meals...

Good quality products in all departments. I especially like their window treatments. And unlike their mall competition, when they offer coupons, you are allowed to use the coupons whether printed or on the JCP app.

I have been a patron and customer since they opened their Ft. Lauderdale store. My wife worked there while I was in college and part way thru grad school.They have always carried cloths and other products the quality of which I have not found elsewhere.

Same old JCP just like years gone by. Its kind of reminded me of Christmas past. Nice selections.

Thank you JC Penney for having stylish clothing for children of all shapes and sizes. Most stores don’t carry cute clothes in sizes taller, larger sizes (plus and half sizes). And, thank you JC Penney for hiring such polite, pleasant and helpful associates like Kanasia. She helped me find coupons and my rewards dollars that saved me a lot of money. My little girl feels and looks great in her new clothes.

Made absolutely sure the wallet I wanted was in stock in the Galleria mall store. Get there and not only was it not it stock in the store, they dont even sell it in the store at all. Jcpenney sucks and will never go back.

Tried to do an exchange of a Christmas present and got all types of hassle. Wasted 30 minutes.. By the time they finally got it exchanged and resolved I was ready to just give the girt away or just throw it away to escape the incompetence. Soo angry and frustrated after that. #NeverAgain

They still have a big and tall section. So I can find many things that I need there. Quality is much better than Walmart.
