Ive been using this pharmacy for years. The employees have always been so sweet and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me out when Ive had issues with my doctor or insurance.

Very unhappy with this pharmacy! I have been on the same script for 30 years and it works to control my Hashimotos disease. I sat next to my physician while he called in my refill, he specifically told them not to give me the Ethrox because it does not work for me. I went to pick up the script and low and behold… Ethrox… the technician tried to tell me it was the same just a different brand…. According to my Endocrinologist,it is not! When did Pharmacists get to start deciding that they can override thePrescribing physician and give the patient something that won’t work for that particular patient because it’s cheaper for Walmart to purchase??

Delmar is the most helpful pharmacist Ive ever worked with at a Walmart pharmacy. He is very knowledgeable and amiable. HQ should give him a bonus.

Never have I had a problem with Walmart, and I specialty ask for Technician Delmar (spelling?) Whenever possible.He is knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, and ACCURATE!!This is my bad xperience at Smiths Pharmacy:First of all took them two days to get to prescriptions transferred to their store only to tell me that they didnt have it in inventory and they would take another x number of days to get it in. but they transferred my prescriptions there from another pharmacy only because Smith is closer to my house then Walmart is which by the way I never had any problems with their pharmacy there it was only a distance thing, they didnt transfer a discount coupon from the manufacturer that waves my $130 co-payment so when I asked the technician on the phone called Riley if you could transfer that for me first he claims no knowledge of said coupons AKA a secondary insurance that would cover for that $130 for my prescription only to tell me that its not their job to transfer that information from the other pharmacy only to tell me that I couldnt speak to the pharmacist to ask her to do it because she was too busy only to tell me that this is not something they transfer cost to the pharmacist to handle anyways so already these guys spent more time arguing with me than assisting me with having the one piece of information transfered which I had asked them to transfer WITH the medication, but wasnt done. After being told the pharmacist is with OTHER PATIENTS making me know my call isnt important, he reluctantly placed me on hold for awhile. When the pharmacist answered the phone only to tell me they are SHORT STAFFED as if HELL, IS THAT MY PROBLEM?? Hire more people, the unemployment rate is high, there are great ppl looking for jobs, pay them a decent wage so you have GOOD QUALITY people working there, like other pharmacies do. I explained i didnt know all of the information needed, because it is a series of numbers and letters, only to be told AGAIN they are too busy to contact Walmart and get that price of information for 2 Rx costing $450 per month, and $800,00 per month.I remember now why in 12 years of living in Bountiful I have only used that pharmacy ONCE, and 6-8 years ago. They are AWFUL in customer care quality. As much as I live shopping at Smiths for all my groceries since i live so close by, I will continue using the Walmart pharmacy for their better care and quality of service. NEVER AGAIN Smiths pharmacy, called Walmart asking them to retransfer the meds to their Pharmacy and all it took was 4 minutes on the phone with Delmar and ALL IS DONE ✅LOVE YOU DELMAR!!!YOU ROCK!!!

IT IS THE STORE THAT IS THE ONGOING PROBLEM!!! Pharmacy is wonderful!!!!I can never get anyone to answer the phone at this store. I tried 3 times tonite to get anyone to answer. I even called the Pharmacy to see if the store was open. This happens on a regular basis when trying to contact a department or the store in general. It is as though they are not interested in my business. I am convinced of that!! Will be shopping another store to see if I can find the same item. My time is worth something too. Tonight they wasted almost 20 minutes of my time. DONT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE!

I visit this Walmart regularly. I loved this Walmart. UNTIL yesterday. I went in to pick up a pregnancy test. I checked out, the cashier was so nice! She was asking me if it was my first and things of that nature. I excitedly answered her questions. On my way out with multiple people walking out in front of me and multiple behind me the door greeter singled me out calling me over to her asking me to see my receipt. I pulled it out for her immediately as everyone is staring at me. She proceeded to pull everything out of my bag checking it on my receipt. If youre going to check receipts FINE, BUT check everyones receipt or be random. Not just the African American girl walking out the door. Second time this has happened to me at this store with the same door greeter. I have yet to see her ask for anyone elses receipt on my way out.

You NEVER know when they close for lunch. Must wait 10+ minutes on them on when they WANT to be back from lunch. While my frozen food melts
